Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a configuration of a rear cover attached to a farm tractor for tilling a field in a rotary tilling apparatus so as to level the field surface after tilling to some extent.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a rotary tilling device mounted on the rear of a mobile agricultural machine such as a tractor, in which a rear cover is continuously provided behind the tilling cover so as to roughly level the field surface after tilling is disclosed in, for example, JP-A-6-303802. As shown in the drawing, a connecting cover is continuously provided behind the cultivating cover using the rear end of the tillage cover as a vertical rotation axis, and an intermediate cover made of an elastic plate is provided rearward of the connecting cover rear end. There is also known a rear cover in which a ground cover is continuously provided behind the rear end of the intermediate cover.
[0003]
Further, in the original rotary tilling apparatus in which the cultivation speed is not so high, the rear cover was only allowed to rotate vertically with respect to the cultivation cover, and did not swing left and right. However, with the recent increase in tillage speed, adverse effects such as fluctuations in tillage depth, insufficient leveling, and increased vibration in the field after tillage have occurred. It is possible to swing left and right with respect to the main body, that is, the tillage cover. Regarding the left and right swing of the rear cover, for example, as shown in JP-A-6-169611, a shaft protruding from the rear cover is slidably inserted into a cylinder provided on the cultivation cover side. The rear cover swings around the shaft as the shaft slides. In addition, the positions of the shafts are usually provided at positions near the left and right of the rear cover.
[0004]
Further, in the conventional rotary tilling apparatus, in order to dispose the ridger behind the tilling claw, a hole for inserting the shaft portion of the ridger into the rear cover is formed by a metal cover portion, for example, the connecting cover. Was pierced.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional rotary tilling apparatus, in the case of the left and right swinging configuration of the rear cover, sliding of the shaft body in the cylindrical body always causes wear of the sliding portion, and an increase in clearance due to the wear has caused noise. Also, the sliding part needs to be filled with lubricant, but during scraping work, muddy water is also scattered in this part, and a strong seal is applied to prevent the dissolution of lubricant and infiltration of muddy water, Or I had to apply grease. Grease is an inexpensive and simple method compared to seals, but has the problem of dissolving oil components in the field. And, since the rear cover swings around the shaft when the shaft slides, the bending moment is always applied to the shaft, and the deformation of the shaft occurs. It was easy and small deformation hindered the swinging motion.
[0006]
Further, since the hole for inserting the shaft portion of the ridger is drilled in the metal cover, when the ridger is not provided, the soil enters the hole to reduce the leveling effect. Would. When a ridger is provided, a seal must be provided between the shaft and the hole to eliminate a gap, and the shaft must be fixed.
[0007]
Also, the intermediate cover, which is an elastic plate, is conventionally planar, and when the grounding cover swings from side to side, it takes time for the intermediate cover to curve and follow the swinging from side to side, and Left and right oscillating properties were getting worse. Further, during the operation, soil adhered to the back surface of the intermediate cover, and a situation in which the leveling effect was reduced occurred.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention uses the following means to solve the above problems.
In claim 1, a rear cover RC is provided continuously behind the tillage cover 12 of the rotary tillage device, and the up-down rotation shaft 1a at the rear end of the tillage cover 12 is used as a pivot point, and the connecting cover 1 is provided at the back. Are connected in a vertically rotatable manner, an intermediate cover 2 made of an elastic plate is provided behind the rear end of the connecting cover 1, and a ground cover 3 is provided continuously behind the rear end of the intermediate cover 2. A connecting support 4 is provided between the intermediate cover 2 and the ground cover 3, and a cylindrical elastic member 6 is provided between the connecting support 4 and the ground cover 3 of the rear cover RC. The cylindrical elastic member 6 is made of rubber, resin, or the like, and is disposed in a gap between the cylindrical hole on the connecting support 4 side and the cylindrical boss 7 on the ground cover 3 side. By the elastic deformation of the cylindrical elastic member 6, the connecting member 4 can be swung right and left. Those were.
[0009]
According to the second aspect, in the rear cover of the rotary tilling device according to the first aspect, the connection support 4 is formed in a U-shape in plan view , and the intermediate cover is provided at a position surrounded by the connection support 4. 2, a fitting hole 2a for fitting the shaft body, which is normally closed, is formed.
[0010]
According to the third aspect, in the rear cover of the rotary tilling device according to the first aspect, a connecting support body 4 is provided between the connecting cover 1 and the grounding cover 3 in the vicinity of the center in the left and right direction, and the position closer to the left and right. Is provided with a turnbuckle-type auxiliary connecting rod 10 and the intermediate cover 2 is fixed in a curved shape in a side view.
[0011]
[Action]
The left and right swing of the rear cover is due to the elastic deformation of the elastic body between the support and the rear cover near the left and right center, eliminating the sliding part, and also swinging one support near the left and right center. Since the center of movement is used, there is no need to provide two swing centers near the left and right. Furthermore, the vibration that propagates to the rear cover due to the elastic deformation is absorbed, and therefore, the vibration that propagates from the rear cover to the tillage cover, that is, the main body of the rotary tillage device is reduced.
