従来より、ガステーブルこんろにおいては、中央部に魚等の調理品を加熱調理できるガスグリルを備え、調理品を焼網に載せたまま受皿を手前にスライドさせると、それに伴いガスグリルの扉が自動的に上に跳ね上がるため扉がじゃまにならず容易に調理品を取り出すことができるタイプのものが知られている。
例えば実開平5−42912に開示されたガスグリルは、図6,図7,図8に示すように、調理品を載せる焼網10と、焼網10を載せたまま手前にスライドさせて引出す受皿1と、ガスを燃焼させて調理品を加熱するバーナ15と、これらを収めるグリル庫5等から構成される。グリル庫5は、その底壁5aにガイドレール6と、その前面開口側壁7にグリル扉2を備える。

上記構成を有する本発明のグリル庫の扉開閉装置は、受皿を進退方向にスライドさせてグリル庫より出し入れする際、受皿のスライドに連動してグリル扉が自動的に開閉する。グリル扉は、付勢手段により開方向に付勢されつつグリル庫の前面開口で支軸を支点として上下方向に回動し片開き状に開閉する。受皿は、背面に連結部材のアーム部を当接することによってグリル扉を連動し、アーム部は、グリル庫側壁に開口され受皿進退方向に延びた長孔(ガイド孔)をスライドする。

以上説明した本発明の構成・作用を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明のグリル庫の扉開閉装置の好適な実施例について図を用いて説明する。
図1〜図5は、第1実施例としてのガスグリル40の扉開閉装置の作動要部の概略構成図であり、図1が側面図、図2が受皿1を奥まで押込んだ状態の説明図、図3が受皿1を手前に引き出した状態の説明図、図4が正面断面図、図5が平面図である。なお、ガスグリル40は、先に説明した従来のガスグリルとグリル庫側壁5bのガイド孔13の形状のみが異なるので重複を避けるため、同一部分の構成については同一符合を付し詳しい説明は省略する。
