【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は各種荷物の運搬用手持ち台車に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来から手持ち台車としては一輪のものや二輪のものなど様々なものが使用されている。しかし簡単な構造で一輪と二輪を兼用し、しかも使い勝手に優れた台車はあまり知られていない。また特に農作業用として収穫物を収納したコンテナを積載して農地等を移動し易い台車が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明はこのような問題に対してなされたもので、一輪台車及び二輪台車の兼用として使用でき、且つ運搬し易い手持ち台車を提供するものである。

即ち本発明は、荷台の手前側に手持ちハンドルを設け、該荷台の先端側に荷物の係止用ストッパーバーを設けた台車において、荷台の前後方向に架け渡した補強フレームに長孔を設けてタイヤを取付けたタイヤ支持部材をボルトナットを用いて該長孔に前後動可能に取付けたことを特徴とするものである。
そして固定された2本の補強フレームのそれぞれに前後動可能なタイヤ支持部材を取付け、これらタイヤ支持部材間にタイヤを固定することにより中央部に一輪を有する台車として使用でき、また固定された2本の補強フレームのそれぞれに前後動可能なタイヤ支持部材を取付け、各タイヤ支持部材にそれぞれタイヤを固定することにより二輪台車として使用できるものである。

【実施例】
次に本発明を図面によりさらに説明する。

(実施例1)
図1及び2に示すようにAl合金押出材からなる中空段付異形パイプの外側フレーム(1)の段部を内側且つ上向きに向けて矩形に組み付け、該段部にAl合金押出板からなる荷台板(2)を嵌合載置して前後方向が長尺の荷台(3)を形成した。そして該荷台(3)の下面側の長手方向にAl合金製押出材からなる溝形材を2本固定して補強フレーム(4)(4)とし、該補強フレーム(4)(4)の長手方向の先端部(荷台の先端側)に長手方向に沿って図4のように長孔(5)……を設けた。これら長孔(5)……には、図3に示すように角パイプをU字形に屈曲してその両側にボルト穴(7)を有する取付板(8)(8)をそれぞれ固定し、さらにU字形の下面中央にAl合金製鍔付丸パイプを片側に突出するように溶接固定してゴムタイヤ(9)を支持する車軸(10)を形成したタイヤ支持部材(6)(6)をボルトナット(12)で固定した。即ち図2に示すようにそれぞれのタイヤ支持部材(6)(6)はタイヤ(9)を取付けた側を外側に向けて固定したので二輪台車が得られる。

さらに荷台(3)の手前側には、外周面に長手方向の溝を周方向に多数形成したAl合金製溝付パイプを屈曲させて左右それぞれのハンドル支脚一体部材(13)(13)を該荷台(3)に溶接固定し、これら一体部材(13)(13)間にAl合金製溝付パイプからなる補強及び荷物の滑落防止用の手前側ストッパーバー(14)を架け渡し溶接固定した。
また図5に示すように荷台(3)の先端部の両側の下面にはそれぞれAl合金パイプ(15)(15)を溶接固定し、該パイプ(15)(15)側面を貫通する蝶ネジ(16)を取付けて該パイプ(15)(15)内をスライドして任意の位置で固定できるAl合金製溝付パイプからなる先端側ストッパーバー(17)を取付けた。

このような二輪台車は、左右のタイヤ(9)(9)がいずれも前後方向に移動できるので、荷台に載せる荷物の重心の位置によってタイヤ(9)(9)位置を前後にずらすことで荷物が運搬し易くなる。また荷台先端のストッパーバー(17)は前後方向に伸縮するので、荷物の大きさに合わせて位置決めすることで荷物を安定して荷台に載置できる。

(実施例2)
図6及び図7に示すようにU字形の2本のタイヤ支持部材(6´)(6´)の下面中央にそれぞれAl合金製L形材(20)(20)を溶接固定し、タイヤ(9)の車軸として長ネジボルト(21)を貫通してその両端部を該L形材(20)(20)の車軸取付孔(22)に固定して一輪タイヤを構成した。このような一輪タイヤを2本のタイヤ支持部材(6´)(6´)のそれぞれの上端の取付板(8)を図4の台車の荷台下面の補強フレーム(4)(4)の長孔(5)にボルトナット止めすることで一輪台車が得られる。

このような一輪台車は、二輪台車と同様タイヤ位置が前後に移動できるものであり、さらに一輪であるのでより狭い通路での運転が可能となる。

なお一輪台車とする場合に実施例1の図3のようなタイヤ支持部材(6)にタイヤ(9)を取付けたものを1組だけ、図2とは反対側にタイヤを向けて補強フレーム(4)にボルトナット止めすることでも実現できるが、タイヤ取付部の強度の面などから図6のようなタイヤ支持部材による一輪の方が良好である。
またハンドル部の補強のために、手前側ストッパーバー(14)に代えて図8のような補強バー(23)をハンドル支脚一体部材(13)(13)に溶接固定してもよく、このような補強バー(23)はストッパーバー(14)の役目も果すものである。
さらに本実施例では荷台にはAl合金押出板(2)を固定してあるが、本発明では該押出板を外してフレームだけからなる荷台であっても、荷物が農業での収穫物を収納する大型のコンテナなどの場合は十分であり、しかも軽量である。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明によれば使用する場所によって二輪と一輪を自由に選択でき、しかも荷物の大きさや載せる位置など重心の位置によってタイヤを前後に移動できるので運搬作業がし易いなどの効果を有する。特に農業収穫物を収納する矩形コンテナを前後方向に2〜4個程度載置して畑内の通路を移動するのに好適である。
