本発明は医療現場で安全に取扱いできる注射針に関する。

【従来の技術】
注射器本体に着脱自在な注射針は、全体が筒状のキャップに収納された状態で提供されているが、使用後該キャップを被せるまでの間が注射針先端を露出することになり、危険な一瞬と成る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は使用後の注射針を安全に廃棄処理できる注射針を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の注射針は、注射器本体の先端部射出口に気密状に嵌合する受口を針本体の基部に接合して成る注射針において、針本体の前記基部側の後端部に折曲自在なチューブの後端部を外嵌接着し、中間部を所要長さに渡って針本体から離脱させ、チューブの先端部を針本体の先端を収蔵する長さに渡って該針本体の先端部に外嵌案内し、前記中間部の外面にその厚みの左右方向に折曲自在なツマミを配設して成る。

【作用】
注射針の使用時には、ツマミを引き上げることによってチューブの先端が針本体の基部側へ移動して該針本体の先端を露出し、使用後はツマミを押し下げることによって瞬時に針本体の先端をチューブ内に収蔵する。

【実施例】
本発明を一実施例により説明すると、図１に示すように、横向き凹状の嵌合部１を有する受口２を針本体３の基部に接合して成る注射針において、針本体３の前記基部側の後端部に折曲自在なチューブ４の後端部を外嵌接着し、中間部５を所要長さ（チューブ４の先端部６の先端から針本体３の先端を十分に露出するに足る該先端部６の引き上げ長さ）に渡って針本体３から離脱させ、チューブ４の先端部６を針本体３の先端を収蔵する長さに渡って該針本体３の先端部に外嵌案内し、該チューブ４の中間部５の外面にその厚みの左右方向に折曲自在なツマミ７を配設して成る。

このようにして成る注射針ａは、図２に示すように注射器本体８の射出口９を受口２の嵌合部１に気密状に嵌合し、ツマミ７をつまんで引き上げることによって中間部５が折曲変形し、針本体３の先端を露出して使用されるものであり、使用後はツマミ７を押し下げるだけで、図１に示す状態となり、針本体３に一切触れることなく、しかも瞬時に該針本体３の針先をチューブ４内に収蔵でき、その状態で図３に示すようにキャップ１０に収納できるから、極めて安全に廃棄処理できるものである。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の注射針によれば、ツマミをつまんで引き上げることによってチューブの先端が針本体の基部側へ移動して該針本体の先端を露出し、使用後はツマミを押し下げるだけで、瞬時に針先をチューブ内に収蔵できるから、キャップを被蓋するまでに不注意で指先に針先を突き刺したり、血液に触れることがないから、極めて安全に廃棄処理できる効果がある。

Claims (1)
- 注射器本体の先端部射出口に気密状に嵌合する受口を針本体の基部に接合して成る注射針において、針本体の前記基部側の後端部に折曲自在なチューブの後端部を外嵌接着し、中間部を所要長さに渡って針本体から離脱させ、チューブの先端部を針本体の先端を収蔵する長さに渡って該針本体の先端部に外嵌案内し、前記中間部の外面にその厚みの左右方向に折曲自在なツマミを配設して成る注射針。
