【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機やアレンジボール遊技機等、遊技球を使用して遊技を行う遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の技術を、代表的な遊技機であるパチンコ遊技機を例に挙げて説明する。このパチンコ遊技機は、前面枠の裏面側に収納された遊技盤、この遊技盤の後方側に取り付けられた樹脂製の裏機構盤、及び、遊技球を貯留可能な上皿が前面側に形成されると共に前面枠の前方に開閉可能に取り付けられた開閉パネル等を備えている。
裏機構盤には、球タンクに貯留された遊技球を流下する球排出装置や、球排出装置から流下した遊技球を上皿に排出するための球排出路の一部を形成する裏機構盤排出路形成部等を設けてあり、開閉パネルには、球排出路の一部を形成する上皿排出路形成部を後方に突出した状態で設けてある。
そして、裏機構盤排出路形成部の前部と上皿排出路形成部の後部とを直接接続することにより一連の球排出路を形成し、球排出装置が流下した遊技球を、この球排出路を通じて上皿へ排出する。

この構成では、裏機構盤と開閉パネルとの間には遊技盤が介在し、さらに、遊技盤の前面よりも前方に開閉パネルを配置してあるので、裏機構盤と開閉パネルとが前後に離隔しており、裏機構盤排出路形成部或いは上皿排出路形成部の一方を、他方の側まで延出して接続している。
また、遊技盤には、裏機構盤排出路形成部や上皿排出路形成部が貫通し得る空部を、遊技盤を切り欠く等して設けてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したように、この種の遊技機では、球排出装置が流下した遊技球を球排出路を通じて上皿へ排出するので、流下する遊技球を球止まりさせることなく案内することが求められる。
また、従来の遊技機では、裏機構盤排出路形成部と上皿排出路形成部の2部材を直接接続するようにしていたので、裏機構盤排出路形成部を裏機構盤における前面よりも前方に長く延出させたり、上皿排出路形成部を開閉パネルにおける裏面よりも後方に長く延出させなければならない。

そして、裏機構盤排出路形成部や上皿排出路形成部を長く設けてしまうと、組立工場等において裏機構盤や開閉パネルを部品としてストックしておく場合等に、突出した裏機構盤排出路形成部や上皿排出路形成部が邪魔となり、積み重ねて保管することが困難になる。そして、保管するための無駄なスペースが必要となる。
さらに、裏機構盤は、比較的大きな部品であるため、裏機構盤排出路形成部を長く設けた場合には、突出した裏機構盤排出路形成部により、樹脂成型が行い難くなると共に、組み立て時における作業性をも悪くしてしまう。

一方、遊技盤に設けた空部に関し、この空部と、裏機構盤排出路形成部或いは上皿排出路形成部との間には隙間を設けてある。この隙間は、裏機構盤や開閉パネルを回動して開閉する時に、裏機構盤排出路形成部或いは上皿排出路形成部の先端が空部内の内側面に引っ掛からないようにする逃げの部分である。従って、この隙間内に、針金や薄い合成樹脂板等の不正操作具を挿入して不正行為が行われてしまう虞もある。

そこで、本発明は、流下する遊技球を球止まりさせずに案内可能な遊技機を提供することを目的とする。また、開閉パネルや裏機構盤の保管を改善すると共に、組み付けを容易にした遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたもので、請求項1に記載のものは、遊技盤が載置されるフレームボードと、
前記遊技盤の後方側に配設され、球排出装置からの遊技球を案内する球排出路の一部を形成する裏機構盤排出路形成部を備えた裏機構盤と、
遊技盤の前方側に配設され、受皿と連通して球排出路の一部を形成する受皿排出路形成部を後方に突出する状態で備えた開閉パネルとを有し、
球排出装置が流下した遊技球を球排出路を通じて受皿に排出する遊技機において、
前記遊技盤前面には遊技領域と非遊技領域とが区画されると共に、非遊技領域の下端左側部分には切り欠き部を設け、
前記裏機構盤排出路形成部は下端部分が前方に向けて略直角に屈曲し、この下端部分における底面を上方から覆うように緩衝部材を配設し、
該緩衝部材は、傾斜下端部分を下側に向けて略U字状に折り返した金属製の板状部材とし、前記裏機構盤排出路形成部の下端部分の前端部に設けられた係止段部に当該傾斜下端部分を係止させて後方から前方に向けて下り傾斜した状態で配設し、
前記遊技盤の切り欠き部に対応した位置で、前記フレームボードには、上面に球排出路の底面となる球流下面を後方から前方に向かって下り傾斜した状態で形成し、
該球流下面の後端は、前記緩衝部材の傾斜下端部分と連続するか、或いは傾斜 下端部分よりも下方に位置させて、前記球排出路の一部を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする遊技機である。

