【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、住宅等から排出される屎尿や雑排水などの汚水を処理・浄化する浄化槽で、放流ポンプ槽を載置する台座付きの浄化槽に関する。

【従来の技術】
浄化槽で処理・浄化された処理水を放流する場合に、放流先が遠くて自然流下では、処理水が放流先まで流れないとき、あるいは、放流先の高さが放流口の高さよりも高いとき(逆勾配となる)に、通常、浄化槽本体に浄化槽用放流ポンプ槽が並置して設けられる。

図8及び9に、放流ポンプ槽を配置した浄化槽の従来例を示す。浄化槽本体1a及び放流ポンプ槽2を設置するためにコンクリート底版11が敷設され、その上に図のように、浄化槽本体1a及び放流ポンプ槽2(浄化槽本体1aから独立している槽)が設けられ、浄化槽本体1aの放流口6と放流ポンプ槽2の流入口7とをパイプ8で接続し、浄化槽本体1aからの処理水を放流ポンプ槽2に移流させる構造となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、図8及び9に示すような構造では、浄化槽本体1aと放流ポンプ槽2との高さが違っている場合に、放流ポンプ槽2を支持するコンクリート底版11を図9のように一段と高くしなければならない(コンクリート底版11に段差をつける)。また、このような構造では、浄化槽全体の設置面積も広めに確保しなければならない。

本発明は、このような問題を解消すること、すなわち、浄化槽本体1aと放流ポンプ槽2との高さが違っていても、コンクリート底版11に段差をつける必要がなく、また、浄化槽全体の設置面積を広めに確保することを要しない浄化槽を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明では、次の構成をとった。すなわち、本発明の浄化槽は、浄化槽本体と、この浄化槽本体の外槽の放流口側に固定手段により固定された台座と、この台座に載置された放流ポンプ槽とを備え、上記浄化槽本体と放流ポンプ槽とがパイプにより接続された浄化槽である。また、台座が、浄化槽本体の外槽に添えた補強板とともにボルトにより固定された浄化槽、でもある。

【作用】
放流ポンプ槽載置用の台座に放流ポンプ槽を設置できる。そのため、従来は必要であった(放流ポンプ槽を設置するための)段違いのコンクリート底版は不要となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面により本発明を更に具体的に説明する。図1〜3に、浄化槽本体1aの側面部(放流口側)に台座3が取り付けられた本発明の一例の浄化槽1を示す。浄化槽の内部は省略したが、上流側から、嫌気処理槽(嫌気濾床槽第一室、嫌気濾床槽第二室等)、好気濾床槽、処理水槽(又は沈殿槽)、消毒槽の各槽で構成され、好気濾床槽の濾床の下方には散気管が配置されている。また、好気濾床槽等へ空気を送るためのブロワ(図示せず)も備えられ、各槽内を上側から点検できるようにマンホールとそれを塞ぐマンホールカバーも設けられている。

台座取付部を図4に示した。台座3は、図4では5枚の成形板からなり、三角錐状に形成され、三角錐状の一面が浄化槽本体1aの放流口側外槽に沿った形状となっている。三角錐状の一面を浄化槽本体1aの放流口側に合わせ、放流ポンプ槽2の高さに合うよう台座3の取付高さを調整しながら、浄化槽外槽内面に添えた補強板9とともにボルト10及び接着剤で浄化槽本体1aに固定している。

その後、固定された台座3に放流ポンプ槽2を載せ、浄化槽本体1aの放流口6と放流ポンプ槽2の流入口7をパイプ8で接続する。図5〜7に示す浄化槽である。
なお、浄化槽本体1aと台座3との接続は、ボルト及び接着剤のほかに、接着剤のみ、又はオーバーレイのみでも可能である。

台座3は、材質により異なるが、通常は10mm〜15mm程度の厚さのFRP製、ジシクロペンタジェン製等のプラスチック製成形板、あるいは、ステンレス、アルミニウム、鉄等の金属製成形板を、三角錐状に形づくる。その三角錐状の一面は浄化槽本体放流口側の外槽に沿うように成形され、その面を外槽部に合わせて、ボルト、接着剤等の固定手段で浄化槽本体1aに取り付ける。なお、放流ポンプ槽が不要となる場合には、前記台座を取り外すこともできる構造とする。

【発明の効果】
本発明の浄化槽は、浄化槽全体の大きさが放流ポンプ槽が付く前の大きさ及び形状にほぼ近いものであり、これを用いれば基礎のコンクリート底版に段差をつける必要がない。また、施工も容易である。
