【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような蓋付き容器において、生産時における寸法のバラツキや、経時変化、使用条件等の影響により、口部側ねじ条の外径が設計値より大きくなった場合には、その口部側ねじ条が蓋側のねじ溝の底に接近又は干渉することがある。また蓋側ねじ条の内径が設計値より小さくなった場合には、その蓋側ねじ条が口部側のねじ溝の底に接近又は干渉することがある。

上記のいずれの場合においても、クリック嵌合時の蓋の変形余裕が少ないか、又はゼロとなるので、クリックトルクが著しく大きくなり蓋を締める操作が困難となる原因となる。

そこで、この発明は、ねじ径の大きさが設計値からずれることがあっても、クリック嵌合時における蓋の変形を可能にし、所要の大きさのクリックトルクが得られるようにすることを課題とする。

上記の課題を解決するために、この発明は、容器本体の口部に蓋をねじ結合により着脱自在に取付け、上記口部外周面に形成された口部側ねじ条と上記蓋内周面に形成された蓋側ねじ条のねじ結合の終端部に、相互に嵌合するクリック部を設けてなる蓋付き容器において、上記の口部側ねじ条と蓋側ねじ条のいずれか一方又は両方に、1周あたり少なくとも3箇所の凸部をねじ条外周面に設け、各凸部が作る仮想半径を上記のクリック部におけるクリックトルクを保証する大きさに設定した構成とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。実施形態の蓋付き容器は図1及び図2に示すように、容器本体1の口部2の外周面に始端3から終端4までが1周以内の口部側ねじ条5が設けられ、また、口部2に被せられるコップ形の蓋6の内周面に蓋側ねじ条7が設けられる。この蓋側ねじ条7の始端8から1周以内の位置にある終端部9との間に所定の大きさのねじ端間隔Aが形成される。また、蓋側ねじ条7の中間部分を切欠いて、その蓋側ねじ条7の始端8に連続した始端側中間端部11と、終端9に連続した終端側中間端部12との間に所定の大きさの中間間隔Bが形成される。

以上のように、この発明は、口部側ねじ条と蓋側ねじ条のいずれか一方又は両方に、1周あたり少なくとも3箇所の凸部をねじ条外周面に設け、各凸部が作る仮想半径を上記のクリック部におけるクリックトルクを保証する大きさに設定することにより、クリック嵌合時においては所定の大きさのクリックトルクが得られ、また寸法バラツキ等があっても蓋の変形が可能であるので、クリックトルクが過大になることが防止され、円滑な蓋締め操作を行うことができる。