該遊技盤前面構成部材には、遊技盤の表面に接する取付ベース部を下端が開放した倒コ字状に切り欠くと共に、この切り欠きの上縁部及び左右縁部を後方へ延出することで、前記遊技盤の切り欠き部表面を覆うトンネル状の遊技盤排出路形成部を設け、
該遊技盤排出路形成部はフレームボードの球流下面上に位置した状態で固定されて、該遊技盤排出路形成部と球流下面とにより球排出路の一部を形成し、
裏機構盤排出路形成部、遊技盤排出路構成部、及び、受皿排出路形成部を接続することにより形成した一連の球排出路を通じて、球排出装置が流下した遊技球を受皿に排出するようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。なお、以下の説明では、代表的な遊技機であるパチンコ遊技機1を例に挙げて説明する。ここで、図1はパチンコ遊技機1の正面図、図2はパチンコ遊技機1の背面図、図3は遊技盤9の収納状態を説明する分解斜視図である。

図1に示すように、パチンコ遊技機1は、パチンコ機本体2と、遊技カードに記憶された情報の読み書き等を行うカードユニット3とから概略構成してある。

パチンコ機本体2は、機枠4により囲われ、この機枠4に、開口部を有する額縁状の前面枠5を開閉可能に取り付けてある。
前面枠5の背面には、図3に示すように、遊技盤収納フレーム6を、前面枠5の開口部を後方から塞ぐ様にして後方から固定する。また、この遊技盤収納フレーム6の下部にはフレームボード7を取り付けてある。そして、フレームボード7の上面に形成した遊技盤載置部8上に載せた状態で、遊技盤9を、遊技盤収納フレーム6とフレームボード7とに囲われた収納空部10内に収納する。なお、フレームボード7の上面における左側部分には、球流下面7aを設けてある。この球流下面7aは、後述する球排出路30の一部の底面となる部分であり、後方から前方に向かって僅かに下り傾斜させた傾斜面である。
この遊技盤9の表面には、ガイドレール等の区画部材11を配設してあり、この区画部材11により、ほぼ円形の遊技領域12と、非遊技領域13とを区画してある。

また、前面枠5の前面には、開口部を前方から塞ぐようにして、透明部材の一種である前面ガラス16を保持した額縁状の前面カバー部材17と、前面に上皿18を設けた開閉パネル19とを開閉可能に取り付けてある。そして、前面カバー部材17が閉じた閉止状態では、上記した遊技盤9の前面が前面カバー部材17の開口部から臨み、前面ガラス16を通して遊技者側から視認できる。また、開閉パネル19の下方には下皿20を設けてあり、この下皿20の左側には灰皿21を、右側には発射操作部22をそれぞれ設けてある。

図2に示すように、パチンコ機本体2の背面側には、裏機構盤25を配設してある。この裏機構盤25は、合成樹脂により成型されており、図3に示すように、遊技盤収納フレーム6における背面部の左側部分に設けた裏機構盤取付部26に、開閉可能な状態で取り付けてある。そして、閉止状態においては、裏機構盤25は、遊技盤収納フレーム6の背面に接した状態で固定される。換言すれば、裏機構盤25は、収納空部10に収納された遊技盤9の背面に、遊技盤収納フレーム6の後面部6aを介在させた状態で固定される。なお、遊技盤収納フレーム6の後面部6aは、本実施形態においては、薄い鉄板で構成されている。
また、この裏機構盤25の上部には、パチンコ遊技で使用する遊技球を一時貯留しておく球タンク27を設けてあり、この球タンク27の下方には、球タンク27に連通して、球タンク27からの遊技球を流下案内する球導出樋28を設けてある。

