Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mushroom packaging method suitable for packaging mushrooms such as maitake.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
Conventionally, as a method for packaging mushrooms, a method for packaging mushrooms by so-called non-tray packaging using a wrap film disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2816965 is known.
[0003]
By the way, as a wrap film used for such non-tray packaging, vinyl chloride has been widely used in the past, but recently it has been regarded as a problem as a source of dioxin which is a harmful substance. Is switching to
[0004]
On the other hand, since the contents packaged with the wrap film are mushrooms, it is necessary to ensure freshness by ensuring gas permeability and water vapor permeability according to the type of mushroom. For example, as for the permeability to enokitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms (permeation amount per day under an environment of 23 ° C.), O 2 is 2,000 to 23,000 [cc / m 2 ], and CO 2 is 8,000 to 8,000. Optimum is 130,000 [cc / m 2 ], H 2 O is about 4 to 50 [g / m 2 ], and in maitake having a high transpiration, O 2 is 26,000 to 50,000 [cc]. / M 2 ], CO 2 of 130,000 to 250,000 [cc / m 2 ], and H 2 O of 260 to 500 [g / m 2 ].
[0005]
However, when focusing on the permeability of the wrap film, polyvinyl chloride has a relatively high permeability, but the permeability of generally used polypropylene and polyethylene having a thickness of 25 [μm] is much lower than that of vinyl chloride. In the case of polypropylene, O 2 is about 2,000 [cc / m 2 ], CO 2 is about 8,000 to 12,000 [cc / m 2 ], and H 2 O is about 7 to 9 [g / m 2 ]. In the case of polyethylene, O 2 is about 2,000 [cc / m 2 ], CO 2 is about 8,000 [cc / m 2 ], and H 2 O is about 4 to 6 [g / m 2 ]. In addition, in the case of polypropylene having a large number of air-permeable fine holes (not penetrated), O 2 is 5,000 [cc / m 2 ], CO 2 is 15,000 [cc / m 2 ], H 2 O is about 15 [g / m 2 ].
[0006]
As described above, a single wrap film using polypropylene and polyethylene has a limit in the permeability obtained from the viewpoint of packaging strength and processing technology, and conventional non-tray packaging wraps mushrooms such as maitake, which has a high transpiration effect. It is difficult to ensure the required transparency when performing the operation. For this reason, usually, mushrooms such as maitake are housed in a tray, and then a tray package is adopted in which the tray opening is covered with a wrap film made of vinyl chloride.
[0007]
However, conventional packaging methods for such mushrooms have a problem that they cannot be completely abolished even if the amount of vinyl chloride used can be reduced, and the use of trays also imposes environmental protection measures such as restricting the total amount of garbage and generating so-called environmental hormones. Therefore, it has been necessary to refrain from using it, and there has been a demand for a new packaging method suitable for packaging mushrooms having a high transpiration effect.
[0008]
The present invention has responded to such a conventional demand, and by ensuring sufficient gas permeability and water vapor permeability, enables optimal non-tray packaging even for mushrooms such as maitake with a high transpiration effect. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for packaging mushrooms that can enhance versatility, flexibility and development.
[0009]
Means and Embodiments for Solving the Problems
Packaging method of mushroom according to the present invention includes a first wrapping sheet 2 with oriented polypropylene film, can be welded to the first wrapping sheet 2, O 2 is 26,000~50,000 [cc / m 2 And a second packaging sheet 3 made of a non-woven polypropylene fabric having a CO 2 of 130,000 to 250,000 [cc / m 2 ] and a H 2 O of 260 to 500 [g / m 2 ]. In between, mushrooms M such as maitake are accommodated, and the periphery of the first packaging sheet 2 and the second packaging sheet 3 are welded to each other to package the mushrooms M such as maitake.
[0010]
【Example】
Next, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
First, a packaging material used in the packaging method according to the present embodiment will be described. In the examples, maitake is illustrated as the mushroom M to be wrapped.
[0012]
As packaging materials, an oriented polypropylene film (OPP film) Sa to be the first packaging sheet 2 and a polypropylene nonwoven fabric (PP nonwoven fabric) Sb to be the second packaging sheet 3 are prepared.
[0013]
The OPP film Sa has a permeability of 1,000 [cc / m 2 ] for O 2 , 2,800 [cc / m 2 ] for CO 2 , and 8.0 [g / m 2 ] for H 2 O. Was used. In this case, the OPP film Sa is transparent, and its surface is subjected to anti-fogging treatment for preventing fogging.
