Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、前面にクリア部材保持枠を開閉可能に設け、該クリア部材保持枠のクリア部材により遊技部の前面を覆ったパチンコ遊技機やスロット遊技機(パチスロ遊技機)などの遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ機のクリア部材たるガラスを保持して前面側に開閉可能に備えられるクリア部材保持枠(所謂ガラス保持枠)は金属製であり、このガラス保持枠は細長い金属板を断面形状を所定の形状に屈曲成型してから溶接することにより中央に大きな開口部を有する枠体に成形し、開口部の裏側内周縁に、断面W字状のガラス支持縁を溶接等によって固定し、このガラス支持縁に板ガラスを嵌め込む構成であった。そして、この金属製ガラス保持枠にランプ装飾装置などの装飾装置を設けることは、スペース上の問題から、また、構造が複雑になってしまうので、実際には行なわれていない。その代わりに、ガラス保持枠の周囲を囲む前面枠(内枠)の表面にランプ表示器などの装飾装置を設けていた。

一方、最近では、パチンコ機においてそのガラス保持枠であるクリア部材保持枠を合成樹脂により成型し、これを内枠たる前面枠に開閉可能に取り付けることが考えられている。このように合成樹脂によりクリア部材保持枠を形成することは、パチンコ機の前面側のデザインを金属製の場合に比べて任意に設計できるという長所を有し、また、合成樹脂製であればリサイクルが容易であり天然資源の保護にも寄与する。さらに、クリア部材保持枠を合成樹脂製にすると、ランプ表示器などの装飾装置を、金属製ガラス保持枠に比較して、デザインを統一した状態で設け易く、また、装飾装置の数も従来よりも増加することが容易である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、クリア部材保持枠のクリア部材保持枠本体を合成樹脂によって一体成型にすると、金属製ガラス枠の場合に比較して遥かに大きな成型金型が必要になるし、また、クリア部材保持枠本体の前後寸法の割に上下および左右の寸法が大きいので、射出成型した際の冷却工程で「反り」が発生し易く、必要な精度で製造することが容易ではない。また、その一方で、単に分割して成型しただけでは、組み立てた後に接合部分の強度が不充分になるおそれが有るばかりでなく、ピアノ線等の異物が挿入されるおそれがある。また、接合部分の継目が美観を損なうなどの不都合がある。

そこで、本発明の目的は、上記不都合を解消し、クリア部材保持枠のクリア部材保持枠本体を合成樹脂によって高い精度で成型することができ、しかも組立後に接合部分の強度が高く、体裁の良い遊技機を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたもので、請求項1に記載のものは、ヒンジ機構により開閉可能に設けられたクリア部材保持枠クリア部材により遊技部の前面を覆った遊技機において、
上記クリア部材保持枠は、
別個に成型されて、各々コ字状形成の第1分割片と第2分割片とを連結部によって連結して構成されるとともに、上記クリア部材により塞がれる開口部を中央部分に形成した合成樹脂製のクリア部材保持枠本体と、
該クリア部材保持枠本体の裏面に固定されるとともに、上記ヒンジ機構の支軸が突設された補助金属板と、
上記クリア部材保持枠本体の前面側に止着された装飾部材と、
上記クリア部材保持枠本体の開口部に裏側から臨ませて当該クリア部材保持枠本体に止着され、全体が略U字状であるレンズ部材と、
を備え、
上記クリア部材保持枠本体は、縁部を裏面側に折り返した折り返し部と前面部とによって凹室部を形成し、
上記レンズ部材は、前方に膨出するとともに、上記クリア部材保持枠本体の開口部の開口縁裏側に係止する鍔部を当該レンズ部材の外周縁に形成し、
上記レンズ部材をクリア部材保持枠本体の開口部に裏側から臨ませ、鍔部をクリア部材保持枠本体に止着することにより、レンズ部材の裏側の空間と、クリア部材保持枠本体の凹室部とを連通して電気的部材処理空間を形成するとともに、該電気的部材処理空間に電気的部材を収納し、
上記クリア部材保持枠本体の前面側に、上記第1分割片と第2分割片との接合部分を跨ぐ状態で上記装飾部材を止着する一方、
上記クリア部材保持枠本体の裏側に、上記補助金属板を上記第1分割片と第2分割片との接合部分を跨ぐ状態で固定し、当該補助金属板が上記電気的部材処理空間に収納した電気的部材を覆うことを特徴とする遊技機である。

