【発明の作用及び効果】
本発明は、打ち抜き工程から得た基材5を絞り工程,孔開け工程,切削工程,絞り工程を経て釘抜き体2を形成し、一方、切削工程を経て殴打体1を形成し、この殴打体1と釘抜き体2とを連設してヘッド部3を形成し、このヘッド部3に芯材7を挿入止着し、この芯材7及び芯材7とヘッド部3との連設部夫々の外表面に適宜な被覆材8を被覆して握持部4を形成して釘抜き付ハンマーを製造する。

本発明は上述のような製造方法を採用するから、製造が容易であって量産性に秀れ、しかも、ヘッド部3の軽量化が容易に達成し得る従来にない画期的な釘抜き付ハンマーの製造方法となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は本発明の一実施例を図示したものであり、以下に説明する。

釘抜き体2は、図1,2,3に図示したように適宜な鋼製部材から打ち抜き工程により方形状の巾細部5aと方形状の巾広部5bとを連設した基材5を形成し、続いて、基材5を絞り工程により該基材5を巾方向に適度に湾曲させて断面略U字状に形成するとともに該基材5の巾細部5a位置を長さ方向に適度に湾曲形成し、続いて、この基材5の巾広部5b位置の適所に孔開け工程により貫通孔5cを形成するとともにこの基材5の巾細部5a位置にして前記で形成した断面U字状のものの両側部頂面を長さ方向に切削工程(フライス工程)により切削してテーパー面5dに形成し、続いて、この基材5の巾細部5a位置の基端に切削工程によりV字状の釘抜き部5eを形成するとともにこの基材5の巾広部5b位置を絞り工程により丸めて被嵌部5fを形成して製造するものである。尚、この釘抜き部5eの端部は適宜仕上げ切削工程を施す。
