【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、キャップ状の部材を頭部を揃えて一列に搬送するキャップ状ワーク整列搬送装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
図3に示すような頭部の方が重いキャップ状のワーク10を前後不揃い状態でパーツフイーダーより一列に搬送し、搬送路の端部で頭部が先端になるように揃えて直進フイーダーに供給する手段として、従来は図4、図5に示した手段が考えられた。
即ち、パーツフイーダー10の端部に凹部11を設けてOK通路12を形成し、所定間隔Lを存して同一平面にNGワーク通路13を設けてある。キャップ状のワークWが頭部を先にしてパーツフイーダー10端部の凹部11上を進もうとすると頭部が重いので図4の如く下方に傾き下方のOK通路12に入り込む。下部を先にしたワークW′が来ると図5の如く下方へ傾かないで凹部11をまたいでNG通路13に乗り移る。しかし乍ら、頭部を先にしたワークWでも下に傾かずにNG通路13に乗り移ったり、又、下部を先にしたワークW′も凹部11のところで下に傾きOK通路12に入ったりすることがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術は、キャップ状のワークの重心を利用して揃えているので、凹部の寸法、パーツフイーダーの速度の調整が微妙で100%正確に揃えることができず、不良ワークの検出装置及びこの不良ワークの自動排除装置が必要となり装置が複雑で高価になるという問題点があった。

本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、キャップ状の部材が前後不揃い状態で一列に搬送される搬送路の端部にキャップ状の部材が搬送されてくる方向に突部が向いているキャップ状の部材を挿入し得る突部を円盤外周に複数個突設したキャップ状の部材を突部に挿入した状態で回転搬送することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図1、図2に基いて詳細に説明する。
1は振動により螺線状の通路を前後不揃いで螺線状通路を前進搬送する周知のパーツフイーダーである。2はこのパーツフイーダー1の端部に搬送路と直角に配設されたワーク反転板で、円盤外周に一定間隔で突部2aが形成されている。3はこのワーク反転板2を所定の速度で回転するスピードコントロールモータ、4は次工程へつながる直線フイーダーである。

次に作用について説明する。
パーツフイーダー1をキャップ状のワークWが前後不揃いで連接して送られて来る。ワーク反転板2はワークWの進行速度に合せて回転しているので下部を先にしたワークWはワーク反転板2の突部2aに嵌まり反転して直線フイーダー4上に落下する。頭部を先にしたワークは突部2aに嵌まらないで下方に落下する。従って、頭部が先に向いたワークのみが直線フイーダー4に送られる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、キャップ状の部材が前後不揃い状態で一列に搬送される搬送路の端部にキャップ状の部材が搬送されてくる方向に突部が向いているキャップ状の部材を挿入し得る突部を円盤外周に複数個突設したキャップ状の部材を突部に挿入した状態で回転搬送するので、キャップ状のワークを100%前後を揃えて搬送することができ、不良ワークの検出装置が不要となり、装置全体が簡単で安価になるという利点を有する。