【発明の実施の態様】
以下、本発明の実施の態様を図面に基づいて説明する。

パチンコ遊技機1は、前後が開放した矩形の外枠(機枠)と、該外枠3の一側(本実施例では図中左側)に上下のヒンジ機構4,4により外枠3の前面開口部分に対して開閉可能に軸着した額縁状の内枠5と、該内枠5の一側にヒンジ機構6,6により開閉可能に軸着して内枠5の上半を全幅にわたって被うようにして設けたクリア部材保持枠2と、該クリア部材保持枠2の下方一側にヒンジ機構により開閉可能に軸着して内枠5の下半を全幅にわたって被うようにして設けた開閉パネル7などからなり、内枠5の窓部から後方に一体成形した遊技盤収納枠8内に遊技盤9を装着してクリア部材保持枠2を閉じると、遊技盤9の表面に形成した遊技部10がパチンコ遊技機1の前面に臨んで、この遊技部10を遊技者がクリア部材保持枠2のクリア部材である板ガラス11を通して見られるように構成されている。

そして、内枠5は、施錠装置の一部を構成するフックによって外枠3の他側の係止部材に自由端側が施錠され、また、クリア部材保持枠2は、施錠装置を構成する他のフック12,12によって自由端側が内枠5の他側に施錠され、これらは内枠5の上部一側に設けたシリンダ錠13の鍵穴に差し込んだ鍵を一方に回動すると内枠5が、他方に回動するとクリア部材保持枠2が解錠する構成となっている。

クリア部材保持枠2は、図面に示すように、中央部分を大きく開口した合成樹脂製のクリア部材保持枠本体17としてのロ字状ガラス保持枠本体と、該クリア部材保持枠本体17の裏面側に付加部材として固定された補助金属板20と、板状のクリア部材である板ガラス11周縁枠21で一体化してクリア部材保持枠本体17の開口部を塞ぐようにして取り付けたガラスユニット22とが主要な構成部材である。

そして、本実施例ではクリア部材保持枠本体17の上部中央に装飾ランプ装置としてパイロットランプ23を設け、クリア部材保持枠本体17の開口部の内側縁に沿って半透明の装飾部材である略U字状のレンズ部材24を設け、該レンズ部材24の一部を前面から覆うスピーカ用装飾部材25を取り付けてある。なお、クリア部材保持枠2の開口部の形状は、矩形に限定されるものではなく、例えば円形や楕円形でもよい。さらにまた、クリア部材は透明プラスチック板でもよい。

上記した構成から成るガラス部材保持枠本体17の裏側に固定する補助金属板20は、本実施例では図に示すように、門形に連結される左右2つの略L字状の第1補助金属片20a,第2補助金属片20bと、この門形脚部の下端間を連結する第3補助金属片20cとを連結してなる。そして、第1,第2,第3補助金属片20a,20b,20cを全体としてロ字状に連結した状態でガラス保持枠本体17の裏面に、図9に示すように、ボス部26を利用してビスにより強固に固定し、これによりクリア部材保持枠本体17の強度を背面から補強する。なお、第1補助金属片20aは、クリア部材保持枠本体17の上部の接合部分27aを跨ぐ状態で固定し、第3補助金属片20cは、クリア部材保持枠本体17の下部の接合部分27bを跨ぐ状態で固定する。

