Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
Currently, based on the concept of establishing an information and telecommunications network throughout Japan, fiber optic cable (upper or lower side of the sewer pipes buried nationwide) Plans for laying optical cables) are underway.
[0003]
Such a construction method, in particular, as an apparatus and method for laying an optical cable in a small-diameter conduit that cannot be entered by humans, are as follows: (1) A tension material such as a wire passed through a guide pipe drawn into a sewer pipe. (2) A method of inserting and laying a small-diameter pipe for storing an optical cable (hereinafter referred to as a “storage pipe”) in which an optical cable is stored in the lead-in guide pipe using the tension of (2). The method of fixing the storage tube by the repulsive force of the metal band attached in (3). The storage is carried out by the resin band which is fixed or hardened and attached at all or part of the inside of the conduit at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the conduit. There are a method of pressing and fixing the pipe, and a method of fixing the fixture of the storage pipe with screws or the like at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pipe within the pipe.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in these apparatuses and construction methods, the storage pipe is firmly fixed, and it is difficult to remove an unnecessary or unusable storage pipe and to additionally fix the storage pipe. In addition, the above-mentioned method also causes an increase in construction cost.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has been made in consideration of these points, and it is possible to easily and inexpensively attach and remove a striated body such as a cable such as an optical cable and a pipe, and to install and remove the striated body on a wall surface such as a sewer pipe. Is provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting body of a substantially inverted channel type having a fixed length, and hinges are attached to these edges so as to substantially close the openings formed by the edges of the projecting side walls of the mounting body. By providing two doors which are rotatable only inside the wearing body and are normally urged substantially horizontally so as to be opposed to each other by a spring, a lower surface is provided on a plane sandwiched between both side walls of the wearing body. A flat plate is contractively supported by a spring biased to a plurality of the mounting members, which are fixed to a wall surface on which the striated body is laid in advance at a predetermined interval with its substantially flat back surface as a back. The two doors of the mounting tool are pressed against the force of the spring to fit into the mounting tool body by the mounting site, and the flat plate is further pressed by the mounting site of the striatum to bias the flat plate into the spring. Press and contract to shrink the striatum from the two doors. Then, these doors are turned in the direction of urging and returned to a substantially horizontal position to substantially close the opening, and at the same time, the mounting portion of the striated body is raised by the flat plate urged downward by a spring. Then, the striated body was mounted on the wall surface on which the striated body was mounted in the mounting tool with the mounting portion sandwiched between the flat plate and the two doors.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a substantially reverse channel type mounting device main body having a fixed length is provided, and hinges are attached to these edges so as to substantially close the openings formed by the edges of the projecting side walls of the mounting device main body. The mounting device was further pressed, and a striatum was mounted in the mounting device with the mounting site sandwiched between the flat plate and the two doors.
[0008]
In addition, a removal tool which is substantially channel-shaped and has a fixed length and which can be fitted into the opening of the mounting tool body is separately provided, and the mounting tool body is provided in the opening formed by the edges of the projecting side walls of the removal tool. It is possible to take in the mounting part of the linear body taken in, and by pressing the two doors of the mounting tool with the striated body against the force of the spring by the protruding edges on both sides of the removal tool. Then, the removal tool is fitted into the body of the mounting tool, and further pressed to take in the mounting portion of the striatum inside the removal tool. In this state, the removal tool is separated from the mounting tool and the striatum is mounted. It was used as an attachment and removal tool for the striatum on the wall to be removed from the tool.
[0009]
Embodiment
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 3 shows a pipeline A in a small-diameter sewer that humans cannot enter, in which a branch pipe B is connected to a part of the upper part, and an optical cable is stored in each inner wall by the device of the present invention. This shows a state in which the pipe 2 is supported and laid on the mounting tool 1 attached at an interval in the longitudinal direction of the pipe A and the branch pipe B.
[0010]
First, the configuration of the attachment 1 fixed to the inner wall of the pipe A of the sewer will be described. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting device 1 is a substantially inverted channel type having a fixed length, and approximately closes the opening formed by the edges of the protruding side walls 1 a on both sides of the mounting device 1. On these edges, two doors 1c are provided, which are rotatable only inside the main body of the attachment 1 by hinges 1b and are normally urged horizontally so as to face each other by a spring. When the door 1c is closed, a gap 1d of a certain length is provided between the doors 1c so that the supported storage tube 2 does not drop. Further, a flat plate 1f is supported on a flat surface sandwiched between both side walls 1a of the mounting tool 1 by four springs 1e urged downward so as to be contractible. Further, the back surface 1g of the mounting tool 1 is provided to be curved in accordance with the shape of the inner wall surface of the pipe A to be fixed (not shown).
