Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a scaffold wall tie used for fixing a wall tie to an outer wall in order to construct a scaffold at a construction site, and a construction method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to construct a scaffold at a construction site, a wall connecting material fixed to an outer wall of a building and a mounting structure thereof are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-97044 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-317008. The described example is given.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-207924 discloses an example of a structure in which a reinforcing metal is attached to a wall connecting member in order to firmly fix the wall connecting member to an outer wall.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the scaffold wall connecting device described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-97044, it is necessary to repair the through hole of the bolt left on the outer wall after removing the scaffold wall connecting device. Also in the case of the scaffold anti-sway device described in JP-A-6-317008, a through-hole for the fixing bolt of the turnbuckle is left in the decorative curtain plate at the joint of the outer wall, and the hole is closed in the same manner as the former. There is a problem that requires repair.
[0004]
Further, in the wall joint receiving reinforcing metal described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-207924, between a wall connecting material composed of a conventional turnbuckle or the like and a receiving metal for fixing to an outer wall. To reinforce the compression and bending strength, a bowl-shaped reinforcing metal that comes into contact with the outer wall surface is used. However, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and construction cost and cost are high.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to solve these problems and remain on the outer wall surface of the wall connecting material after removing the scaffold. It is an object of the present invention to provide a scaffolding wall connecting device of a wall connecting material that can easily and easily fix an installation trace and that can secure its fixing strength even when a conventional wall connecting material is used, and a method of constructing the same.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The scaffold wall tether according to claim 1, wherein the scaffold wall tether is a scaffold wall tether that is fixed to an outer wall base material of a building and connects the scaffold wall tether. The wall tie is provided with a female screw portion having a female screw cut along one end face of the cylindrical body along the axial direction of the cylindrical body, and a round hole having a smaller diameter than the female screw from the other end face. It is characterized in that it has a structure in which a round hole is provided by being bored in communication with the screw portion.
[0007]
In the construction method of the scaffold wall tether , the scaffold wall tether is inserted from a round hole side into a mounting hole penetrated through the surface material of the outer wall from a side perpendicular to the outer wall base material of the building. After being in contact with each other, a tapping screw is inserted from the round hole side and fixed to the outer wall base material, and then a male screw portion at an end of the wall connecting material is screwed to a female screw portion of the wall connecting material. To build a scaffold.
[0008]
In the construction method of the scaffold wall connecting device according to claim 2 , after removing the wall connecting material, a gap between the mounting hole and the outer periphery of the scaffold wall connecting device is filled with a waterproof material, and the scaffold wall connecting device is removed. It is characterized in that a hole closing member is screwed into the female screw portion with a water blocking material interposed.
[0009]
SS400 or stainless steel is preferably used as the material of the columnar body serving as the scaffold wall connecting device of the present invention.
In addition, it is preferable to apply a rust-proofing treatment such as galvanizing to a material that requires rust-proofing.
[0010]
For the production of the cylindrical body of the scaffold wall connecting device, a steel bar having a diameter of about 18 mm to 20 mm is cut into a length equivalent to the thickness of the outer wall, and one end of the bar is used as a general wall connecting material. If a female screw is formed by cutting a female screw having a diameter of 12 mm (in terms of strength) equivalent to that of a female screw, or when a dedicated wall connecting material is used, a female screw having a diameter corresponding to that may be provided. .
[0011]
Also, a hole having an inner diameter of approximately 6.5 mm is formed from the opposite side of the columnar body and communicated with the female screw to form a round hole so that a tapping screw having a diameter of 6 mm can be inserted. What should I do?
[0012]
Further, a bolt may be used as the hole closing member, and may be made of the same material as the above-mentioned columnar body, and the diameter of its head may be the same as the outer diameter of the above-mentioned columnar body.
Further, the bolt may be made of synthetic resin with packing integrated and colored according to the color of the outer wall surface.
[0013]
[Action]
In construction method according to claim 1 scaffold wall tether described, the scaffold wall tether, from one end face of the cylindrical body, a female screw portion which the female threaded along the axial direction of the cylindrical body is provided A round hole smaller in diameter than the female screw is drilled from the other end face so as to communicate with the female screw portion, so that a round hole portion is provided. After the abutment, the tapping screw can be inserted from the round hole side and firmly fixed to the outer wall base material by screwing, and further has the following features.
[0014]
1) It can be attached to any location of the outer wall base material.
2) Since the end surface of the columnar body of the scaffold wall connecting member is fixed to the outer wall base material by abutting the surface, the fixing is stabilized, and the compression and bending strength can be greatly improved.
3) The length of the columnar body is made equal to the thickness of the outer wall to be attached, and the outer end surface and the wall surface are flush with each other, thereby stabilizing the fixing and improving the accommodation of the bolt as the hole closing member. it can.
4) A conventional wall connecting material can be connected and used for the female screw portion, which is versatile.
5) In the installation work using the tapping screw, since the tool is inserted into the inside of the columnar body, the work can be performed without damaging the outer wall with the tool or the like.
6) The bolt as a hole closing member is detachable, so that it can be reused. Even if it is in the attached state, it hardly protrudes outside the outer wall surface. And does not interfere with the work.
[0015]
In the construction method of the scaffold wall tether , the scaffold wall tether is inserted from a round hole side into a mounting hole penetrated through the surface material of the outer wall from a side perpendicular to the outer wall base material of the building. After being brought into contact, a tapping screw is inserted from the round hole side and fixed to the outer wall base material, and then a male screw portion at an end of the wall connecting material is screwed into a female screw portion of the scaffold wall connecting material. Since the scaffold is constructed by being fixed by wearing, the fixation is stabilized and the compression and bending strength can be greatly improved.
