Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sealing label capable of confirming whether a medical device is new or old. More specifically, medical devices such as injection needles, liquid introduction needles and connectors are sterilized, and thereafter, medical devices covered with a protector that maintains sterility or those that are packaged with a packaging material are certified by their proof of sterility. The present invention relates to a sealing label capable of confirming that a protector or packaging material has not been opened.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Medical devices such as injection needles, liquid introduction needles, and connectors that come into direct contact with body tissues, blood, drug solutions, etc. are sterilized, and caps are provided to protect the needles and connection ends by covering them to maintain their sterility. That is, a protector is used. This protector is conventionally detachable from the needle part or the connection end, that is, it can be attached again after removing the protector once, so that the medical device is contained in a packaging material such as a blister pack. As long as it is, its sterility is guaranteed, but once opened, it does not guarantee the sterility of the protective part, even if the protector is covered. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having perforations at the opening so that the seal of the protector or the packaging material can be easily confirmed when using the medical device, and therefore, it is possible to guarantee that the sterility of the protective portion is maintained. Was also effective as a label. That is, a medical device is discriminated between new and old according to whether or not a perforation of the label is broken.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The perforated cut of this label was made straight along the running direction of the perforated line. Therefore, when the perforation is broken, the breakage of the sealing label often breaks regularly along the perforation. If the broken part of the sealing label is regularly torn as described above, the medical device body and the protector may be fitted back to the state before opening or the packaging material may be wrapped back to the state before opening prior to disposal. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to distinguish whether the medical device has already been opened and the perforations are not noticeable. If this discrimination is difficult, there is a problem in that a medical accident of reusing used medical tools occurs. The present invention aims to solve this problem.
[0004]
In the present invention, the broken portion caused by the opening of the protector of shed or packaging material is intended to finger across fracture end surface when the sealing label is separated as two parts. Also, in the following description, the amplitude of the break point refers to the irregular swing of the trajectory of the break point generated across the center line of the width where the perforation extending in the length direction of the label is arranged. It is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first aspect of the present invention is a sealing label used for sealing at a fitting portion of a medical device comprising a medical device main body and a protector covered by the main body, wherein the label comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. The sheet has a single perforation over its entire length to facilitate opening during use of the medical device, and the sum of the lengths of the slits or the diameters of the holes constituting the perforation is smaller than the length of the label. And the location of the breaks occurring between the adjacent individual perforation slits or holes oscillates from the center line extending in the length direction of the label and becomes irregular, or by the formation itself be arranged swings from the center line extending in the longitudinal direction of the label, check the old and new medical device, characterized in that it is adapted to the amplitude of the broken portion increases The sealing label that can be the subject matter of the present invention.
[0006]
A second aspect of the present invention is a packaging material containing a medical device, which is a sealing label used for sealing at an opening portion of the packaging material, wherein the label comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and the sheet comprises a packaging material. A single perforation over the entire length to facilitate opening of the material, the sum of the lengths of the individual slits or the diameters of the holes constituting the perforation is made longer than the length of the label , and The break position generated between the slits or holes of each perforation is irregular from the center line in the longitudinal direction of the label, or the formation of the slit or hole itself is the length of the label. The gist of the present invention is to provide a label for sealing which can confirm the new and old medical devices, characterized in that the amplitude of the rupture point is increased by arranging the medical device from a center line extending in the direction .
[0007]
The medical device of the present invention is, for example, an injection needle, a liquid introduction needle, a connector, or the like, which comes into direct contact with a body tissue, blood, a drug solution, or the like.
[0008]
The protector of the present invention is entirely formed of, for example, a synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonate, polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, and is closed at one end to form a bottom. .
[0009]
The packaging material of the present invention is composed of a plurality of members, and is for putting a medical device therein, and the material is also the same as that of the above protector.
[0010]
The sheet of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive label made of paper, nonwoven fabric, film, or the like. This label is affixed to the opening for removing the medical device. The perforations in this sheet may be those in which the individual cuts are corrugated or zigzag, or intersect perpendicularly to the running direction of the perforations.
[0011]
The perforation of the present invention is a series of slits or holes for forming perforations, has one perforation over the entire length of the label, and the length of each slit is the length of a hole. The length of a line segment having both ends around the hole passing through the center of the hole, that is, the diameter of the hole. The perforated length of the present invention is the distance between the cutting edges at the forefront of the perforation, which is approximately equivalent to the entire length of the label.
[0012]
[Action]
According to the above configuration, the sealed medical device main body and the protector are gripped with fingers, respectively, and the protector is twisted, or if the packaging material is opened by twisting, the sealing label is pressure-sensitive adhesive. , Easily broken from perforations. As a result, the protector can be separated or the packaging material can be opened. At this time, the break point of the sealing label has a shape having an irregular amplitude, but this amplitude becomes large because the perforation is large. If the irregular amplitude of the break point of the sealing label is large, it can be observed that the sealing has been opened, and the medical device body and the protector are fitted to the state before opening or the packaging material before opening. Even if the medical device is packaged, it can be determined at a glance that the medical device has been opened once.
[0013]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is easy to determine whether a medical device is used or unused, and an old medical device is not accidentally used.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As is evident from the above description, when a medical device utilizing the present invention is used, when the protector is divided or the packaging material is opened, the breakage of the sealing label has an irregular and large amplitude, and the sealing is opened. The medical device can be remarkably observed, and it can be surely confirmed that the medical device is sealed before use. Thus, the risk of unintentionally using the contaminated medical device on a patient is prevented.