この球導出樋28の流下下端に連続して、球導出樋28からの遊技球を所要数排出する球排出装置29を配設してある。この球排出装置29は、球貸しの操作や遊技球の入賞といった所定の排出条件の成立に基づいて遊技球を排出、即ち、流下する。
この球排出装置29の下流側には、球排出装置29が流下した遊技球を流下案内するための球排出路30の一部を形成する裏機構盤排出路形成部31を設けてある。そして、この裏機構盤排出路形成部31の流下下端、即ち、裏機構盤排出路形成部31の前端部31aは、図3に示すように、裏機構盤25における前面側の左側下部に位置する。なお、この裏機構盤排出路形成部31における前端部31aの先端は、裏機構盤25における前面よりも僅かに前方に突出した部分、即ち、後述するガイド片31b(図8参照)が存在するものの、全体としては、裏機構盤25における前面とほぼ同一面を構成する。
この他に、裏機構盤25には、主にパチンコ遊技の制御を行う役物制御装置32や、球排出装置29の制御を行う排出制御部と発射装置33を制御する発射制御部と電源機構とを一体化した排出発射電源装置34等を設けてある。

次に、遊技盤9について詳細に説明する。ここで、図4は、遊技盤9の正面図である。
遊技盤9は、上記したように、区画部材11により、遊技球が流下可能な遊技領域12と非遊技領域13とを区画してある。そして、遊技領域12内には、可変表示装置37や、始動口及び大入賞口等の入賞具38、及び、多数の障害釘39…(図4では一部のみ図示)等を配設してある。一方、非遊技領域13には、遊技盤前面構成部材を配設してある。また、この遊技盤9における非遊技領域13の下端左側部分には、上方に向けて矩形状に切り欠いた切り欠き部41を設けてある。

遊技盤前面構成部材は、本実施形態では、非遊技領域13における上部に配設した上部遊技盤前面構成部材42、非遊技領域13における左下部に配設した左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43、及び、右下部に配設した右下部遊技盤前面構成部材44から構成してある。

上部遊技盤前面構成部材42は、底面を上面側へ向けて円弧状に湾曲させた左右が上下に長く中央部分が短い略アーチ形状のブロック体であり、本実施形態では、合成樹脂により成型してある。そして、この上部遊技盤前面構成部材42の表面には、レンズ状の飾りを設けたり、着色したりして装飾を施してある。

そして、上部遊技盤前面構成部材42の左端部には、上側係止金具46が係止する上側係止受部47を設けてある。なお、上側係止金具46は、遊技盤係止金具45の一部を構成する部材であり、遊技盤収納フレーム6の左側部における上側に設けてある。また、遊技盤係止金具45は、本願発明における遊技盤係止部材として機能する部材である。
この上側係止金具46は、図3中に拡大して示すように、遊技盤収納フレーム6の左側部に止着される取付基部46aの前端部から右側に延出させた保持腕部46bと、この保持腕部46bの先端部を後方に屈曲させて形成した係止端部46cと、を備えている。

また、上部遊技盤前面構成部材42の右端部には、上側固定金具50が当接する上側当接受部51を設けてある。この上側固定金具50は、図3に示すように、遊技盤固定部材として機能する遊技盤固定金具49の一部を構成する部材であり、遊技盤収納フレーム6の右側部に設けてある。

右下部遊技盤前面構成部材44は、非遊技領域13における右下隅部とほぼ同じ略三角形状のブロック体であり、本実施形態では、上部遊技盤前面構成部材42と同様な合成樹脂により形成してある。
そして、この右下部遊技盤前面構成部材44における右端部には、遊技盤固定金具49の一部を構成する下側固定金具52が当接する下側当接受部53を設けてある。

次に、左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43について説明する。ここで、図5は、左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43の構造を説明する図である。
左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43は、非遊技領域13における左下隅部とほぼ同じ略三角形状のブロック体であり、本願発明における遊技盤前面構成部材に相当する部材である。この左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43は、合成樹脂により成型してあり、その表面には着色等により装飾を施してある。そして、この左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43の下端部におけるやや右寄りの部分には、遊技盤排出路形成部54を設けてある。

この遊技盤排出路形成部54は、遊技盤9に設けた切り欠き部41の形状に応じて、遊技盤9の表面に接する取付ベース部43aを、下端が開放した倒コ字状に切り欠くと共に、この切り欠きの上縁部54a及び左右縁部54bを後方へ延出して形成したトンネル状の部分であり、切り欠き部41の表面を覆う(図4参照)。
なお、遊技盤排出路形成部54の後端は、遊技盤9の背面と略同一面となるまで延出してある。
この遊技盤排出路形成部54は、遊技盤9を前後方向に貫通すると共に遊技球が通過可能であり、さらに、下面が開放した空部を形成する。また、遊技盤9が収納空部10内に収納されてフレームボード7上に載置されると、遊技盤排出路形成部54は、フレームボード7の球流下面7a上に位置し、球流下面7aと共に球排出路30の一部を形成する。

