この発明は、下水道などの管路の壁面に各種ケーブルや管類等の線条体を簡単に着脱できる、壁面における線条体の装着具及び撤去具を提供するものである。

【従来の技術】
現在、日本全土に情報通信ネットワークを設立する構想のもとに、全国に埋設された下水道の管路内の上部又は側部(側部の場合でも下水の流れるおそれのない上部)に光ファイバーケーブル(以下「光ケーブル」という)を敷設する計画が進められている。

この様な工事の工法、特に人間が入り込むことが出来ない小径の管路内への光ケーブルを敷設する装置及び方法としては、▲1▼下水道管内引込みガイド管の内側に通したワイヤー等のテンション材の張力を利用して、当該引込みガイド管内に光ケーブルを収納した当該光ケーブル収納用小口径管(以下「収納管」という)を挿通して敷設する工法、▲2▼管路の長手方向に一定間隔で取り付けた金属バンドの反発力により収納管を固定する工法、▲3▼管路の長手方向に一定間隔で管路内の全周又は部分的に取り付けた、固着硬化性を有する樹脂バンドにより収納管を押圧固着させる工法、▲4▼管路内において、管路の長手方向に一定間隔で収納管の固定具をビス等で固定する工法などがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらの装置及び工法では、収納管が強固に固定されており、不必要又は使用不能になった収納管の撤去、さらに追加して収納管を増設固定することが困難であった。また上記の方法では、施工費用が高くなる原因ともなっていた。

そこでこの発明は、これらの点に鑑み、光ケーブルなどのケーブルや管類等の線条体の取り付け及び撤去が容易かつ安価にできる、下水道管路等の壁面における線条体の装着具及び撤去具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、一定長の略逆チャネル型の装着具本体を設け、この装着具本体の突出した両側壁の端縁が形成する開口部を略塞ぐように、これらの端縁に蝶番によって装着具本体の内側にのみ回動自在で通常はバネにより相対向するように略水平に付勢された二枚の扉を設け、上記装着具本体の両側壁に挟まれた平面に、下方に付勢したスプリングによって収縮自在に平板を支持し、線条体を敷設する壁面に、予め上記装着具をその略平坦な背面を背にして一定間隔で固着して複数設け、線条体における装着部位によって上記装着具の二枚の扉をバネの力に抗して押圧して装着具本体内に嵌め込み、さらに当該線条体の装着部位による押圧を続けて上記平板をスプリングの付勢に抗して押圧して収縮させて上記二枚の扉から当該線条体を離してこれらの扉を付勢する方向に回動させて略水平の位置に戻して上記開口部を略塞ぎ、同時にスプリングにより下方に付勢された上記平板によって当該線条体の装着部位を上方より押圧し、この平板と二枚の扉により装着部位を挟んで装着具内に線条体を装着する壁面における線条体の装着具とした。

【実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態例を図に基づいて説明する。
図3は、人間が入り込むことのできない小径の下水道における管路Aであって、分岐管Bを上部の一部に接続しており、夫々の内壁に、この発明の装置により光ケーブルを収納する収納管2を、管路A及び分岐管Bの長手方向に間隔をあけて取り付けた装着具1に支持して敷設した状態を示す。

まず下水道の管路A内壁に固着する装着具1の構成を説明する。この装着具1は、図4及び図5に示すように、一定長の略逆チャネル型で、この装着具1本体の両側の突出した側壁1aの端縁が形成する開口部をおおよそ塞ぐように、これらの端縁に蝶番1bによって装着具1本体の内側にのみ回動自在で、通常はバネによって相対向するように水平に付勢された二枚の扉1cを設けているが、二枚の扉1cが閉じられた状態のとき、支持した収納管2が落下しない程度に扉1cと扉1cの間に一定長の隙間1dが開くように設けている。またこの装着具1の両側壁1aに挟まれた平面に、下方に付勢された4つのスプリング1eによって収縮自在に平板1fを支持している。さらに装着具1の背面1gは、固着する管路A内壁面の形状に合わせて湾曲させて設けている(図示省略)。

