TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lipstick color measurement method for managing the color of a lipstick in a lipstick manufacturing process and the like, and a jig used for the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a lipstick manufacturing process or the like, lipstick color measurement has been performed as part of quality control in order to control the color of the lipstick. As a method of measuring the color of this lipstick, there are usually (1) a method in which the appearance color of a lipstick applied to filter paper or the back of a hand or a stick-shaped product is visually determined, and (2) a sample for colorimetry. And a method of measuring the color with a spectrophotometer or the like is adopted. In the above method (2), first, a stick-shaped sample of lipstick having a length of about 10 cm is prepared, cut at a right angle in the longitudinal direction, and the cut surface is measured with a spectrophotometer or the like. Has been done.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the method (1), the visual judgment results vary due to individual differences, and it is impossible to realize accurate color management. Further, in the method (2), colorimetric values vary due to irregularities on the cut surface of the rod-shaped sample, and it is also difficult to realize accurate color management. Further, it is not easy to cut the rod-shaped sample so that the cut surface does not have unevenness, and a skilled technique is required. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the variation, cutting and colorimetry of a bar-shaped sample are repeated a plurality of times, and an average value thereof is also taken. The fact was that it was efficient. Further, if the rod-shaped sample is cut a plurality of times at a plurality of positions and used for colorimetry, the remaining amount of the sample decreases, and there is a problem that the sample after colorimetry cannot be stored.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and a colorimetric result of a lipstick can be accurately obtained by a single sample preparation and colorimetry, and the sample preparation is easy. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lipstick color measurement method capable of reliably storing a sample after color measurement and a jig used for the method.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the lipstick color measurement method of the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the lipstick melted by heating is filled in a molded container, the lipstick is cooled until it becomes a semi-solidified state, and the cut surface obtained by cutting the semi-solidified lipstick is subjected to color measurement. It is a color method.
[0006]
In the method for measuring the color of the lipstick, the heating temperature for dissolving the lipstick is in the range of 80 to 100 ° C, and the temperature for bringing the lipstick into a semi-solidified state is in the range of 40 to 60 ° C. Is preferred.
[0007]
Further, a jig used in the method for measuring the color of a lipstick of the present invention to achieve the above object is a molding container for filling the lipstick melted by heating, a molding container supporting member for supporting the molding container, and a molding container inside. A filling member for filling a lipstick with an upper member detachably provided on the molding container supporting member , wherein the filling hole has a taper whose hole diameter increases from top to bottom. It is characterized by being formed in a shape .
[0008]
And, by forming the filling hole of the above-mentioned placing member in a tapered shape in which the hole diameter increases from the top to the bottom, it becomes easier to prepare a sample for colorimetry, and the cut surface of the sample is further smoothed. And a colorimetric result without variation can be obtained.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0010]
In the lipstick color measurement method of the present invention, first, the lipstick bulk is heated and dissolved. The heating temperature depends on the type of lipstick, but is preferably in the range of 80 to 100 ° C. In a normal lipstick, heating to 90 ° C to dissolve the lipstick is sufficient without altering the lipstick. It is preferable because it can be dissolved in water.
[0011]
Then, the heated and dissolved lipstick bulk is filled in a molding container and cooled. For this cooling, it is preferable to adopt a method of gradually cooling by air cooling, since a hollow groove at the center of the lipstick bulk is less likely to be generated due to convection of the heated lipstick bulk. After leaving the lipstick bulk in a semi-solidified state, cut the semi-solidified lipstick bulk so that the cut surface is smooth, and measure the color of the cut surface with a spectrophotometer. You get the value.
[0012]
In order to make the lipstick bulk in a semi-solidified state as described above, it is preferable to set the temperature within a range of 40 to 60 ° C, depending on the type of the lipstick, and to set the temperature to 50 ° C for a normal lipstick. Is particularly preferred. That is, if the temperature of the lipstick bulk is lower than 40 ° C., the lipstick bulk is too hardened, and a delicate force adjustment is required for cutting the lipstick bulk. If the lipstick bulk exceeds 100, the lipstick bulk becomes jelly-like and the tension is too high, and the lipstick bulk may be cut off by a cutting blade during cutting.
