地中に複数段積み重ねられて埋設される弁筐の配設部における最上段の弁筐の上端に載せられる鋳物製の蓋体を覆うキャップであって、前記蓋体の上端張り出し部を上方から覆うように上面を形成する板部と、この板部の外周から下向きに連設された側板部と、この側板部の下端に周方向適当間隔おきに一体に設けた爪片とを備え、この爪片が前記上端張り出し部の下側に係合するように構成され、さらに上面を形成する板部の外周近傍には全周に亘ってV状の切り込み溝部が形成されていることを特徴とする弁筐の蓋体保護用キャップ。A cap for covering a cast lid placed on the upper end of the uppermost valve casing in the arrangement portion of the valve casing that is stacked and buried in the ground in a plurality of stages, and the upper end projecting portion of the lid is positioned from above.
