かかる課題を解決するため、本発明は塗料タンク内で複数枚の羽根を回転させて塗料を攪拌するようにした攪拌装置において、前記羽根を網製にすると共に、前記各羽根の外側周囲を網製の籠部材で囲い、前記導出管の上端を籠部材の下端より上方に突出させて籠の内部に入り込ませるようにした。

羽根を網製にすることで、塗料をほぼ全体に亘って攪拌することが出来、より効率的に攪拌することが出来る。そしてその結果、塗料カスの発生を抑止することが出来る。

また、羽根の周囲を網製の籠状部材で囲い、導出管の上端を籠状部材の下端より上方に突出させ、籠の内部に入り込ませることで、塗料中を浮遊する塗料カスが導出管に入り込むのを防止することが出来る。

本発明の攪拌装置の実施例について添付した図面に基づき説明する。
図1は本装置の縦断面図、図2は一部を破断した平面図、図3は籠状部材の一部拡大図である。

本発明の攪拌装置は、例えば塩ビゾル(PVC)塗料を攪拌して塗装ガンに送るような装置として構成され、図1に示すように塗料貯留部1から供給される塗料を本攪拌装置2で攪拌した後、塗装ガン3に送るようにしている。

すなわち、塗料貯留部1と攪拌装置2の間には塗料を供給するための送給ポンプ4と供給管5が配設され、また、攪拌装置2と塗装ガン3の間にはフィルタ6と圧送ポンプ7を配設してなる圧送ライン8が設けられている。

攪拌装置2は、下方が先細りになった円筒状の塗料タンク10と、この塗料タンク10の上部カバー11に取付けられた減速機付モータ12と、この減速機付モータ12から下方に延出する回転軸13と、この回転軸13に取付けられた攪拌具14と、塗料タンク10の底面中央部に取付けられた導出管15を備えている。
そして、この導出管15は、前記圧送ライン8に接続されている。

以上のように、本発明の攪拌装置は攪拌具の羽根を網製にするようにしたため、攪拌効率を高めることが出来、塗料カス等の発生を抑止することが出来る。
また、羽根の外側周囲を籠状部材で囲い、導出管を籠の内部に臨ませるようにすることで、ラインへの詰り、フィルタの早期目詰り、圧送ポンプのトラブル等も少なくなる。
