Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a noise absorber and a magnetic material which are fitted to an electric wire of an electronic device or the like and which absorb a noise current which is picked up as an antenna by the electric wire or which is generated outside and flows into the electronic device via the electric wire. Regarding the holding case.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a device for absorbing noise flowing through an electric wire, a noise absorber (a so-called ferrite clamp) is known in which a ferrite, which is a magnetic material, is externally fitted around the electric wire, and the ferrite absorbs a noise current flowing through the electric wire. .
[0003]
As this type of noise absorber, there is a noise absorber in which ferrite is fixed to a magnetic material holding case (clamp case) made of plastic. Specifically, for example, a cylindrical ferrite that is divided in half in the axial direction is fitted into a pair of case parts connected by hinges, and the electric wire is sandwiched between the ferrites from both sides by the ferrite, and the noise absorbing device itself is inserted. Is used in the middle of the electric wire.
[0004]
When the noise absorber is attached to a loose wire, for example, the wire is wound around one of the case portions so that the position of the noise absorber is not shifted along the wire.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the noise absorbing device as described above is attached to the electric wire, particularly when the size of the case portion is small, the noise absorbing device may have a substantially cylindrical shape. It was not easy to have an absorber.
[0006]
Therefore, there was a problem that the work of winding the electric wire was not easy. Especially when wearing gloves, the work was further troublesome.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a noise absorber and a magnetic material holding case that can easily perform an operation of winding an electric wire around a case portion of the noise absorber.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
(1) The invention according to claim 1 includes a magnetic material holding case having a pair of case portions each accommodating a magnetic material, and a hinge portion rotatably connecting the pair of case portions, A noise absorber that arranges the magnetic material around the electric wire and absorbs a noise current flowing through the electric wire by arranging the electric wire between the electric wire insertion portions of the two case portions accommodating the magnetic material and closing the magnetic material holding case. In the one case portion, an electric wire holding member for preventing displacement of the electric wire is provided upright from the periphery of the electric wire insertion portion toward the other case portion when the magnetic material holding case is closed. At the same time, on the outside of the other case portion, a fixing portion for detachably fixing the noise absorbing device to another member is provided in an outward direction of the other case portion, in an axial direction of the case portion. Direction of a substantially vertical plane A structure erected so as to protrude, wherein the fixing unit protrudes from the second case portion and the protruding portion protruding outwardly from the other of the bottom plate is a counter surface facing members of the projecting portion And a connecting portion comprising a first fixing protrusion and a second fixing protrusion fitted and connected to the other member, and further comprising: a connecting portion which is connected to the first fixing protrusion side end of the bottom plate. The gist of the present invention is a noise absorbing device including a pair of pressing plates extending obliquely in a projecting direction of the portion.
[0008]
In the present invention, the outside of the second case portion, a fixing portion for fixing the noise absorber to another member (such as a housing or a wall surface of even field equipment), towards the outside direction of the second case portion, a case It is erected so as to project in the direction of a plane substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the part .
Therefore, for example, in the case where one of the case portions provided with the wire holding member, for example, a loose wire is arranged in the wire insertion portion and the wire is wound around the case portion, the wire is held by the fixing portion. Can be wound.
[0009]
That is, in the present invention, the fixing portion is erected toward the outside so as to protrude from the outside of the case portion in the direction of a plane substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the case portion, and can be suitably used as a handle (ie, a handle). Since the fixing portion has a function as a handle), the winding operation of the electric wire becomes easy.
Further, since the noise absorbing device can be held by the fixing portion, there is an effect that the noise absorbing device can be securely held even if the noise absorbing device has a shape that is difficult to hold, for example, a columnar shape.
[0010]
In particular, when the size of the noise absorbing device is small, the noise absorbing device is difficult to hold, and thus the work of winding the electric wire is not easy. However, in the present invention, the fixing portion can be suitably used as a handle. Work is easy.
Further, in the present invention, by using the fixing portion, the noise absorbing device can be easily fixed to , for example, a housing or a wall surface of various devices.
