本発明は皮膚洗浄料に関する。さらに詳しくは、メーク落し効果が高く、泡立ちに優れた皮膚洗浄料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、皮膚に付着したメーキャップ化粧料を落とす目的で界面活性剤を主剤として配合したクレンジングフォーム、洗顔ジェル、油分からなるクレンジングオイルが用いられてきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、クレンジングフォームや洗顔ジェルは界面活性剤の洗浄力でメーキャップ化粧料のシリコン樹脂などの皮膜を除去するものであり、よく泡立つ上にさっぱり落とせるというメリットがある反面、メーク落し効果は充分なものではない。

また、クレンジングオイルはメーキャップ化粧料の皮膜を良く溶かし洗浄効果には優れているものの泡立たず、さっぱりとした洗い上がりにならないという問題があった。メーキャップ化粧料に含まれるシリコン樹脂は油分に溶けるため、概念としては、界面活性剤を基剤とする処方中に油分を配合すれば目的を果たせると推察されるが、通常の油分は水に溶解せず、この油分を可溶化或いは乳化するために界面活性剤が使われるため、この発想では泡立たず、さっぱり感も乏しい皮膚洗浄料になる。

本発明者らは上述の課題に鑑み鋭意研究した結果、特定のポリオキシアルキレンジカルボン酸エステルと界面活性剤とを配合した皮膚洗浄料が、メーク落し効果が高く、泡立ちに優れ、かつさっぱり洗い流せることを見出し本発明を完成するに至った。

本発明はメーク落し効果が高く、泡立ちに優れ、かつさっぱり洗い流せる皮膚洗浄料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明は、下記一般式（１）で表わされるポリオキシアルキレンジカルボン酸エステルと界面活性剤とを含有することを特徴とする皮膚洗浄料において、前記ポリオキシアルキレンジカルボン酸エステルがコハク酸ジエトキシエチルであることを特徴とする皮膚洗浄料を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の構成について詳述する。

本発明に用いる上記化学式（１）のポリオキシエチレンジカルボン酸エステルは公知物質であるが皮膚洗浄料成分としては新規な配合成分である。

上記一般式（１）において、Ｒ１、Ｒ２は炭素数１〜４のアルキルまたは分枝アルキル基を表わすが、炭素数が５以上だと親水性に欠けるため皮膚洗浄料は泡立たない。ｍ、ｎ、Ｘ、Ｙは０〜５の整数を表わすが、好ましくは１〜２の整数であり、ｍ、ｎ、Ｘ、Ｙの合計が０であると親水性に欠けるため皮膚洗浄料は泡立たず、１５を超えるとメークアップ化粧料の溶解性が悪くなり、メーク落し効果が小さくなる。また、Ｒ３は炭素数０〜１０の分枝または直鎖のアルキレン基を表わし、炭素数が１１以上であると親水性に欠けるため皮膚洗浄料は泡立たない。

上記一般式（１）のポリオキシアルキレンジカルボン酸エステルがコハク酸ジエトキシエチルの場合は特にメーク落し効果が高く、泡立ちに優れた皮膚洗浄料が得られる。

ポリオキシアルキレンジカルボン酸エステルの配合量は特に限定されないが、好ましくは皮膚洗浄料中０．１〜１０重量％、更に好ましくは１〜１０重量％である。０．１重量％未満であると本発明の効果は少なく、１０重量％を超えて配合すると水と分離して本発明の効果を発揮できない。

界面活性剤の配合量は特に限定されず製品に応じて適宜決定されるが好ましくは皮膚洗浄料全量中１０〜５０重量％である。

本発明の皮膚洗浄料は化粧品、医薬品、医薬部外品など外皮に適用され皮膚洗浄を目的とするものを意味する。特にメーク落しなどのメーキャップ化粧料の除去を目的とするメーキャップ除去料として好ましく使用される。その剤型も水溶液系、乳化系、ゲル系など幅広い形態をとり得る。

本発明の皮膚洗浄料には上記必須成分の他、通常、化粧品や医薬品の洗浄料に用いられる成分を配合することができ常法に応じて製造される。かかる成分としては例えば次のようなものが挙げられ、上記必須成分と下記成分の一種又は二種以上とを配合して製造される。
アボガド油、マカデミアナッツ油、トウモロコシ油、オリーブ油、ナタネ油、月見草油、ヒマシ油、ヒマワリ油、茶実油、コメヌカ油、ホホバ油、カカオ脂、ヤシ油、スクワレン、牛脂、モクロウ、ミツロウ、キャンデリラロウ、カルナバロウ、鯨ロウ、ラノリン、流動パラフィン、ポリオキシエチレン（８モル）オレイルアルコールエーテル、モノオレイン酸グリセリルなどの油分。
カプリルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、セチルアルコール、コレステロール、フィトステロールなどの高級アルコール。

「表２」及び「表３」に示す実施例及び比較例のクレンジングジェルを製造し、口紅洗浄力試験及び気泡力試験を行った。ポリオキシアルキレンジカルボン酸エステルは、コハク酸ジエトキシエチル、セバシン酸ジエチルカルビトール、アジピン酸エチルエトキシエチルを使用した。
