本発明は、合成ポリアミド繊維を黒色に染色する方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術と発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、合成ポリアミド繊維は、一般に含金染料により黒色に染色されている。しかしながら、含金染料による染色では、合成ポリアミド繊維を深みのある黒色に染色することが困難で、染色物の堅牢度も充分なものとはいえなかった。
本発明は、従来の含金染料による黒染方法にかわる、有利な染料乃至は染色法を研究の結果到達したものである。

で表されるジスアゾ化合物を用い、水溶性コバルト化合物又は水溶性ニッケル化合物を媒染剤として染色することを特徴とする合成ポリアミド繊維の黒染方法に係るものである。以下、実施例により具体的に本発明を説明する。

実施例1
未処理のナイロン製のパンティストッキングを、本発明のジスアゾ化合物からなる染料4.0%o.w.f、90%酢酸1.8%o.w.f、ニューボンTS−400(日華化学製均染剤)2.0%o.w.f、に調整した染浴に浴比1:25で投入。染液を40℃から95℃まで 1℃/分で昇温し、95℃で、30分保持する。次に、80℃まで降温し、酢酸コバルトを1.0%o.w.f投入する。95℃まで昇温し、30分保持した後ソーピング、水洗を行う(使用染色試験機 しんとう式染色機(保土谷化学製H0−12B))。
得られた染色物の色相を表1に、堅牢度を表2に示す。

未処理のナイロンジャージを、本発明のジスアゾ化合物からなる染料4.0%o.w.f、90%酢酸1.8%o.w.f、ユニオナールL(センカ均染剤)3.0%o.w.fに調整した染浴に浴比1:30で投入。染液を40℃から、95℃まで1℃/分で昇温し、95℃で30分保持する。次に、80℃まで降温し、酢酸コバルト1.4%o.w.f投入し、再度、95℃まで昇温し、30分保持した後ソーピング、水洗を行う(使用染色試験機 カラーペット染色機(日本染色機械13CPM−C))。得られた染色物の色相を表1に、堅牢度を表2に示す。尚、表1の色素測定にはacs社製CS−5クローマ センサー(chroma Sensor)を用いた。また、摩擦堅牢度試験は、JIS L 0823,洗濯堅牢度試験はJISL 0844,耐光堅牢度試験はJIS L 0842によりそれぞれおこなった。

実施例1で用いた酢酸コバルトのかわりに酢酸ニッケルを用い、他は同様にしてナイロン製のパンティーストッキングを黒色に染色した。
得られた染色物は、実施例1の場合と同様に深みのある黒色であった。また、堅牢度も実施例1の場合とほぼ同様の良好な結果を示した。

本発明の黒染方法によれば、合成ポリアミド繊維を深みのある黒色に染色することが可能であり、しかも染色物は良好な堅牢性を示す。[0001]