[0013]
In order to make the jelly-like lipstick bulk containing no wax as a base component into the semi-solid state as described above, it takes time only by air cooling, and therefore it is preferable to perform rapid cooling by freezing. . That is, this type of lipstick bulk can be brought into a preferable semi-solid state in about 10 minutes by quenching in a freezer.
[0014]
Also, when the bulk of the lipstick containing a large amount of mica pigment is brought into the semi-solid state as described above, it is preferable to rapidly cool the lipstick. That is, when air-cooling a lipstick containing a large amount of mica pigment and taking time, the mica pigment having a higher specific gravity than other components collectively settles and does not appear on the cut surface, and is toned with the mica pigment. This is because accurate colorimetric values of the lipstick cannot be obtained.
[0015]
The above lipstick color measurement method can be realized by creating a color measurement sample using a jig as shown in FIGS. As shown in these figures, this jig is a molding container supporting member (2) for supporting a molding container (1) (in this example, a diameter of 15φ) in an upright state for filling and molding a lipstick bulk. And an upper member (3) removably mounted on the molded container support member (2).
[0016]
The molding container supporting member (2) includes a lower supporting member (4) for erecting the molding container (1) and an upper supporting member (5) detachably provided on the lower supporting member (4). ing. The upper support member (5) is composed of a support plate (6) for supporting the upper part of the molding container (1), and side plates (7) suspended from both left and right ends of the support plate (6). The lower support member (4) and the upper support member (5) are fitted with an engagement protrusion (4a) protrudingly provided at two places on the left and right of the upper surface of the lower support member (4). The upper support member (5) is positioned vertically by engaging an engagement hole (not shown) provided on the bottom surface of the side plate (7) of the upper support member (5). And, the hook-type locking members (8) provided on both right and left sides are detachably locked to each other.
[0017]
The main body of the molding container supporting member (2) is made of aluminum, and a sponge (9) having a thickness of about 5 mm is provided at the center of the upper surface of the lower supporting member (4). In addition, a support hole (10) for supporting the upper part of the molding container (1) is formed substantially in the center of the support plate (6) of the upper support member (5). Further, both edges along the longitudinal direction of the support plate (6) are cut off to mount the upper member (3).
[0018]
The upper member (3) is made of a resin, and has a groove (11) for pouring a lipstick bulk formed on an upper surface thereof, and a substantially central portion of the groove (11) is provided with the molding container ( A filling hole (12) leading to the upper end opening (1a) of 1) is formed. The filling hole (12) is formed in a tapered shape in which the hole diameter increases from top to bottom.
[0019]
The molding container (1) is set so that its upper end opening (1a) is positioned a few mm below the upper end surface of the upper support member (5) of the molding container support member (2). The mutual dimensions of the molding container supporting member (2) and the molding container (1) are set.
[0020]
Next, a method of measuring the color of lipstick using the jig configured as described above will be described. First, the molding container (1) is set on the molding container support member (2), and the placing member (3) is placed thereon. At this time, the upper end opening (1a) of the molding container (1) is located at a position several mm lower than the upper end surface of the upper supporting member (5) of the molding container supporting member (2). The sponge (9) provided on the lower support member (4) of the molding container support member (2) allows the molding container (1) to be always at the same height regardless of the dimensional variation of the molding container (1). It can be set. In addition, since the upper support member (5) and the lower support member (4) can be securely locked by the locking member (8), the molding container (1) may fluctuate during operation. I can't.
[0021]
Then, the lipstick bulk melted by heating to 90 ° C. is filled into the groove (11) of the upper member (3) in a substantially full amount. At this time, it is preferable to heat the periphery of the groove (11) of the upper member (3) to 40 to 60 ° C. in advance. That is, if the portion of the groove (11) of the upper member (3) is heated in advance, the temperature difference between the lipstick bulk and the molding container (1) is reduced, and the convection of the lipstick bulk in the molding container (1) is reduced. Is reduced, and as a result, when the lipstick bulk is in a semi-solidified state, the problem that the center is dented in a ring shape can be reliably solved.
