【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、一対の壁部材間に連結杆を備えた物品収納具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の物品収納具としては例えば実開平1−96372号公報に示されるものがある。すなわち、台盤の左右両側部と後部とにそれぞれ側枠が立設され、左右一対の側枠の前部間にサイドバー(連結杆に相当)が掛止されている。上記各側枠は、枠杆と互いに交差する複数本の縦線材と横線材とによって、パネル状に形成されている。

また、上記サイドバーの一端は一方の側枠の枠杆に外嵌された筒体に吊り下げられており、サイドバーの他端は、L形状に折り曲げられ、他方の側枠の枠杆に外嵌された筒体に設けられた受筒に対して嵌脱自在に構成されている。上記各筒体はそれぞれ左右一対の側枠の枠杆に設けられた掛止突起に支持されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の従来形式では、サイドバーの他端(遊端)をL形状に折り曲げるため、曲げ加工に手間がかかるといった問題があった。また、サイドバーの他端を受筒に差し込む際、サイドバーの他端が受筒の孔部に対して位置ずれし易く、このため、サイドバーの他端を迅速に受筒に差し込み難いといった問題があった。さらに、各筒体がずれ落ちないようにするため、左右一対の側枠の枠杆に各筒体を支持する掛止突起を特別に設ける必要があり、したがって、掛止突起を枠杆に取付ける手間がかかり、部品点数が増えて重量も重くなってしまうといった問題があった。

本発明は、連結杆の曲げ加工を不要にし、また、連結杆の端部と壁部材側との着脱が容易に行え、さらに、部品点数の削減を実施し得る物品収納具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題を解決するために本第1発明における物品収納具は、物品を載置可能な底体と、この底体の両側方に配設された一対の壁部材とで構成され、両壁部材間へ物品を出し入れする物品収納具であって、
連結杆の一端が一方の壁部材側に連結されているとともに他端が他方の壁部材側に着脱自在に構成され、
上記連結杆は全長にわたり真直棒状に形成された1つの部材であり、
上記連結杆の端部に、壁部材側との接触時の緩衝となる緩衝部材が設けられているものである。

これによると、連結杆を製作する際、従来のような曲げ加工が不要となり、連結杆の製作が容易になる。また、連結杆の他端を他方の壁部材側に着脱する際等において、連結杆の端部が壁部材側に接触した場合、緩衝部材によって接触時のショックが緩衝される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1,図2に示すように、1は物品収納具であり、物品を載置可能な底体2と、左パネル部材3(一方の壁部材の一例)と、右パネル部材4(他方の壁部材の一例)と、後パネル部材5(壁部材の一例)とで構成されており、左パネル部材3と右パネル部材4との間に物品収納空間6が形成されており、前方から物品収納空間6へ物品を出し入れ可能に構成されている。

上記左パネル部材3は、門形状の枠部材7と、下部横材8と、互いに直交する複数の縦材9と横材10とによって構成されている。上記枠部材7は、パイプ状の前後一対の縦支柱11,12と、両縦支柱11,12の上端間に連設された上部横材13とで構成されている。また、上記下部横材8はアングル状に形成されて両縦支柱11,12の下端間に設けられており、上記各縦材9は下部横材8と上部横材13との間に設けられ、上記横材10は両縦支柱11,12間に設けられている。また、上記右パネル部材4は上記左パネル部材3と同一に構成されている。

すなわち、図5,図6に示すように、ステー31にはパイプ材が用いられ全長にわたり真っ直ぐな棒状に形成されている。また、ステー31の両端部はプレス加工等によって縦方向に長い長円状に形成されている。さらに、ステー31の両端開口部は樹脂製のキャップ34(緩衝部材の一例)で閉じられている。尚、キャップ34には水抜き用の穴60が形成されている。また、ステー31の一端は一方の取付部材29に吊り下げ可能に連結され、他端は他方の取付部材30に着脱自在となっており、他端には楕円状の係合孔33(係合部の一例)が上下方向に貫通して形成されている。

上記一方の取付部材29は、図7,図8に示すように、前後方向で相対向する一対の取付板部35と、両取付板部35の基端部間に連設された半円筒状の保持部36と、両取付板部35の上下部に設けられた横板部37とで構成されており、一方の取付部材29の上下部には、上記保持部36と横板部37とで囲まれた取付孔38が形成されている。図6に示すように、上記取付孔38に左パネル部材3の前部の縦支柱11が挿通された状態で、一方の取付部材29は、上記縦支柱11の軸心周りに回動自在かつ上下動自在に外嵌され、最上段の横材10(一部の横材に相当)によって支持されている。また、両取付板部35の遊端部間には、ステー31の一端が挿入され、連結ピン39によって上下回動自在に連結されている。

図7,図8に示すように、上記保持部36には上下に長い係止孔42が形成されている。また、上記保持部36の下端には切欠部40が形成されている。そして、図15,図16に示すように、切欠部40が上記最上段の横材10に上方から係合することによって、一方の取付部材29の回転可能な範囲は0°の位置(両取付板部35の遊端が右パネル部材4へ向く位置)とA方向へ120°回転した外側の退避位置P1との間に限定される。

次に、上記左部および右部連結部材22,23について説明する。
図17〜図19に示すように、上記左部連結部材22は、一端部に形成された円筒部70と、他端部に形成された角筒部71と、これら両筒部70,71間に連設された一対の中間板部72とで構成されている。上記左部連結部材22は、一端部が上下方向(長手方向)にわたり切断されており、図19に示すように、取付け前において一端部間が開いた状態で製作され、一端部間を閉じることによって、円筒部70が左パネル部材3の縦支柱12に外嵌されるとともに、角筒部71が後パネル部材5の縦支柱19に外嵌される。尚、上記後パネル部材5の縦支柱19の上部と下部は上記角筒部71の形状に応じて角形に成形加工されており、この部分に角筒部71が外嵌される。また、一対の中間板部72はリベット73によって連結されており不用意に開くことはない。この際、角筒部71は後パネル部材5の縦支柱19の外周面に圧接してしっかりと密着固定される。

図22〜図24に示すように、上記車輪装置32は、平面視で正方形状に形成された取付用座85と、この取付用座85に支持ヨーク86を介して遊転自在に設けられた車輪87とで構成されている。尚、上記車輪装置32は自由車輪装置であって、上記支持ヨーク86は軸受け装置88を介して縦軸心89の周りに回動自在な状態で取付用座85に取付けられている。