[0014]
On the other hand, PP nonwoven Sb is usually, O 2 is 17,000~290,000 [cc / m 2], CO 2 is 17,000~290,000 [cc / m 2], H 2 O is 94-4 2,000 [g / m 2 ], and the permeability can be selected by selecting a mesh or the like. Therefore, in the embodiment, the PP non-woven fabric Sb having characteristics suitable for the permeability required for the aforementioned maitake is prepared. In this case, the appearance of the PP nonwoven fabric Sb is similar to paper. Further, since the PP nonwoven fabric Sb and the OPP film Sa are both made of polypropylene, they can be welded.
[0015]
Next, an example of a packaging process using such an OPP film Sa and a PP nonwoven fabric Sb will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0016]
First, an OPP film Sa, which is a single flat sheet, is prepared, and as shown in FIG. 3, a press machine 15 having a female mold 12 having a circular opening 11 and a male mold 14 having a core 13 is used. Thus, the accommodation recess 4 bulging to one side is formed in the OPP film Sa. In this case, if the OPP film Sa is placed on the upper surface of the female die 12 and the male die 14 is lowered from above, the core part 13 enters the opening 11 and the OPP film Sa is indicated by a virtual line in FIG. An accommodation recess 4 bulging downward is formed. Thereby, the first packaging sheet 2 is obtained.
[0017]
Then, the OPP film Sa is taken out from the female mold 12, the mushroom M is housed in the housing recess 4 as shown in FIG. 4, and the PP non-woven fabric Sb, which forms one flat sheet from above, is overlaid. This PP nonwoven fabric Sb becomes the second packaging sheet 3. Next, by the welding device 21, the surroundings of the first packaging sheet 2 and the second packaging sheet 3, that is, the overlapping portions of the first packaging sheet 2 and the second packaging sheet 3 located in the vicinity of the accommodation recess 4, Heat and pressure are applied along the outer periphery of the housing recess 4 and welded in a ring shape. Reference symbol X in FIG. 1 indicates a welded portion. After welding, a portion located outside the welded portion X is trimmed (cut) into a circle. This completes the packaging of the mushroom M. 1 and 2 show the final packaging state.
[0018]
As described above, the packaging method according to the present embodiment can be welded to the first packaging sheet 2 using the OPP film Sa having the accommodation concave portion 4 formed by swelling to one side by pressing. Maitake (mushroom M) is accommodated between the second packaging sheets 3 using the non-woven PP nonwoven fabric Sb, and the periphery of the first packaging sheet 2 and the second packaging sheet 3 is welded to each other so as to package the Maitake. Therefore, even in non-tray packaging, sufficient gas permeability and water vapor permeability are ensured. Therefore, even if the maitake has a high transpiration effect, the optimal non-tray packaging is realized, and the versatility, flexibility, and developability are enhanced.
[0019]
Although the embodiment has been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and the detailed configuration, shape, material, numerical value, method, etc. do not depart from the gist of the present invention. They can be changed, added, or deleted as desired. For example, although the case where the accommodation concave portion 4 is formed on the first packaging sheet 2 is shown, it may be formed on the second packaging sheet 3 or may be formed on both sides as necessary. Further, the shape of the housing recess 4 is illustrated as a circle, but may be a square, and the shape is not limited. On the other hand, the illustrated packaging process is an example of a basic process, and in fact, automatic packaging can be performed by supplying a continuous OPP film Sa and a continuous PP nonwoven fabric Sb to an automation process.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, the packaging method of mushroom according to the present invention comprises a first wrapping sheet with oriented polypropylene film, can be welded to the first wrapping sheet, O 2 is 26,000~50,000 [cc / m 2 ], CO 2 is 130,000 to 250,000 [cc / m 2 ], and H 2 O is 260 to 500 [g / m 2 ]. In between, mushrooms such as maitake are housed, and the surroundings of the first and second packaging sheets are welded together to package mushrooms such as maitake, ensuring sufficient gas permeability and water vapor permeability This makes it possible to achieve optimal non-tray packaging even for mushrooms such as maitake, which have a high transpiration effect, and thus a remarkable effect of realizing a packaging method with excellent versatility, versatility and developability. Play a fruit.