次にこの装着具1を使用して収納管2を下水道管路A内に敷設する様子を説明する。まず下水道の管路A内壁における収納管2を敷設する箇所の天井部や側部に、一定間隔で装着具1をその背面を背にして、接着剤、ビス、又は磁石などにより固着する。この固着に際しては、管路A内を移動自在な作業用ロボット(図示省略)により行う。

収納管2は、装着具1の固着が終わった後では、管路A内に挿通されて管路A内の底部にある。この収納管2を管路Aの内壁天井部に固着された装着具1に装着する。収納管2の装着も作業用ロボットにより行う。作業用ロボットの細腕の作業ハンド(図示省略)によって、図6及び図7に示すように収納管2における装着部位2aを近づけ、さらに上記装着具1の二枚の扉1cをバネの力に抗して押圧して装着具1本体内に装着部位2aを嵌め込む、さらにこの装着部位2aを押し込んで、図8及び図9に示すように上記平板1fを4つのスプリング1eの付勢に抗して押圧して収縮させて、装着部位2aに接触していた二枚の扉1cを離して、これらの扉1cを自由にし、蝶番1bのバネが付勢する方向に回動させて開口部をおおよそ塞ぐ水平の定位置に戻す。

この後作業ハンドは、装着部位2aの押圧を中止して当該装着部位2aを離し、2枚の扉1cの隙間1dから装着具1の外に出す。この時装着具1の開口部は2枚の扉1cによりほぼ塞がれているので、収納管2の装着部位2aは装着具1の外に出ることはなく、また同時にスプリング1eにより下方に付勢された平板1fによって装着部位2aを上方より押圧し、この平板1fと二枚の扉1cにより装着部位2aは挟まれて、図1及び図2に示すように、安定して装着具1内に支持される。この様にして、順次収納管2を装着して行く。

続いて、装着した収納管2を今度は撤去する様子を説明する。まず撤去具3を説明する。この撤去具3は、図10に示すように一定長の略チャネル型で、装着具1本体の開口部に嵌め入れ可能に設けている。当該撤去具3の両側の突出した側壁3aの端縁が形成する開口部内に、上記装着具1本体内に取り込んだ収納管2を取り込み可能に設けている。

そして、図11及び図12に示すようにこの撤去具3を両側の突出した側壁3aの端縁により、上記装着部位2aを装着した装着具1の二枚の扉1cをバネの力に抗して押圧して、当該撤去具3を装着具1本体内に嵌め入れ、さらに押圧を続け平板1fをスプリング1eの付勢に抗して収縮させて当該撤去具3の開口部内に上記収納管2の装着部位2aを取り込み、図13に示すようにこの状態で撤去具3を装着具1から離して収納管2を装着具1から撤去する。この様にして、順次収納管2は装着具から撤去される。この収納管2の撤去に際しても、管路A内を移動自在な作業用ロボット(図示省略)により行う。

なお上記の実施の形態例では、作業用ロボットにより各作業を行っているが、これらの作業用ロボットは、この発明の必須要件ではない。また管路A内壁の天井部に固着した装着具1に収納管2を装着する場合を説明しているが、管路A内壁の側部に固着した装着具1に収納管2を装着する場合も同様にして行われる。この場合も、装着された収納管2の装着部位2aは、平板1fと扉1cにより挟まれて安定して装着される。さらに装着具1の背面1gを管路A内壁面の形状に合わせて湾曲させて設けているが、これはこの発明の必須要件ではない。

【発明の効果】
請求項1及び請求項2の各発明によれば、略逆チャネル型で蝶番のバネに付勢された扉とスプリングに付勢された平板によって、装着具内に線条体を装着しているので、線条体の装着が確実にでき、使用する部材なども高価ではなく、線条体の敷設作業が安価にできる。加えて請求項2の発明によれば、これらの蝶番等のバネの力に抗して、略チャネル型の撤去具を嵌め込めば、簡単かつ確実に線条体の撤去ができ、また線条体の撤去作業が安価にできる。