[0012]
The grounding cover is supported so as to be able to swing right and left around the connecting support. And, in the intermediate cover which is an elastic body plate, a hole for inserting a shaft of a member such as a ridger is drilled so as to be normally closed, so that a ridger or the like is not usually attached. Sometimes it is closed due to elasticity, so that the same leveling effect as the intermediate cover without holes can be obtained, and when a ridger or the like is attached, the shaft part is inserted into the hole of the intermediate cover. At this time, the hole and the shaft are sealed by the elasticity of the intermediate cover, thereby fixing the shaft and sealing the gap. Further, the connecting support is disposed so as to surround the periphery of the shaft portion, and serves as a reinforcing member such as an attached ridger.
[0013]
In addition, a turn-buckle type reinforcing connecting rod is provided at a position close to the left and right of the rear cover, and even if a force is applied in the twisting direction at the time of swinging left and right, the turn-buckle rod is expanded and contracted. The torsional force acts and the rod does not deform. Further, by forming the intermediate cover in a curved shape in advance, the followability of the ground cover to the left-right swing is improved, and the earth and sand attached to the back surface is immediately peeled off.
[0014]

[0017]
A front end of a U-shaped connecting support 4 is screwed near the left and right center of the connecting cover 1 as shown in plan view 3, and a horizontal supporting plate portion is provided at the rear end of the connecting support 4. 4A, a connecting member 5 having a T-shape in a front view is screwed down from the lower surface of the support plate portion 4a as shown in FIG. Right and left of the connecting member 5, connecting plate portions 3a protruding from the ground cover 3 are arranged, and a portion of the connecting member 5 sandwiched between the connecting plate portions 3a is provided. , have been drilled holes back and forth, has penetrated a cylindrical boss 7.7 in the lateral direction within the hole, the gap between the hole of the cylindrical boss 7.7 surface and the connecting member 5 Is provided with cylindrical elastic members 6.6 made of rubber, resin, or the like. Then, bolts 8 are inserted into the connection plates 3 a of the ground cover 3 and the cylindrical bosses 7 of the connection member 5 and screwed with nuts 9.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, brackets 1b, 3b facing each other are provided at the rear end of the connecting cover 1 and the front end of the grounding cover 3 at both sides of the connecting support 4, that is, at a position near the left and right of the rear cover RC. A turnbuckle type auxiliary connecting rod 10 shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 is pivotally connected between the brackets 1b and 3b facing each other. Thus, the ground cover 3 swings right and left around the connection portion with the connection support 5 at the center in the left and right directions, and the left and right swing does not propagate to the cultivation cover 12 side, that is, the rotary tilling apparatus main body. As described above, in order to suppress the swing amount, the auxiliary connecting rods 10 support the right and left parts. The torsional force is applied to the auxiliary connecting rods 10 at the left and right positions as the ground cover 3 swings left and right, but since the turnbuckle is used, the torsion is directly converted to the expanding and contracting action of the rods.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 6, a bracket 3c for pivotally supporting the rear end of the support rod 11 in the conventional rear cover RC is provided between the connection support 4 and the auxiliary connection rod 10. And a sliding bracket 12a is erected on the upper part of the till cover 12 so as to face it. The upper end of the sliding bracket 12a is a boss to which the support rod 11 can be slidably inserted. When the support rod 11 supports the rear cover RC, the left and right support rods 11 Are inserted into the respective bosses of the brackets 12a, and the rear ends thereof are pivotally supported by the brackets 3c. In this way, it is possible to select whether the rear cover RC is supported by the connection support 4 and the auxiliary connection rods 10 or by the support rods 11.
[0020]
When the rear cover RC is supported by the connecting support 4 and the auxiliary connecting rods 10, since the front and rear lengths of the connecting support 4 are shorter, the intermediate cover 2 is curved in a side view as described above. Otherwise, it cannot be installed between the connecting cover 1 and the ground cover 3. Conversely, by supporting the ground cover 3 with the connection support 4, the intermediate cover 2 is curved (upwardly curved or downwardly curved). Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the auxiliary connecting rod 10 is also adjusted between the connecting cover 1 and the grounding cover 3 by adjusting the length thereof to be short so as to maintain the curvature of the intermediate cover 2. The intermediate cover 2 can be fixed in a curved state in a side view. By performing the operation while holding the intermediate cover 2 in this shape, the soil adhering to the back surface of the intermediate cover 2 during the operation is separated at the curved portion, so that the leveling effect of the rear cover RC can be maintained forever. It is. The grounding cover 3 swings left and right with respect to the connecting cover 1. If the intermediate cover 2 is curved in the meantime, the curvature radius of the bending portion is changed by the left and right swinging. Is deformed and follows, so that the right and left swing of the ground cover 3 can be maintained.
