Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eaves gutter joint for joining eaves gutters in a longitudinal direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to connect the longitudinal ends of the eaves gutter, the outer joint 8 and the inner joint 1 'are connected as shown in FIG. As described above, since the connection is made by using the outer joint 8 and the inner joint 1 ', not only the number of members is increased, but also the outer joint 8 is exposed to the outside and the external appearance is difficult to see. Therefore, it is conceivable to connect the eaves gutters 2 only with the inner joint 1 '. However, there is a problem in connecting the eaves gutter 2 only with the inner joint 1' for the following reasons.
[0003]
That is, the inner joint 1 ′ is composed of the outer piece 11 ′, the bottom piece 12 ′, and the inner piece 13 ′, and has an outer shape along the inner surface of the eaves gutter 2. 'A lock portion 3' (3a ', 3b') for locking to the locked portion 21 of the eaves gutter 2 is provided at the upper end. In order to connect the eaves gutter to each other by bonding to the inner surface of the eaves gutter 2 with the inner joint 1 ′ having such a configuration, first, the upper end of the outer surface of the outer piece 11 ′ is connected to the outer surface of the inner piece 13 ′ via the outer surface of the bottom piece 12 ′. The adhesive is applied to the adhesive application portion 7 'continuous to the upper end, and in this state, the locking portion 3a' at the upper end of the inner piece 13 'is tilted as shown in FIG. Put in. Then, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the inner joint 1 'is locked in the locked portion 21a on one side inside the eaves gutter 2 and the inner joint 1' is rotated in the direction of the arrow about the locked locking portion 3a '. As shown in FIG. 9 (c), the inner joint 1 'is fitted into the eave gutter and the outer surface of the inner joint 1' is brought into contact with the inner surface of the eave gutter 2, thereby forming a locking portion 3b at the upper end of the outer piece 11 '. Is locked to the locked portion 21b on the outer piece 11 'side of the eaves gutter 2 and the inner joint 1' is attached to the eaves gutter 2, and the adhesive is hardened so that the eaves gutters 2 are connected to each other by the inner joint 1 '. It is to be glued.
[0004]
However, when the inner joint 1 ′ is rotated about the locking portion 3 a ′ as described above, the adhesive application portion 7 ′ of the inner joint 1 ′ is attached to the eaves gutter 2 as shown in FIG. The adhesive comes in contact with the part 9 other than the adhesive part. For this reason, there is a problem in that the adhesive is not adhered to the inner surface of the eaves gutter 2 over the entire periphery of the outer surface of the inner joint 1 ', and water leaks from a portion not adhered. When connecting the eaves gutter only with the inner joint 1 'in this manner, a portion where the adhesive is peeled off and not adhered occurs, so that it was absolutely necessary to use the outer joint 8 to secure the waterproofness of the joint. .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to bond an eaves gutter joint to an eaves gutter by bringing an adhesive application portion into contact with a surface other than an adhesive surface with the eaves gutter. An object of the present invention is to provide an eaves gutter joint that does not peel off the agent and does not require an eaves gutter outer joint.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