[0022]
However, if the lipstick bulk is poured after the groove (11) of the upper member (3) is heated in advance as described above, there is a problem that the temperature control becomes complicated. Therefore, in the jig of this example, a material having a low thermal conductivity, that is, a resin material having a small heat radiation effect is used as the material of the upper member (3), so that the upper part fixed in the molding container (1) is used. The temperature difference between the side and the inner bottom exposed to the outside air can be reduced, and the convective flow rate of the lipstick bulk in the molding container (1) can be reduced.
[0023]
Then, the lipstick bulk is gradually cooled to 40 to 60 ° C. by air cooling and left until it becomes a semi-solid state. At this time, if the lipstick bulk contains no wax in the base component or contains a large amount of mica pigment, the lipstick bulk is rapidly cooled and solidified to a semi-solid state as described above.
[0024]
Next, after the lipstick bulk solidified in the groove (11) of the upper member (3) is scraped off with a spatula, the upper member (3) is removed from the top of the molded container supporting member (2). Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the lipstick bulk (L) in a semi-solidified state emerges in a tapered shape from the upper surface of the upper support member (5) of the molded container support member (2). The reason why the lipstick bulk rises in a tapered shape is that the filling hole (12) of the placing member ( 3 ) is formed in a tapered shape in which the hole diameter increases from top to bottom.
[0025]
Thereafter, the tapered lipstick bulk (L) is cut along the upper surface of the upper support member (5). At this time, since the lipstick bulk (L) is tapered, the lipstick bulk is not crushed by its own weight at the time of cutting, and can be cut smoothly to obtain a smooth cut surface. Further, since the upper end opening (1a) of the molding container (1) is positioned at a position several mm below the upper surface of the upper support member (5), the end of the opening (1a) of the molding container (1). Regardless of the state of the edge, a smooth cut surface can be obtained. That is, even if, for example, unevenness due to poor chamfering or the like exists at the periphery of the opening (1a) of the molding container (1), no streak is formed on the cut surface under the influence of the unevenness, and the smoothness is ensured. A good cut surface can be obtained.
[0026]
In this cutting, a cutting jig (13) as shown in FIG. 4 can be used. That is, the cutting jig (13) slides along the upper surface of the upper support member (5) of the molded container support member (2) so that the cutting blade (14) cuts the lipstick bulk (L). It is something that has become. As described above, the cutting blade (14) slides along the upper surface of the upper support member (5), whereby the force applied to the cut surface becomes uniform, and a smooth cut surface can be easily obtained. As the cutting blade (14), in addition to the form shown in FIG. 4, the form shown in FIGS. 5 (A), (B) and (C) and the form shown in FIG. 6 can be used as appropriate.
[0027]
Then, the locking member (8) of the molding container supporting member (2) is released to release the locking state between the upper supporting member (5) and the lower supporting member (4), and the molding container (1) is taken out. The cut surface of the lipstick bulk (L) projecting several mm from the upper end opening (1a) is measured with a spectrophotometer.
[0028]
After the color measurement is completed, by storing this as a color measurement sample together with the molded container (1), the color management of the lipstick can be reliably performed.
[0029]
【Example】
As examples, nine types of samples of the same color lipstick were created using the jig of the above embodiment and colorimetrically measured by the lipstick colorimetry method according to the present invention. In addition, as a comparative example, colorimetry was performed on 11 types of rod-shaped samples formed by a conventional method without using a jig to form a colorimetric surface. The dispersion of the colorimetric results was evaluated based on the dispersion of the lightness L * and the chromatic index a * b * by calculating the CIEL * a * b * (C
[0030]
[Table 1]
[0031]
[Table 2]
[0032]
As is apparent from Tables 1 and 2, the maximum and minimum differences between the brightness and the chromatic index in the examples are less than half the maximum and minimum differences in the comparative example. That is, it was confirmed that the results of the colorimetric measurement according to the examples were extremely small compared to the comparative examples.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the lipstick colorimetry method and jig of the present invention, it is possible to accurately obtain the lipstick colorimetry result by one sample preparation and colorimetry. Further, by using the jig of the present invention, a sample for colorimetry can be easily prepared, and the sample after colorimetry can be reliably stored. Therefore, according to the present invention, lipstick color management as quality control can be performed very reliably and rationally.
