本発明は、気密コンパクト容器に関するもので、より具体的には容器本体と蓋体とを開閉自在に蝶着してなる気密コンパクト容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の気密コンパクト容器においては、実開平3−119317号公報に示されるようなコンパクト容器が公知となっている。この公知のコンパクト容器では、容器本体上面に第1環状壁を起立形成し、その外周面に多条の雄ねじ状傾斜突条を付設している。また、第1環状壁内に化粧皿を嵌合してその上端のフランジ部を第1環状壁上面の内周部へ係合させている。さらに、第1環状壁に対応する蓋体部分の上方から、回動蓋が回動可能にかつ着脱自在に嵌合している。この回動蓋は頂板と第2周壁からなり、第2周壁の内面には容器本体の第1環状壁に形成された雄ねじ状傾斜突条と係合可能な雌ねじ状傾斜突条が形成されている。そして、回動蓋は、蓋体に形成された開口部を介して容器本体の第1環状壁と螺合している。また、この蓋体の下面には短筒状の弾性部材が付設され、回動蓋の閉止状態において化粧皿のフランジ部に短筒状弾性部材が圧接するようになっている。

かかる目的を達成するために本発明に係る気密コンパクト容器では、容器本体と蓋体とを開閉自在に蝶着してなる気密コンパクト容器において、該容器本体には、化粧皿を収納する円形の凹所および該凹所に貫通して開口される切欠凹所を形成するとともに、該凹所の内周面に形成した環状の係合凹部にその外周面に形成した環状凸部を係合させることにより該化粧皿の外側周りに回動筒体を当該容器本体に対して回動自在に装着し、該回動筒体外周にはその周方向に沿って互いに間隔を隔てて第1の螺条を形成するとともに、該切欠凹所から突出されて移動される突起を形成し、該蓋体の該容器本体の該凹所に対応する位置に環状部を形成するとともに該環状部の内周壁にその周方向に沿って互いに間隔を隔てて、該回動筒体の該第1の螺条と係合可能な第2の螺条を形成し、かつ該環状部内面に該化粧皿を覆う弾性パッキン材を配設し、該蓋体の閉止位置で該切欠凹所から突出する該突起の移動により該回動筒体の該第1の螺条と該蓋体の該第2の螺条が螺合するとともに該弾性パッキン材が該化粧皿もしくは該回動筒体の上端面に圧接するようにしてなることを特徴とする。