[0011]
Next, how the storage pipe 2 is laid in the sewer pipe A using the attachment 1 will be described. First, the attachment 1 is fixed to the ceiling or the side of the inner wall of the pipe A of the sewer at the place where the storage pipe 2 is laid, with an adhesive, a screw, a magnet, or the like, with the back surface as a back at regular intervals. This fixing is performed by a working robot (not shown) movable in the pipe A.
[0012]
The storage tube 2 is inserted into the conduit A and located at the bottom of the conduit A after the attachment of the attachment 1 is finished. The storage tube 2 is mounted on the mounting device 1 fixed to the ceiling of the inner wall of the pipe A. The mounting of the storage tube 2 is also performed by a working robot. 6 and 7, the mounting portion 2a of the storage tube 2 is moved closer by a work hand (not shown) having a thin arm of the working robot, and the two doors 1c of the mounting device 1 are further pressed against the force of a spring. Then, the mounting portion 2a is fitted into the main body of the mounting device 1 by pressing, and the mounting portion 2a is further pushed in so that the flat plate 1f is pressed against the urging of the four springs 1e as shown in FIGS. To release the two doors 1c that have been in contact with the mounting portion 2a, release these doors 1c, and rotate the hinges 1b in the direction in which the springs urge them to open the openings. Return to the horizontal position to roughly close.
[0013]
Thereafter, the work hand stops pressing the mounting portion 2a, releases the mounting portion 2a, and takes out the mounting device 1 from the gap 1d between the two doors 1c. At this time, since the opening of the mounting tool 1 is substantially closed by the two doors 1c, the mounting site 2a of the storage tube 2 does not go out of the mounting tool 1 and is simultaneously attached downward by the spring 1e. The mounting portion 2a is pressed from above by the urged flat plate 1f, and the mounting portion 2a is sandwiched between the flat plate 1f and the two doors 1c. As shown in FIGS. Supported by In this way, the storage tubes 2 are sequentially mounted.
[0014]
Subsequently, a state in which the attached storage tube 2 is removed this time will be described. First, the removal tool 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 10, the removal tool 3 is a substantially channel type having a fixed length, and is provided so as to be able to be fitted into an opening of the body 1 of the wearing tool. In the opening formed by the edge of the protruding side wall 3a on both sides of the removal tool 3, the storage tube 2 taken into the main body of the mounting tool 1 is provided so as to be able to be taken in.
[0015]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the two doors 1c of the mounting tool 1 on which the mounting site 2a is mounted are pressed against the force of the spring by the edges of the side walls 3a projecting the removing tool 3 on both sides. The removal pipe 3 is fitted into the body 1 of the mounting tool 1 and further pressed, and the flat plate 1f is contracted against the bias of the spring 1e so that the storage tube 2 is inserted into the opening of the removal tool 3. Then, the removing device 3 is separated from the mounting device 1 and the storage tube 2 is removed from the mounting device 1 in this state as shown in FIG. In this way, the storage tubes 2 are sequentially removed from the mounting tool. The removal of the storage tube 2 is also performed by a work robot (not shown) movable in the pipeline A.
[0016]
In the above embodiment, each work is performed by the work robot, but these work robots are not an essential requirement of the present invention. Also, the case where the storage pipe 2 is mounted on the mounting tool 1 fixed to the ceiling of the inner wall of the pipe A has been described. However, the case where the storage pipe 2 is mounted on the mounting tool 1 fixed to the side of the inner wall of the pipe A. Is performed in a similar manner. Also in this case, the mounting portion 2a of the mounted storage tube 2 is stably mounted between the flat plate 1f and the door 1c. Further, the back surface 1g of the mounting tool 1 is provided to be curved in accordance with the shape of the inner wall surface of the conduit A, but this is not an essential requirement of the present invention.
[0017]
When two doors 1c provided at the edges of both side walls 1a of the body 1 are closed, the door 1c is provided so as to have a gap 1d having a fixed length. This is not an indispensable requirement, and the opening of the attachment 1 may be completely closed when both doors are closed. In this case, the mounting portion 2a is pressed by holding both sides of the mounting portion 2a of the storage tube 2 in the longitudinal direction of the storage tube 2.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the striated body is mounted in the mounting tool by the substantially inverted channel type door that is urged by the hinge spring and the flat plate that is urged by the spring. Therefore, the striated body can be securely mounted, the members to be used are not expensive, and the work of laying the striated body can be inexpensive. In addition, according to the second aspect of the present invention, if the substantially channel type removing tool is fitted against the force of the springs such as the hinges, the strip can be easily and reliably removed. Removal of the body can be done at low cost.
