本発明は、電線等の引込線を家屋等に引き込むに際し、該引込線を係留するための合成樹脂製のDV線引留具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
電線を家屋等に引き込むに際して使用されるDV線引留具は、特開平7−298464号公報,特開平9−224320号公報,特開平9−308066号公報等により知られているように、留具本体の端部に螺子軸が一体に形成され、該螺子軸の先端部には止金具を挿通し得る透孔が開設され、留具本体の両側面には電線が巻回される複数の軸部が一体に形成され、該軸部の先端に形成された鍔部が前記螺子軸の基部の両側に張り出しており、該螺子軸に螺合した締付ナットを螺締することで電線が挟着されるようにしたもので、上記DV線引留具の本体および締付ナットは、従来からABS樹脂等の合成樹脂により成形されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記締付ナットは、締付力が弱いと振動等により緩むおそれがあり、また、強く締め付けすぎると電線のビニル被覆等をはがしてしまうおそれがあるという問題があった。
そこで本発明は、電線を傷つけるような過剰な締付ナットの締付が防止されるとともに、振動等により該締付ナットが緩むおそれも可及的に解消されるDV線引留具を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明に係るDV線引留具は、留具本体の端部に螺子軸が一体に形成され、該螺子軸の先端部には止金具を挿通し得る透孔が開設され、留具本体の両側面には電線が巻回される複数の軸部が一体に形成され、該軸部の先端に鍔部が前記螺子軸の基部の両側に張り出すように形成され、該螺子軸に締付ナットが螺締されるようにしたDV線引留具において、螺子軸の基部に窪部を形成し、該窪部内底面から弾性リブを突設し、締付ナットを螺締したとき該締付ナットが該弾性リブに圧着することにより該締付ナットの緩みが防止されるとともに前記軸部に巻回された電線が鍔部と該締付ナットとによって脱落不能に囲われるようにしたことを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記DV線引留具において、螺子軸の基部の両側対称位置に窪部を形成し、該窪部内底面から弾性リブを突設したことを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記DV線引留具において、弾性リブは軸方向に長い薄手板状に形成されたものであることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。図1は本発明に係るDV線引留具の斜視図、図2はその締付ナット2と留具本体3の分解斜視図、図3はその使用状態を示した斜視図、図4は使用状態のDV線引留具の縦断面図、図5は図4のA−A線断面図である。留具本体3はその端部に螺子軸4が一体に形成されたABS樹脂製のもので、該螺子軸4の先端部に止金具5を挿通し得る長孔状の透孔6が開設されている。また、留具本体3の両側面には電線7が巻回される一対の軸部8,8と一対の軸部9,9と一対の軸部10,10が夫々対称位置に形成され、該各軸部の先端には鍔部8′,8′,鍔部9′,9′,鍔部10′,10′が形成され、前記螺子軸4寄りに形成された軸部10,10の鍔部10′,10′は該螺子軸4の基部の両側に張り出している。

そして、螺子軸の基部の両側対称位置に前記透孔6と連なるような形態で窪部11,11を形成し、該窪部内底面から弾性リブ12,12を突設している。該弾性リブ12,12は厚さ2mm、高さ7mm程度の薄手板状(翼形)に形成されたもので、この形状から必要とする弾力性および強度を備えている。
また、締付ナット2は内周面に螺子軸4に螺合し得る螺子溝が形成されたABS樹脂製のもので、これを螺子軸4に螺締することで該締付ナットの端面が上記弾性リブ12,12に圧着し該弾性リブ12,12を弾性変形させ得る。

このため、締付ナット2を螺子軸4に螺締することにより、図3〜図5に使用状態を示したように、軸部10,10に巻回された電線7は鍔部10′,10′と締付ナット2の端面によって囲われ、該軸部10,10からの脱落が防がれる。即ち、DV線である電線7は、自らの形状保持性によって鍔部10′,10′と締付ナット2によって囲われることにより軸部10,10に巻回された状態に保持され、脱落することがない。また、締付ナット2によって電線7のビニル被覆等がはがされることもない。またこの状態で締付ナット2は弾性リブ12,12に圧着し該弾性リブから常に反力を受けることから、風等による振動によっても締付が緩むことなく電線7を長期間安定して係留し得る。

また、上記弾性リブ12,12は窪部11,11内底面から突設され、必要な高さが確保されることから充分な弾力性が備えられ、該締付ナット2を該弾性リブ12,12に圧着させることにより常に緊張状態にし得るので、締付を一層緩み難くしている。
また、弾性リブ12,12は軸方向に長い薄手板状に形成されていることから締付ナット2の端面との圧着面の摩擦抵抗が大きくなり、このことも緩みを防ぐことに寄与している。

ちなみに、上記締付ナット2を20Kg・cmのトルクにて弾性リブ12,12に締付け、これを振動試験機により振幅5mm,振動数900回/分の設定で、水平方向および垂直方向に振動させたところ、水平方向,垂直方向ともに5時間経過しても該締付ナットが緩むことはなく、非常に満足すべき結果が得られた。

また、締付ナット2を締付るのにはスパナ等の工具は要さず、通常の作業者が手で掴んで回すだけで常に適度な締付状態となるので作業性が高い。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明に係るDV線引留具は、留具本体の端部に螺子軸が一体に形成され、該螺子軸の先端部には止金具を挿通し得る透孔が開設され、留具本体の両側面には電線が巻回される複数の軸部が一体に形成され、該軸部の先端に鍔部が前記螺子軸の基部の両側に張り出すように形成され、該螺子軸に締付ナットが螺締されるようにしたDV線引留具において、螺子軸の基部に窪部を形成し、該窪部内底面から弾性リブを突設し、締付ナットを螺締したとき該締付ナットが該弾性リブに圧着することにより該締付ナットの緩みが防止されるとともに前記軸部に巻回された電線が鍔部と該締付ナットとによって脱落不能に囲われるようにしたので、締付ナットがたとえ必要以上にきつく締付けられてもこれに
よって電線が傷つくことなく、また、弾性リブの反力によって締付ナットが緩むおそれが
解消されるので、長期間にわたり確実に電線を係留し得る有益な効果がある。
