本発明は、パーティションを構成する左右1対の支柱の前後に取り付けられる方形の塗装鋼板パネルであって、特に、その振動を吸収するようにしたものに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パーティションの前後に取り付けられる化粧パネルとしては、主としてクロスのような表皮材を貼った鋼板が用いられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このようなパーティションは、廃棄に際して、鋼板に貼り付けた表皮材が分離しにくく、分別回収に不利である。そのため、分別回収に有利な塗装仕様の鋼板が用いられつつあるが、このような塗装鋼板では、軽く叩いたとき、低級な金属音が発生するので、高級感に欠け、好ましくない。

本発明は、上述の問題点に鑑み、低級な感じの金属音の発生を防止し、重厚な感じを与えることができるようにしたパーティションにおける塗装鋼板パネルを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) パーティションを構成する左右1対の支柱の前後に取り付けられる方形の塗装鋼板パネルであって、表面側が塗装仕上げされた鋼板の四辺を、少なくとも2回直角に内向きに折り曲げて、パネル表側周縁部と断面コ字形状の裏側外周部とを有する表面板を形成し、該表面板の裏面に、該表面板の内面に当接し、かつ対向する前記断面コ字形状の裏側外周部に端部が填り込むように、振動吸収材を嵌合するとともに、分割して形成した振動吸収材を表面板の裏面に挿入して、それぞれを側方に移動させることにより、その側端縁を裏側外周部に填め込む。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1には、本発明の一実施形態を備えるパーティション(A)の一例を示すもので、その左右1対の支柱(1)の前後面に、塗装鋼板パネル(2)を取り付けてなるものである。

塗装鋼板パネル(2)は、例えば木目等の塗装をして仕上げた方形の鋼板の四辺の側縁を、内向きに2回直角に折り曲げて、パネル表側周縁部(3)(図2参照)と断面コ字形状の裏側外周部(4)とを形成した表面板(5)と、その裏面に嵌合した振動吸収材(6)とからなっている。

振動吸収材(6)は、クロス付きパネルであって廃棄されたパネルのクロスの粉砕物に接着材を混入し、加熱プレスにより成型して得たもので、硬質ではあるが、中間部を撓ませることができる程度の弾発性を有するものとするのがよい。

振動吸収材(6)は、図2に示すように、表面板(5)の内面に当接する面は平面状で、上下の端部(6a)は、表面板(5)の上下の断面コ字形状の裏側外周部(4)の内側に填る厚さを有し、中間部は薄い厚さとされている。
