【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は鉄道線路を横断する門形の鋼管ビーム装置に関するもので、建設工事を容易にすることを目的とする。

【従来の技術】
門形のビームは複数の水平材をフランジで接続し、その両端に垂直脚を固定して成るが、各部材を吊上げ空中で接続することは困難であるから、一応線路わきの空地で接続成形したものを、吊上げて処定位置へ降下する方法によるか、まず両端の垂直脚を地面に植設し、あとで水平ビームを折曲管を介して接続する方法がとられていた。しかし前者の方法では下部の線路が3〜4車線ともなると、接続した水平材は20m前後となる。また両端の脚は高さが7〜8mで重量も大きい。脚の重みでビームも撓む。これを吊上げ両脚を処定位置に定置することは、熟練者にとっても至難の業となっている。また後者の方法では、設置の誤差や鋼管の撓みによって、各部材の接続フランジの接続ボルト孔が合致せず、溶接接続を余儀なくすることがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
予め処定位置にコンクリート管で脚柱を立設しておく。水平ビームには両端にカギ形折曲管の水平辺を固着しておく。脚柱の高さによってはカギ形折曲管の垂直辺に別の垂直鋼管を接続してもよい。折曲管の垂直辺又は場合によっては垂直鋼管の端部は上記コンクリート管へ挿入容易な小径管とし、コンクリート管縁で係止可能な鍔を設けておく。これを挿入する際予めコンクリート管へセメントミルクを注入しておく。小径管はこの上へ途中まで挿入し、さらに注入を続ける。小径管底面には適当な厚みのミルク層を形成可能な高さ位置でミルク受板をコンクリート管の内面へ固定しておく。

【実施例】
図面について述べる。コンクリート管の柱1は頂点から所定深さ位置で内部に円板1aが固着してある。水平ビーム2は複数鋼管を接続したもので線路わきの両柱へ渡しかけ可能に臨ませておくか、後述する折曲管3をコンクリート管へ挿入仮固定した後に順次接続する。折曲管3はカギ形をなし、その1辺で水平ビームの端部へ固着してある。他辺には柱1の中心孔へ挿入容易な小径管3aと、所定深さまで挿入したとき柱の端縁に係止される鍔3bとを備える。柱1の高さが不足する場合には、別の垂直鋼管(図示せず)を接続し、その先端に小径管3a及び鍔3bを備える。小径部3aの外周隙間と、小径管底面から円板1aまでの空間と、小径管中空孔とは何れもセメントミルク4が充填され凝固している。

このミルクの充填は次の方法による。まず円板1a上へ適当にミルクを注入した後水平ビームを降下させ、小径管3aがある深さまで挿入されたとき一時降下を停止し、小径管外周隙間からの注入を行う。適量を注入したと判断されるとき、再び水平ビームを下降させ、鍔3bを柱の上端に当接させる。ミルクは数日で凝固する。

この工事は列車の不通過時、例えば深夜の限られた時間帯などに行う。もしミルク注入に至る前に時間切れとなる場合は、図3,図4に示す1対の仮止金具5で水平ビーム2を両柱1上に仮止めしておく。この金具は円筒体を抱持可能な半円形体の上下に夫々締付片5a,5bを設けたもので、下端部で柱1の上部を、上端部で折曲管3の垂直辺を夫々締付けて固定する。またこの金具はセメントミルクを注入した後、水平ビームを吊下げているクレーンを取除く場合に、ミルクが凝固するまでの間に使用する。

【発明の効果】
両脚柱1にコンクリート管を使用し、これと水平ビーム2の両端に固着した鋼製折曲管3或いはこれに接続させた垂直鋼管(図示せず)との接続構造が、折曲管(又は垂直鋼管)の先端に設けた小径部3aをコンクリート管の頂端孔へ挿入し、セメントミルク4で凝固するようにしたので、鋼管ビームの撓みや、取付誤差があってもあってもそれを吸収して取付けることができる。