また、第1,第2,第3補助金属片20a,20b,20cのいずれも前面部分の外側の縁部を後方に折り返して折り返し部29を形成する。この折り返し部29がピアノ線等の侵入を防止する異物挿入阻止壁として機能する部分なので、ガラス保持枠本体17の後端よりも後方に突出する寸法に設定することが望ましい。そして、クリア部材保持枠2を閉じた状態で折り返し部29が内枠5と重なり合う様に構成する。例えば、内枠5の前面、特に不正行為が行なわれ易い左右の辺に折り返し部29が嵌合可能な凹部30を形成する。

また、クリア部材保持枠2下端においては、図9に示すように、開閉パネル7の上端に、折り返し部29と嵌合可能な凹部31を形成する。この様に構成すると、クリア部材保持枠2と開閉パネル7との間の隙間からピアノ線等を差し込んで不正行為を行なおうとしても、差し込んだピアノ線等の先端が凹部31の奥の壁に当接したり、凹部31の内面と重なり合った補助金属板20の折り返し部29に当接してしまい、内部に侵入することができない。したがって、ピアノ線等を侵入させて行なう不正行為を有効に防止することができる。

なお、折り返し部29は、前面部に対して直交する方向に延設してあるので、ピアノ線等の侵入を防止する防犯機能だけではなく、補助金属板20自体ひいてはクリア部材保持枠2全体の強度を高める補強機能をも兼ねるものである。

ガラス保持枠本体17は、本実施例では図4に示すように、合成樹脂によって左右2つのコ字状分割片17a,17bを別個に成型し、この左右の分割片17a,17bの端部の連結部34a,34bによって連結し、この連結部34a,34bによる連結により全体がロ字状に組み立てられる。連結部34a,34bは、本実施例では、左側の分割片17aの端部に、取付孔を有する連結片を突設し、右側の分割片17bの端部に、上記連結片の取付孔に対応してねじ孔を開設し、左側の分割片17aに突設した連結片を右側の分割片17bの裏面に重ね合わせ、連結片の取付孔に通したねじをねじ孔に締め込むことにより左右の分割片17a,17bを連結するように構成してある。なお、この連結部34a,34bは、分割片17a,17bを連結することができればどのような構成でもよく、例えば係止爪と、該係止爪が係止可能な段部とによって構成してもよい。

ガラス保持枠本体17の両縁部は裏面側に折り返した様な形状に成形され、両折り返し部と前面部とによって裏面側に開口した凹室部を形成し、この凹室部が後述するレンズ部材24の裏側の空間と連通して電気的部材処理空間35となり、この電気的部材処理空間35内に装飾装置の発光源や配線等の電気的部材を収納できるように構成されている。なお、折り返し部は、単に凹室部を形成するだけではなく、前面部と直交する方向に壁状に形成されているので、ガラス保持枠本体17自体の強度を高める補強部としても機能している。

そして、上記電気的部材処理空間35は、図7に示すように、ガラス保持枠本体の裏面に取り付ける前記補助金属板20a,20b,20cによりカバーされる。したがって、補助金属板20a,20b,20cを取り付けた後は、電気的部材処理空間35内に収納した配線コード等の電気的部材は、補助金属板20により覆い隠されてしまうし、左右の分割片17a,17bを連結した接合部分も覆い隠される。したがって、クリア部材保持枠2を開放した状態でも体裁を損ねることはない。

本実施例におけるクリア部材保持枠2は、上部両隅角部に切欠部36a,36bを形成し、自由端側の切欠部36bによって内枠5の閉止状態におけるシリンダ錠13の肉厚な取付部分との干渉を回避し、軸着基端側の切欠部36aによってヒンジ機構4との干渉を回避する。この様に、シリンダ錠13を内枠5の上部一側に配設すると、パチンコ遊技機1の前に遊技者が座っていたとしても、周囲からはシリンダ錠13が良く見えるので、即ち店員が監視し易い位置にあるので、シリンダ錠13に対する不正行為を有効に防止する効果がある。