Furthermore, in the present invention, since the protruding portion protrudes outward from the other case portion, the electric wire can be wound around the protruding portion. In addition, since the connecting portion (consisting of the first fixing protrusion and the second fixing protrusion) protrudes from the bottom plate on the opposing surface of the protruding portion, the noise absorbing device can be attached to another member at this connecting portion. .
[0011]
(2) In the invention of claim 2, the magnetic material holding case is formed by integrally forming the fixing portion and the other case portion, or the fixing portion and the other case portion which are separate members. The noise absorbing device according to claim 1, wherein the noise absorbing device is integrated with the noise absorbing device.
[0012]
The present invention exemplifies the structure of a noise absorber (more specifically, a magnetic material holding case).
Here, the fixed portion and the other case portion may be formed integrally by, for example, a technique such as plastic injection molding. Alternatively, the fixing portion and the other case portion are formed in different steps (similar injection molding or the like), and the fixing portion and the other case portion, which are separate members, are mechanically coupled, for example. And integrated.
[0013]
Although both cases are formed integrally (including the hinge), each case formed separately may be mechanically connected.
(3) In the invention according to claim 3, the fixing portion has a fixing structure in which the noise absorbing device is detachable from the other member. The gist of this noise absorber is as follows.
[0014]
In the present invention, since the fixing portion has a detachable fixing structure, even when the noise absorbing device is attached to another member such as a housing of the device, the noise absorbing device can be easily removed from the other member .
[0017]
( 4) In the invention according to claim 4, the projecting portion is provided on each of both sides in the axial direction of the case portion with a flat holding portion that can be held by a finger of an operator. The gist is the noise absorber according to any one of Items 1 to 3 .
In the present invention, since a pair of flat plate-shaped holding portions are provided on both sides of the protruding portion (therefore, the fixing portion), when winding the electric wire, the holding portion can be held by the operator's finger. Therefore, the fixing portion is easier to hold, and the work of winding the electric wire is further easier.
[0018]
( 5) The gist of the invention of claim 5 is a gist of a magnetic material holding case used for the noise absorbing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 .
The present invention shows a magnetic material holding case for accommodating a magnetic material. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an example (example) of an embodiment of the noise absorber and the magnetic material holding case of the present invention will be described.
(Example)
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
FIG. 1 shows a noise absorber of the embodiment, and FIGS. 2 and 3 show a magnetic material holding case. 2 (a) is a top view of the magnetic material holding case, FIG. 2 (b) is a front view thereof, FIG. 3 (a) is a top view of the case main body, and FIG. 3 (b) is FIG. 3 (a). 3B is a right side view of FIG.
[0021]
a) As shown in FIG. 1, a noise absorbing device (ferrite clamp) 1 of this embodiment is a device in which a magnetic material holding case (clamp case) 3 contains a pair of ferrites 5a and 5b, which are magnetic materials. is there.
Each of the ferrites 5a and 5b has a semi-cylindrical shape obtained by cutting a thick cylindrical ferrite member along a plane including its central axis so as to surround the electric wire 7 when the magnetic material holding case 3 is closed. is there.
[0022]
The magnetic material holding case 3 is fixed to a case main body 9 (see FIG. 3) which accommodates the ferrites 5a and 5b and is attached to the electric wire 7, for fixing the noise absorbing device 1 itself to, for example, a housing of another device. It is integrated by fitting and connecting the parts 11. The case body 9 is a member in which the first case portion 13a and the second case portion 13b are connected via a pair of hinges 15a, 15b, and the fixed portion 11 is attached to the outside of the first case portion 13a. It is the member which was done.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2, the first and second case portions 13a and 13b are box-shaped (substantially boat-shaped) shapes in which a thin cylinder is cut along a plane including a central axis. The ferrites 5a and 5b are fitted into the case portions 13a and 13b, respectively.