In addition, a conventional wall connecting material can be connected and used for the female screw portion, which is versatile and can reduce the construction cost.
[0016]
In the method for constructing a scaffold wall connecting device according to claim 2 , after removing the wall connecting material, a gap between the mounting hole and the outer periphery of the scaffold wall connecting device according to claim 1 is filled with a waterproof material, and the scaffold wall is removed. Since the hole closing member is screwed to the female screw part of the connecting member with a water blocking material interposed, the waterproofing process is complete, and the hole closing member can be attached and detached, so the scaffold is reconstructed. Can also be reused.
[0017]
When the hole closing member is a bolt, the height of the head of the bolt is kept low, so that the feeling of discomfort with the outer wall surface can be eliminated. Can be finished.
[0018]

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a floor beam, which is a structural material of an outer wall portion of a building unit constituting an upper floor of the unit building, and a frame material 2 is horizontally stretched outside the floor beam 1. An outer wall panel 3 is attached to the frame member 2 to form an outer wall portion of the building.
[0024]
The present embodiment is a method of constructing a wall connecting member 20 (shown in FIG. 2) for constructing a scaffold on the floor beam 1 as the structural material.
That is, a proper position is set at a position where the side surface 1a of the floor beam 1 lies, and a mounting hole 4 having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the scaffold wall connector 10 to be used is first formed in the outer wall panel 3.
[0025]
The scaffold wall connector 10 is inserted into the mounting hole 4 from the round hole portion 13 side, is brought into contact with the side surface 1a of the floor beam 1 at a substantially right angle, and the tapping screw 5 is inserted from the round hole portion 13 side, The tapping screw 5 is fixed to the side surface 1a of the floor beam 1 by screwing using a drill.
[0026]
The outer end surface of the scaffold wall tether 10 fixed as described above is substantially flush with the wall surface of the outer wall 3 and does not protrude outside the outer wall 3 and may interfere with work or other construction members. Absent.
[0027]
Subsequently, the male screw 23a at the end of the wall connecting material 20 shown in FIG. 2 is fixed to the male screw 12a of the female screw portion 12 of the scaffold wall connecting device 10 by screwing as shown in FIG. The attachment of the wall tether 20 for constructing is completed.
[0028]
Since the scaffold wall tether 10 attached as described above is fixed to the side surface 1a of the floor beam 1 by surface contact with its end face in close contact, the compressive load and bending applied via the wall tether are provided. It is possible to provide an excellent resistance to a load which has not been achieved conventionally.
[0029]
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the method for constructing the scaffold wall connecting device according to the third aspect of the present invention.
The present embodiment is a method of constructing the rear end of the mounting hole 4 after removing the wall connecting material 20.
That is, since the gap 3a is provided between the scaffold wall tether 10 left attached and the mounting hole 4 of the outer wall panel 3, first, the gap is filled with the waterproof material 6. I do.
[0030]
Thereafter, the washer 8 and the packing 9 for waterproofing are inserted into the bolt 7, and the bolt 7 is screwed into the male screw 12 a of the female screw portion 12 of the scaffolding wall connector 10, thereby completing the fixing of the mounting hole 4. However, rainwater is prevented from entering through the mounting hole 4, and a complete waterproof treatment is performed.
[0031]
Since the bolt 7 is detachable, there is an advantage that the bolt 7 can be reused even in the case of rebuilding a scaffold for maintenance of a wall surface or the like.
[0032]
In addition, by suppressing the height H of the head of the bolt 7 to a low level, it is possible to eliminate a sense of incongruity with the outer wall surface. Finish.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
In the method for constructing a scaffold wall connecting device according to claim 1, the scaffold wall connecting device has a female screw portion formed by cutting an internal thread from one end surface of the columnar body along the axial direction of the columnar body. A round hole having a diameter smaller than that of the female screw is provided from the other end face so as to communicate with the female screw portion, so that a round hole portion is provided. After making more contact, a tapping screw can be inserted from the round hole side to be firmly fixed to the outer wall base material by screwing, and further has the following features.
[0034]
[0035]
In the construction method of the scaffold wall tether , the scaffold wall tether is inserted from the round hole side into a mounting hole formed by penetrating the surface material of the outer wall, and abuts the outer wall base material from a right angle direction. In addition, a tapping screw is inserted from the round hole side and fixed to the outer wall base material, and then a male screw portion at an end of the wall connecting material is fixed to a female screw portion of the scaffold wall connecting material by screwing. Since the scaffold is constructed in this way, the fixing is stabilized and the compression and bending strength can be greatly improved.
In addition, a conventional wall connecting material can be connected and used for the female screw portion, which is versatile and can reduce the construction cost.
[0036]
3. The scaffold wall tether according to claim 2, wherein after removing the wall tether, the gap between the mounting hole and the outer periphery of the scaffold wall tether is filled with a waterproof material, and the female screw of the scaffold tether is provided. Since the hole closing member is screwed to the part with a water blocking material interposed, the waterproofing process is complete, and the hole closing member can be attached and detached. Available.
[0037]
In addition, when the hole closing member is a bolt, by suppressing the height of the head of the bolt to a low level, it is possible to eliminate a sense of discomfort with the outer wall surface, and by applying the same color coating to the head, it is more effective. Can be finished.
Therefore, it is suitable as a scaffold wall connecting device and a method for constructing the same.