また、クリア部材保持枠2の軸着基端側上部には、賞球ランプ39と完了ランプ40を一体化したランプ表示器を、上部中央部分にはパイロットランプ23をそれぞれ設けるので、ガラス保持枠本体の左上部及び対応する位置の補助金属板20aに開口部を開設し、ガラス保持枠本体の開口部内に裏側からレンズを嵌合して取り付ける。なお、賞球ランプ39と完了ランプ40の発光源は外枠3に取り付けるので、内枠5の対応部分に光透過窓(図示せず)を開設してある。

また、ガラス保持枠本体17の上辺部には前面側に横長な凹部41を形成するとともに、棚板状の異物遮蔽部42を突設し、この凹部41内にパイロットランプ23用のランプ基板43を、左右の分割片17a,17bの接合部分27aを跨ぐ状態でねじ等の止着手段によって取り付け、上記凹部41を装飾部材として横長なレンズカバー23′で覆って止着する。ランプ基板43の取り付けは、図8に示すように、発光源である各ランプ(白熱電球)44…に導通したコネクタ45をランプ基板43の裏面に設け、また、ガラス保持枠本体の凹部41の底部に上記コネクタ45に接続可能なコネクタ46を貫通した状態で固定しておき、ランプ基板43を前方から凹部41内に後退させてランプ基板43のコネクタ45を凹部41のコネクタ46に接続するとともに、ランプ基板43の止着孔内にビスを挿通してねじ止めする。

したがって、ランプ基板43を分割片17a,17bの接合部分27aを跨ぐ状態で所定の位置に止着すれば、別途配線接続作業を行なう必要がないし、ランプ基板43が接合部分27aの接合強度を高める付加部材としても機能する。なお、凹部41のコネクタ46に接続したパイロットランプ23用の配線コード47は、前記した凹室部内に通すと共に、ガラス保持枠本体と一体成型した凹室部内のコード止着部49によって支持した状態で配線することが望ましい。

上記レンズカバー23′は、上面部の円弧状前端縁から曲面状の光輝部を斜め下後方に延設した略鰹節形状の合成樹脂製カバーであり、ガラス保持枠本体側の後端縁部分に切欠状の通気口50を3箇所開設してある。この様な構成から成るレンズカバー23′を凹部41に取り付けるには、後端縁の嵌合段部を凹部41の内側に嵌め込み、後端縁から突設した係合突起51を凹部41の係合孔52内に係止することにより取り付ける。

この様にしてレンズカバー23′をガラス保持枠本体の凹部41に取り付けると、左右の分割片17a,17bの接合部分27aの殆どを覆い隠す装飾部材として機能するばかりでなく、接合部分27aの接合強度を高める付加部材としても機能する。

また、レンズカバー23′を凹部41に取り付けると、レンズカバー23′の通気口50に対応する位置に所定の高さで異物遮蔽部42が形成されているので、この異物遮蔽部42が、レンズカバー23′の内側から所定の間隔だけ離隔した状態で通気口50に臨むこととなる。そして、異物遮蔽部42の面積は、通気口50の開口面積よりも大きく設定してあるので、この通気口50と異物遮蔽部42とが上下に僅かに離隔した状態で重なる部分には、通気口50から内部に通じる通気流路が屈曲した状態で形成される。

パイロットランプ23のランプ44…が点灯すると、このランプ44…の光がレンズカバー23′を光輝し、このレンズカバー23′の輝きによって遊技状態を可視表示したり装飾効果を高めたりすることができる。そして、ランプ44が点灯すると、レンズカバー23′内の空気、特にランプ44の周りの空気が温められ、この暖気は冷たい空気よりも軽いので上昇する。上昇した暖気は上記通気流路を通って通気口50からレンズカバー23′の外部に排出される。したがって、レンズカバー23′の内部の温度が、ランプ44…の熱によって加熱されることを防止することができる。このため、熱可塑性合成樹脂製のレンズカバー23′やガラス保持枠本体17が熱変形することを未然に防止することができるし、ランプ基板43や配線コード47等の部品が熱により損傷することを防止できる。