なお、本実施形態では、遊技盤排出路形成部54の下面を開放し、球流下面7aと共に球排出路30の一部を形成するように構成したものを例示したが、遊技盤排出路形成部54の下面に板状の底部を設け、遊技盤排出路形成部54を筒状に設けるように構成することもできる。
但し、本実施形態のように、遊技盤排出路形成部54と球流下面7aとにより球排出路30の一部を形成した場合には、フレームボード7が遊技盤9の交換によっても交換されず継続使用されるものであるため、このフレームボード7に設けた球流下面7aと、裏機構盤排出路形成部31及び上皿排出路形成部63との位置関係に関し、遊技盤9の交換に拘わらず、常に一定の状態に維持することができる。特に、この球流下面7aは、球排出路30における底面の一部を構成しており、遊技球が転動する部分であるため、位置関係を一定の状態に維持することにより、長期に亘って、遊技球を球止まりなく案内できる。

この左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43における左端部の上下略中央には、下側係止受部56を設けてある。この下側係止受部56は、本願発明における係止受部として機能する部分であり、図5(d)に示すように、頭部を左側に向けた略T字状の部分である。即ち、下側係止受部56は、取付ベース部43aの左端から連続して左側に延出させた基部56aと、この基部56aの先端に設けられて、この先端から前後方向に延出させた略方形状の係止片部56cとを備えている。そして、この下側係止受部56には、遊技盤係止金具45の一部を構成する下側係止金具57が係止する。この下側係止金具57は、上記した上側係止金具46と同様な構成を有した部材であり、図3中に拡大して示したように、遊技盤収納フレーム6の左側部に止着される取付基部57aの前端部から右側に延出させた係止腕部57bと、この係止腕部57bの先端部を後方に屈曲させて形成した係止端部57cとを備えている。

また、下側係止受部56の右側に位置する取付ベース部43aには、左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43を止着するための止着孔43bを開設してあり、この止着孔43bの下方であって裏面側には、左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43を所定位置に位置決めするための位置決め突部43cを後方に向けて突設してある。

そして、左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43を遊技盤9の表面に止着するには、まず、位置決め突部43cを遊技盤9の表面の所定位置に設けた位置決め窪部(図示せず)に挿入し、この位置決め突部43cを挿入した状態で左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43を動かして左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43の止着孔43bと遊技盤9の表面に開設したネジ孔(図示せず)との位置をあわせる。止着孔43bと遊技盤9のネジ孔との位置があったならば、遊技盤9のネジ孔にビスを螺合して左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43を遊技盤9の表面に固定する。

次に、遊技盤9の装着について説明する。
遊技盤9を装着するには、まず、遊技盤9の左部を後方に右部を前方に位置させた状態で、遊技盤9の左部を収納空部10内に挿入する。そして、上側係止受部47を上側係止金具46の後方側に入り込ませると共に、下側係止受部56を下側係止金具57の後方側に入り込ませる。具体的には、図6(a)に示すように、下側係止受部56を下側係止金具57の後方側に入り込ませ、下側係止金具57の係止端部57cを、下側係止受部56の基部56aと係止片部56bとの接合部分に前方側から当接させる。なお、上側係止受部47と上側係止金具46とについても、同様な当接状態とする。
上側係止受部47及び下側係止受部56を、それぞれ上側係止金具46及び下側係止金具57の後方側に入り込ませたならば、遊技盤9の右部を後方に移動させる。遊技盤9の右部を移動させると、上側係止金具46及び下側係止金具57が遊技盤9の左部を前方から押さえるので、遊技盤9は、上側係止金具46の係止端部と上側係止受部47の当接部、及び、下側係止金具57の係止端部と下側係止受部56の当接部を中心にして回動する。

