本発明は、建物ユニットの接合構造、接合方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、住宅等のユニット建物は、複数の建物ユニットを接続して構築されているが、この建物ユニットは、床パネルの周囲に壁パネルが立設された構造となっている(特公平5─38102号公報参照)。

上記のような建物ユニット同士の水平方向の接合構造は、壁パネル上端同士を接合する板金製接続具と、床パネルに渡し張りする継なぎ面材による接合構造となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような接合構造の建物ユニットの場合、壁パネルで形成される部屋の大きさ、開口の有無、大小により、壁パネルの形成される壁面の数量により、板金製接続具の締結本数が制限され、板金製接続具と継なぎ面材だけでは均一なる接合強度を確保しずらいといった問題がある。また、3階建等においては、建物ユニット間の接合強度が不足するといった問題もある。

本発明は、上記のこのような問題点に着目してなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、これらの問題点を解消し、隣接する建物ユニット同士を強固に接合できる建物ユニットの接合構造を提供するものである。

請求項1記載の本発明は、床パネルの外縁部に壁パネルが立設されてなる建物ユニットを複数突き合わせて配置し、隣接する床パネル同志を接合してなる建物ユニットの接合構造において、床パネルの外縁部が床構造材で四方形に枠組みされ、互いに隣接する床パネルの向かい合って並列する床構造材の端部に設けられた締結孔を貫通して締結ボルトが取り付けられ、前記向かい合って並列するそれぞれの床構造材の端部と直交する別の床構造材のそれぞれに、取付け片と、この取付け片に垂設され、締結ボルトを挿通可能な挿通孔を備えた係止部とからなる締結金具の取付け片が座金付きボルトで固着され、締結ボルトの一端が、一側床パネルの締結金具の挿通孔に挿入係止され、他端が他側床パネルの締結金具の挿通孔から突出され、螺入されたナットで締結されていることを特徴とする。
