Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a bottom-fill type lipstick container, and more particularly to a lipstick container in which the filled lipstick does not break when the inner plate is lowered.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As the bottom-filled lipstick container, a lipstick container configured as shown in FIG. 4 is generally used. In this lipstick container, a lipstick 54 is filled in a middle tool 53 covered by a cap 52 from a bottom 51b of a middle plate 51 having a ring-shaped projection 51a formed on the inner peripheral surface. Therefore, the lipstick 54 is also filled around the upper end surface 51c of the inner plate 51 and the ring-shaped protrusion 51a. When using the lipstick, the lipstick 54 is pushed up by the upper end surface 51c and the ring-shaped projection 51a when the lipstick 54 is pulled out from the middle tool 53, and the lipstick 54 is lowered when the lipstick 54 is lowered. The lipstick 54 is moved down only by the ring-shaped projection 51a.
[0003]
In the above lipstick container, the filled lipstick 54 comes into close contact with the middle tool 53, and a large frictional resistance is generated when the lipstick 54 is extended and lowered. In particular, when the lipstick 54 is lowered, all of the frictional resistance acts on the ring-shaped protrusion 51a and the lipstick 54 (the shearing surface 54a) opposed to the protrusion 51a, so that the contact surface pressure increases and the lipstick 54 may be damaged. Alternatively, the lipstick 54 is broken at the shearing surface 54a, so that the lipstick 54 cannot be extended or lowered.
[0004]
On the other hand, in order to solve the above problem, a technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-45921 has been proposed. This technology relates to a middle plate of a lipstick container, and has a continuous or partial engagement device provided on an inner peripheral wall of the middle plate so that another projection does not come to a target position. With this technique, it is possible to prevent lipstick loss during molding and deviation during use.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even with the above technology, lipstick breakage during use cannot be completely prevented, and there is still room for improvement.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a lipstick container capable of almost completely preventing the lipstick from breaking during use by developing the above technology.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A lipstick container according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is a bottom-filled lipstick container, in which the inner peripheral surface has a larger diameter on the lower side than the diameter on the upper side and is inclined with respect to the axis. It is configured to have a stepped portion and an inner plate provided with a plurality of projections at positions along the stepped portion and not facing each other.
[0008]
[Action]
In the lipstick container, a step portion having a larger diameter on the lower side than on the upper side is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner plate, and a plurality of protrusions are provided along the step portion and at positions not opposed to each other. The cross-sectional area of the lipstick inside the inner plate is larger on the lower side (filling side) of the step than on the upper side. In particular, since the step is inclined with respect to the axis, the area of the surface on which the shearing force due to the frictional resistance generated when the lipstick is moved down, and the contact area between the step and the lipstick should be increased. And the shearing force and surface pressure acting per unit area of the lipstick can be reduced.
[0009]
For this reason, even if a large contact friction acts between the lipstick and the inside of the inside of the middle part, the lipstick can be moved into the inside of the middle part without breaking.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the lipstick container will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a lipstick container at the time of lipstick filling, FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the lipstick is pulled out from an inner tool when using the lipstick, and FIG. FIG.
[0011]
First, the overall configuration of the lipstick container will be schematically described with reference to FIGS. Each time the lipstick container is used, the lipstick 1 is unified with the filled lipstick 1, and the lipstick 1 is fed out and used, and a middle plate 2 for protecting the lipstick 1; 4 and an upper cylinder (not shown) that covers the middle tool 3 and the red 1.
[0012]
Then, the cap 5 is attached to the upper opening of the inner tool 3 to close the opening, and the inner plate 2 is lowered to the lower limit, and the softened red material is filled from the hole 2a at the bottom of the inner plate 2 and cooled. As a result, the space defined by the inner plate 2, the inner tool 3, and the cap 5 is filled with red 1.
[0013]
A guide groove 3a is formed below the inner tool 3 along the longitudinal direction (axial direction), and the guide protrusion 2b of the inner plate 2 is fitted into the guide groove 3a. A spiral groove 4a is formed inside the lower cylinder 4, and the guide projection 2b of the inner plate 2 is fitted into the groove 4a. Therefore, when the lower cylinder 4 is rotated with respect to the middle tool 3, the middle plate 2 moves up and down along the axis without rotating inside the middle tool 3 with this rotation. As the middle plate 2 moves up and down, the crimson 1 is fed out of the jig 3 or moved down.