そして、図6(b)に示すように、遊技盤9の背面が遊技盤収納フレーム6の後面部6aに当接するまで遊技盤9を回動させて収納空部10内に収納したならば、遊技盤収納フレーム6の右側部に取り付けた遊技盤固定金具49により遊技盤9を固定する。
即ち、遊技盤固定金具49を操作することにより、遊技盤固定金具49が遊技盤9の右側部に設けた上側当接受部51及び下側当接受部に当接し、左方向に移動する力を遊技盤9に付与する。これにより、遊技盤9の左側面は、上側係止金具46及び下側係止金具57に一体に設けた位置決め片46d及び57dの右縁部に当接して左右方向の位置が規定される。また、係止腕部46b,57b及び係止端部46c,57cが遊技盤9を後方に押圧して前方への移動を規制するので、遊技盤9は遊技盤収納フレーム6の後面部6aに接した状態を維持され、前後方向の位置が規定される。
このようにして、遊技盤9は収納空部10における所定位置に固定される。

遊技盤9を収納空部10に収納し固定すると、図8に示すように、遊技盤9に設けた遊技盤排出路形成部54がフレームボード7の球流下面7a上に位置した状態で固定され、遊技盤排出路形成部54と球流下面7aとにより球排出路30の一部を形成することができる。
さらに、左下部遊技盤前面構成部材43に設けた遊技盤排出路形成部54の後部と、裏機構盤25に設けた裏機構盤排出路形成部31の前端部31aとが隙間のない状態で接続される。即ち、裏機構盤排出路形成部31の前端部31aが、遊技盤9の裏面に位置する遊技盤排出路形成部54における後部の開口周縁部分を、隙間のない状態で覆う。

そして、裏機構盤排出路形成部31における前部の上縁には、この接続時において遊技盤排出路形成部54の天井面に下側から当接するガイド片31bを前方に突設してある。このガイド片31bは、裏機構盤排出路形成部31の前端部31aと遊技盤排出路形成部54の後部とが接続する際に、遊技盤排出路形成部5 4の空部に入り込んで両者の位置ずれを修正する裏機構盤側ガイド部として機能し、裏機構盤排出路形成部31と遊技盤排出路形成部54の接続を確実なものとする。

なお、この構成では、裏機構盤25における裏機構盤排出路形成部31の前端部31aは、遊技盤排出路形成部54の後部、換言すれば、遊技盤9の裏面まで延出すればよい。これは、裏機構盤25の前面を遊技盤収納フレーム6における後面部6aの背面に当接した状態で取り付け、遊技盤9を後面部6aの表面に当接した状態で取り付けてあるためである。
従って、この前端部31aは、裏機構盤25の前面部分において、殆ど突出しない。即ち、上記したガイド片31b等が僅かに突出するだけである。

そして、裏機構盤25の前面部分において突出する部分が殆どなくなったことにより、裏機構盤25を容易に成型することができる。また、裏機構盤25を遊技盤収納フレーム6に取り付ける際においても、前面部に突出した部分が殆どないので、従来のように、裏機構盤排出路形成部31等の突出部分を、他の部品や工具等に引っ掛けることがなくなり、取り扱いが容易になる。
さらに、この裏機構盤25を部品としてストックしておく際に、裏機構盤25同士を安定した状態で重ねておくことができ、無駄なスペースも必要としない。

次に、開閉パネル19について説明する。
図1に示すように、開閉パネル19の前面には、遊技球を一時貯留する上皿18を前方に膨出形成してあり、この上皿18の表面には、球貸しの要求に応じて操作する球貸し釦60、カードユニット3に装着した遊技カードを返却させる際に操作するカード返却釦61、カードユニット3に装着した遊技カードの残度数を表示する残度数表示器62等を配設してある。

また、図7に示すように、この開閉パネル19には、上皿排出路形成部63を設けてある。この上皿排出路形成部63は、球排出路30の一部を形成する筒状部分であり、上皿18と連通すると共に、床部63c(図8参照)を上皿18に向けて下り傾斜させた状態で設けてある。
この上皿排出路形成部63は、開閉パネル19の背面よりも後方に突出させた状態で設けてある。具体的には、開閉パネル19の閉止状態にて上皿排出路形成部63の後部が遊技盤排出路形成部54の前部と接続し得るように、上皿排出路形成部63を後方に突設してある。

そして、開閉パネル19を閉じて閉止状態にすると、図8に示すように、上皿排出路形成部63の後部と遊技盤排出路形成部54の前部とが隙間がない状態で接続される。即ち、この接続状態において、上皿排出路形成部63の後部が、遊技盤排出路形成部54における前部の開口周縁部分を、前方から隙間のない状態で覆う。
