Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot plate, and more particularly to a hot plate with less disconnection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when connecting a heating wire laid between two aluminum plates to an external power supply terminal, conventionally, a sheath heater is started from the plate through a terminal outlet, and a sheath heater core is provided immediately below the outlet. The end of the heating wire was directly welded to the lower part of the wire.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since there is usually a gap between the outlet from the plate and the sheath heater, not only the support of the sheath heater in the outlet is not stable, but also the mechanical strength from the outside is weak. Breakage often occurred at the connection between the lower part and the end of the heating wire, and it was not easy to replace the heating wire at that time.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above disadvantages.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The hot plate of the present invention is for a terminal extending through the plate, comprising two plates, a heating wire and a fixed body sandwiched and fixed by the two plates, and a lower skin fixed to the fixed body. A sheath heater, wherein a lower portion of the core wire of the sheath heater is connected to a terminal of the heating wire, and an upper portion of the core wire is connected to an external power supply terminal via a detachable terminal.
[0006]
The two plates are fixed to each other by pillars penetrating a plurality of portions thereof.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a heat conducting plate 1 containing a heating wire (not shown) is sandwiched between upper and lower flat plates 2 and 3, and the heat conducting plate 1 Appropriate positions are welded to each other by an embedded cylindrical bar 4 penetrating therethrough, and then the end surface of the cylindrical bar 4 is cut to be flat with the upper and lower surfaces of the plates 2 and 3.
[0009]
Further, a sheath heater 6 is inserted into a terminal outlet 5 formed in the upper plate 2, and a fixing plate 7 is clamped and fixed in the vicinity of the terminal outlet 5 by the plates 2 and 3. It is fixed to the fixing plate 7 by welding or brazing, the lower part of the core wire of the sheath heater 6 is connected to the terminal of the heating wire at the lower part of the terminal outlet 5, and extends upward through the upper plate 2. The upper part of the core of the sheath heater 6 is connected to an external power supply terminal 9 via a detachable terminal (R terminal) 8.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
Since the hot plate of the present invention is configured as described above, the sheath heater 6 to which the lead wire of the heating wire is connected is fixed to the fixing plate 7 below the terminal lead-out opening 5 and does not fluctuate. The core connection of the sheath heater 6 to the wire does not fluctuate.
[0011]
Further, the impact force applied to the sheath heater 6 from the outside is received by the fixing plate 7 and is not applied to the connection portion between the heating wire and the lead wire, so that there is no risk of disconnection.
[0012]
Further, since the R terminal is used for the terminal structure provided on the plate, even if a heating wire breakage accident occurs, it is sufficient to replace at this portion, and the replacement operation is extremely easy. Furthermore, in the assembly finishing of the hot plate, if the two upper and lower flat plates are simply overlapped, the flat plate is warped due to the heat rise of the heater, and the plate cannot be used as a plate heater. It becomes blocked by the cylindrical rod.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the hot plate shown in FIG.