[0021]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a fitting insertion hole 2a is formed in a middle portion of the intermediate cover 2 between the connecting cover 1 and the grounding cover 3 in the left and right direction surrounded by the connecting support 4, Since the intermediate cover 2 is an elastic plate, it is closed when nothing is inserted into the insertion hole 2a, so that earth and sand enter the insertion hole 2a during work, and the leveling effect is obtained. Is not reduced.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, when the ridge 16 is mounted behind the tilling claw of the rotary tilling device as shown in FIGS. The ridger 16 is provided with a shaft portion 16b whose length can be adjusted protruding above a ridge plate 16a for forming a ridge by slicing the soil after tilling with a tilling claw to form a ridge. The mounting bracket 16c is fixedly mounted. When mounting the mounting bracket 16c, the mounting bracket 16c is fixed to the rear end of the plowing depth adjusting frame 15 extending rearward from the mounting bracket 14, and the shaft portion 16b Is inserted into the insertion hole 2a of the intermediate cover 2 of the rear cover RC, and the ridge plate 16a therebelow is disposed behind the tilling claw of the rotary tilling device. When the ridger 16 is mounted, the insertion hole 2a has a contraction force inward because the intermediate cover 2 is made of an elastic material, and there is no gap between the shaft portion 16b and the insertion hole 2a. The shaft 16b is supported by the contraction force. That is, the sealing structure between the fitting hole and the shaft portion in the rear cover, which is conventionally required, is unnecessary. Further, the periphery of the mounted shaft portion 16b is surrounded by the connecting support 4, and serves as a member for reinforcing the shaft portion 16b.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
That is, since the rear cover is configured to swing left and right with respect to the tilling cover, that is, the main body of the rotary tilling apparatus, the rear cover can be secured to the left and right after the tilling.
In the configuration in which the rear cover is supported so as to be able to swing left and right, no sliding portion is formed. Therefore, the adverse effects of vibration and noise caused by wear in the conventional sliding portion are eliminated. In addition, there is no need to apply a lubricant or a seal, and a simple, durable, and highly reliable left and right swing fulcrum of the rear cover can be obtained.
And, since the rear cover is supported via the elastic plate at the left and right swing fulcrum, there is a great risk of plastic deformation and breakage of the swing fulcrum against sudden excessive load such as dropping or collision. To be reduced.
In addition, the vibration due to the undulation of the ground surface or the vibration due to the collision of the earth mass blown by the tilling claws is absorbed by the elastic body, and the propagation of the vibration from the rear cover to the tilling cover, that is, the rotary tilling apparatus main body is reduced. Therefore, the vibration of the rotary tilling device itself is reduced, and the occurrence of loosening and fatigue in the portion attached to the tractor can be reduced.
[0024]
In addition, since the ground cover is supported so as to be able to swing left and right about the connecting support, the flatness of the ground cover is increased, and the grounding cover is different from the conventional one. Unlike a method in which a movable rod is erected between the rear cover and the tillage cover, it can be fixedly fixed to the connecting cover, and has a strong structure, so that it has strength and durability.
Furthermore, since a fitting insertion hole for mounting a ridger or the like is formed in the intermediate cover which is an elastic body plate in a normally closed shape, the fitting hole is normally set when the ridger or the like is not mounted. The earth and sand do not enter the insertion hole, and the leveling effect is not reduced.
When a ridger or the like is mounted, a contraction force in the center direction is applied to the fitting hole by elastic force. There is no gap between the fitting hole and the shaft, and the shaft is supported by the intermediate cover by the contraction force. The ridger is firmly supported. Further, at the time of mounting, the shaft portion is surrounded by the connecting support, and serves as a member for reinforcing and protecting the shaft portion.
[0025]
Further, by configuring the auxiliary connecting rod between the connecting cover and the grounding cover at a position closer to the left and right, excessive swinging of the grounding cover is suppressed.
In addition, the auxiliary connecting rod can easily adjust the front and rear length by a turn buckle, and the grounding cover, which is supported to be able to swing left and right, swings left and right with respect to the connecting cover, so that the left and right can be shifted. A torsional force is applied to the auxiliary connecting rod located at the position (1), but this torsional force is directly converted into a rotating action of the turnbuckle and absorbed by the expansion and contraction of the rod. Accordingly, the auxiliary connection rod can be maintained in a state in which the followability to the left-right swing is good without being deformed or damaged by the torsional force.
Also, by making the intermediate cover curved in a side view, when the grounding cover swings left and right with respect to the connecting cover, the intermediate cover deforms and changes the radius of curvature of the curved portion, so that the intermediate cover follows. The left and right swing of the ground cover is smoothly performed.
Further, the soil adhering to the back surface of the intermediate cover can be easily peeled off, and the leveling effect of the rear cover can be maintained in a good state.