[0024]
Plate-shaped walls 17a to 17d are provided at both ends of the first and second case portions 13a and 13b in the axial direction (vertical direction in FIG. 2A) perpendicular to the axial direction. The walls 17a to 17d are respectively provided with semicircular openings 19a to 19d which become substantially circular through holes when the magnetic material holding case 3 is closed, and are provided inside the walls 17a to 17d. Are provided with fixing projections 21a to 21d for fixing the ferrites 5a and 5b.
[0025]
At both ends of the ferrites 5a and 5b, fixing recesses (not shown) that are fitted with the fixing protrusions 21a to 21d are formed, and the ferrites 5a and 5b are pushed into the case portions 13a and 13b. Thereby, the fixing protrusions 21a to 21d and the fixing recess are fitted to each other, and the ferrites 5a and 5b are fixed.
[0026]
When the magnetic material holding case 3 is open, the semicircular openings 19a to 19d form a semicircular electric wire insertion portion, and the electric wire insertion portion closes the magnetic material holding case 3. At times, the facing semicircular openings 19a to 19d are integrated into a circular shape.
[0027]
Further, inside the both walls 17a and 17b of the first case portion 13a, a pair of electric wire holding members 23a to 23b from both ends of the openings 19a and 19b upward (in FIG. 2B). 23d are erected so as to face each other. The electric wire holding members 23a to 23d are members for defining the position of the loose electric wire 7 so that the loose electric wire 7 does not shift in the lateral direction, for example, so that when the magnetic material holding case 3 is closed, the electric wire 7 This prevents the case parts 13a, 13b from being removed from the wire insertion part and being caught by the ends of the wall parts 17a to 17d.
[0028]
At the upper end of the curved outer wall 25a of the first case portion 13a, a convex locking hook 27 is protruded, while, at the upper end of the outer wall 25b of the opposite second case portion 13b, a rectangular A locking frame 29 is provided. When the magnetic material holding case 3 is closed, the locking hook 27 and the locking frame 29 are locked with each other so that the magnetic material holding case 3 is not opened.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 3, a substantially U-shaped frame body 31 is formed on the outer wall 25 a around the locking frame 29 so as to surround the locking frame 29 in the axial direction (the vertical direction in FIG. 3A). Direction) (right direction in FIG. 3A). The lower plate 31a of the frame body 31 is provided with a strip-shaped connection hole 31b for connecting the fixing portion 11, and a cut 31c for easy connection of the fixing portion 11.
[0030]
In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a fixing portion 11 described later is arranged on the surface of the outer wall 25b of the second case portion 13b opposite to the hinges 15a, 15b. The fixing portion 11 protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the magnetic material holding case 3 (by being integrally connected to the second case portion 13b).
[0031]
b) Next, the configuration of the fixing portion 11 will be described with reference to FIGS.
4 (a) is a top view of the fixing portion, FIG. 4 (b) is a front view thereof, FIG. 4 (c) is a bottom view thereof, FIG. 4 (d) is a left side view thereof, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a right side view, and FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing a part of an AA section in FIG. 2 in an enlarged manner.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 4, the fixing unit 11 includes a bottom plate 33 (having an opposing surface 33 a) that comes into contact with the housing of another device, and a pair of side plates 35 a and 35 b ( FIG. 4 (e), a central plate 37 (see FIG. 4 (e)) erected from the bottom plate 33 so as to connect between both side plates 35 a and 35 b, and from the bottom plate 33 on the left side of the central plate 37. The connection protrusion 39 erected upward (see FIG. 4B), and the first and second fixing protrusions 41 and 43 erected below the bottom plate 33 (see FIG. 4B). And a pair of pressing plates 45a and 45b extending obliquely downward from the right end of the bottom plate 33 (see FIG. 4B).
[0033]
The bottom plate 33, the side plates 35a and 35b, the center plate 37, and the connection projection 39 constitute a protruding portion, and the first fixing projection 41 and the second fixing projection 43 constitute a coupling portion. The side plates 35a and 35b A holding portion is configured.
