TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion composition having good stability despite containing an inorganic salt.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since inorganic salts have the effect of activating the metabolism of the human body, it has long been proposed to add inorganic salts to cosmetics. For example, cosmetics used in combination with mucopolysaccharide and vitamin E (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-20909), cosmetics used in combination with mucopolysaccharide and phospholipid (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-209010) and the like are disclosed.
[0003]
However, the oil-in-water emulsion composition containing an inorganic salt had poor emulsification stability, and deterioration in stability such as water separation over time was observed. Therefore, in an oil-in-water emulsion containing an inorganic salt, an emulsifier in which polyglycerin condensed ricinoleate is used in combination with citric acid monoglyceride or succinic acid monoglyceride is incorporated in order to enhance the stability (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-20029). Techniques such as compounding a polyglycerin fatty acid ester composition as an emulsifier (JP-A-8-217724) and compounding a nonionic surfactant with a polyhydric alcohol ester of a polyhydric alcohol liquid at ordinary temperature (JP-A-11-35447) are disclosed. However, no inorganic salt-containing oil-in-water emulsion composition having good emulsification stability that can withstand long-term storage as a cosmetic has not been obtained.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide an inorganic salt-containing oil-in-water emulsion composition having good emulsion stability.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventor has conducted repeated studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, by blending 1,2-pentanediol in an oil-in-water emulsion composition containing an inorganic salt, the emulsion stability is dramatically improved. The inventors have found that the present invention is improved, and have completed the present invention.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0007]

[0008]
As the 1,2-pentanediol, one produced by a generally known method can be blended with the oil-in-water emulsion composition of the present invention. Further, commercially available products manufactured by Dragoco, Degussa, Stratmandu and the like can also be used.
[0009]
The amount of 1,2-pentanediol added to the oil-in-water emulsified composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, but in order to improve the emulsification stability, 0 to the total amount of the emulsified composition. It is preferable to mix at a ratio of 0.1 to 20.0% by weight.
[0010]
The inorganic salt used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium bromide, calcium chloride and the like. These inorganic salts may be used alone or in combination with a synthetic product alone or in combination with natural products such as seawater-derived bittern and dried seawater. Bittern is a residual salt remaining after concentrating seawater and precipitating sodium chloride. In addition to sodium chloride, a mixture of potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, magnesium bromide, magnesium chloride, sodium sulfate, potassium bromide, calcium chloride, etc. It is.
[0011]
The amount of the inorganic salt to be added to the oil-in-water emulsion composition is preferably 0.01 to 10.0% by weight. Further, the inorganic salt may be blended in a state of being dissolved in the aqueous phase component or in a state such as a granular state.
[0012]
In addition to the above components, the oil-in-water emulsion composition of the present invention may further contain emulsifiers, polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and 1,3-butylene glycol, humectants such as amino acids and mucopolysaccharides, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, Additives generally used in cosmetics, such as bactericides, anti-inflammatory agents, preservatives, and fragrances, can be blended.
[0013]
In the present invention, an oil-in-water emulsion composition having good stability is provided by using the above-mentioned inorganic salt and 1,2-pentanediol in combination. The oil-in-water emulsion composition of the present invention is used in the form of a milky or creamy plaster or a cosmetic. Furthermore, in the oil-in-water emulsion composition according to the present invention, various oils, surfactants, lower monohydric alcohols, humectants, polyhydric alcohols, cell activators, antioxidants, as long as the characteristics of the present invention are not impaired. Common cosmetics and pharmaceutical ingredients such as agents, whitening agents, ultraviolet absorbers, antibacterial and fungicides, pigments, pigments, and fragrances can be added.