[0014]
Next, the configuration of the inner plate 2 will be specifically described. The inner plate 2 is formed of a cylindrical member, and has a hole 2a formed on the bottom and a pair of guide protrusions 2b formed on the outer peripheral surface. A flange 2c whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the jig 3 is formed at the upper end so that the softened red material filled by the flange 2c can be prevented from leaking.
[0015]
At a predetermined position on the inner peripheral surface of the inner plate 2, an inclined stepped portion 6 inclined with respect to the axis is formed, and a plurality of projections 7 are formed along the stepped portion 6. The inclined steps 6 and the projections 7 are formed for the purpose of preventing a partial breakage or breakage of the red 1 at a contact portion with the red 1 when the fed red 1 is moved down. is there.
[0016]
The inclined step 6 is formed as a step inclined with respect to the axis of the inner plate 2, and a plurality of projections 7 are formed along the step 6. The angle of inclination of the inclined step portion 6 with respect to the axis is not particularly limited, and the contact length of the red 1 with the inner tool 3, the value of the frictional resistance generated between them, or the inner diameter of the upper portion of the inner plate 2 It is preferable to set appropriately according to the conditions.
[0017]
The upper side of the inclined step 6 is formed to have the same diameter up to the flange 2c provided at the upper end, and the lower side (filling side) of the inclined step 6 has a larger diameter than the upper side of the step 6. Holes 2a formed on the bottom surface are formed.
[0018]
For this reason, the neck portion of the filled red 1 is defined by the diameter of the upper side of the inclined cut portion 6. The contact surface between the red 1 and the inclined cutting portion 6 has a ring shape, and the area of the surface (shearing surface) on which a shearing force acts when the red 1 is moved down is determined by the diameter of the upper side of the inclined step 6 and the step. 6 is defined by the thickness of red 1 filled in the lower side. Furthermore, the area of the contact surface between the inclined step 6 and the red 1 is defined by the difference in diameter between the upper side and the lower side of the step and the angle of inclination of the step 6 with respect to the axis.
[0019]
A plurality of projections 7 are formed along the inclined step 6 and on the upper side of the step 6. The protrusions 7 are formed at positions where they do not face each other, and each of the protrusions 7 is configured to be able to bite into and hold the red 1. The number of the projections 7 is not particularly limited.
[0020]
In the lipstick container having the inner plate 2 formed with the inclined steps 6 and the projections 7 configured as described above, when the lower plate 4 is rotated when the inner plate 2 is lifted and the red 1 is fed, the rotation is accompanied by this rotation. The force generated is transmitted to the red 1 via the flange 2c and the protrusion 7 of the inner plate 2, and the red 1 is fed out against the contact friction between the red 1 and the middle tool 3. At this time, if a slight angle of rotation of the middle plate 2 occurs due to the gap between the guide groove 3a of the middle member 3 and the guide protrusion 2b of the middle plate 2, this rotation force is applied to the red And, according to the frictional resistance between the red 1 and the middle component 3, the red 1 is slightly rotated inside the middle component 3 or the inner plate 2 is raised without rotating the red 1.
[0021]
When the fed red 1 is moved down, the force associated with the rotation of the lower cylinder 4 is transmitted to the red 1 via the inclined steps 6 and the projections 7 of the inner plate 2 and resists the contact friction between the red 1 and the middle tool 3. And move Red 1 down. At this time, the shearing force acts on the shearing surface of the red 1, but since the area of the surface is large, the value of the shearing force acting per unit area can be reduced, and the fracture of the red 1 can be prevented. It becomes possible. In addition, since the contact area between the inclined step portion 6 and the red 1 is large, no force acts locally on the red 1 and the contact pressure generated between them can be reduced. It is possible to prevent serious damage.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, in the lipstick container according to the present invention, the inclined step is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner plate, and the plurality of protrusions are provided along the step and at positions not opposed to each other. In spite of the occurrence of frictional resistance between the filled crimson and the filling, the crimper can be smoothly fed and lowered.
[0023]
In particular, since the contact area between the filled red and the inner plate has been increased, it is possible to reduce the force acting per unit area of the red at the time of lowering the red, thereby preventing the red from being broken and the local area. It has features such as being able to prevent breakage.