As shown in FIG. 5A, the connection projection 39 is used to connect the fixing portion 11 to the second case portion 13b (accordingly, the case body 9). It has a shape. Therefore, the fixing portion 11 and the case body 9 can be connected and integrated by fitting the distal end portion 39a of the connection projection 39 into the connection hole 31b of the second case portion 13b.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 5B, the front end 39a fitted into the connection hole 31b has a stepped portion 39b on the rear side (lower side in the figure) locked to the lower plate 31a of the frame 31. In addition, the tip portion 39a is prevented from falling off, and the lower plate 31a is sandwiched between the step portion 39b and the convex portions 47a, 47b (see FIG. 4) projecting inward from the both side plates 35a, 35b. It is securely connected to the case body 9.
[0035]
When the first fixing projection 41 and the second fixing projection 43 are fitted into the fixing holes 51a and 51b of the housing 49, as shown in FIG. The tip protrudes left and right so that it does not fall off. Among them, the first fixing projection 41 is particularly made of a plate material having a substantially U-shape having elasticity, and the noise absorbing member 1 is formed by pressing the handwork portion 41a of the plate material to the left in FIG. 49 can be removed.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, the magnetic material holding case 3 is formed of a synthetic resin, and the locking hook 27, the locking frame 29, the connecting projection 39, the first fixing projection 41, and the like have appropriate elasticity. Is given.
c) Next, a method of using the noise absorber 1 having such a configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
[0037]
First, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), with the noise absorbing device 1 opened, the side plates (holding portions) 35a, 35b on both sides of the fixing portion 11 are sandwiched between fingers, and the opening 19a of the first case portion 13a is opened. , 19b, that is, the wires 7 are arranged in the semicircular wire insertion portion D between the left and right wire holding portions 23a to 23d, so that the wires 7 are connected to the first case portion 13a. Wrap around once, for example.
[0038]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, with the electric wire 7 wound around the first case portion 13a, the noise absorber 1 is closed, and the locking hook 27 of the first case portion 13a is moved to the second case portion. 13b is locked to the locking frame 29.
As a result, the electric wire 7 is arranged in the circular electric wire insertion portion D, and the noise absorber 1 itself is attached to the electric wire 7.
[0039]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6C, in a state where the noise absorber 1 is attached to the electric wire 7, the first fixing protrusion 41 and the second fixing protrusion 43 of the fixing portion 11 of the noise absorber 1 are removed. Are fitted into the fixing holes 51a and 51b of the housing 49 of the device.
As a result, the noise absorber 1 with the electric wire 7 passed through the electric wire insertion portion D is attached to the housing 49 of the device.
[0040]
d) As described above, in this embodiment, since the fixing portion 11 is provided so as to protrude outward from the noise absorber 1, for example, the both side plates 35a and 35b of the fixing portion 11 may be held with fingers. it can.
Therefore, even if the size of the noise absorbing device 1 is small, or even if the external shape of the case body 9 (when the noise absorbing device 1 is closed) has a cylindrical shape that is difficult to hold, the fixing portion 11 is securely held. Thus, the electric wire 7 can be easily wound around the first case portion 13a. In particular, when wearing gloves, the work of winding the electric wire 7 becomes extremely easy.
[0041]
In addition, the fixing portion 11 of the noise absorbing device 1 can easily and reliably fix the noise absorbing device 1 around which the electric wire 7 is wound to the housing 49 of the device. The noise absorber 1 can also be removed from the housing 49 or the like by pressing the handle 41a of the first fixing projection 41.
[0042]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment at all, and can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist of the present invention.
(1) For example, a hard ferrite or a soft ferrite can be used as a ferrite of a magnetic material. In addition to the ferrite itself, a plastic magnet formed by mixing a powder of a magnetic material such as a ferrite with a plastic or a synthetic rubber can be used. Rubber magnets and the like can be used as well. Further, other than ferrite, various magnetic materials such as permalloy and thermalloy can be used.
[0043]
(2) Since the magnetic body is accommodated in the case, the case serves as an insulator, so that a conductor such as silicon steel can be used as the magnetic body.
(3) Further, in this embodiment, an example in which one electric wire 7 is wound around the noise absorber 1 has been described, but it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to a case of a plurality of electric wires (discrete electric wires).
