Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a body fluid leakage preventive material to be loaded into a body cavity of a body and a method of preventing body fluid leakage using the body fluid leakage preventive material in order to prevent body fluid leakage from the body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The human body may leak body fluids such as gastric juice, lung fluid, ascites, and excrement after death. For this reason, in hospitals, for example, after confirming death, gauze, cotton wool, or the like is loaded into body cavities such as the mouth, nose, ears, anus, and vagina of a corpse to prevent leakage of bodily fluids. Similar measures are taken at the opening of a corpse after an accident or surgery.
[0003]
It is known to load a highly water-absorbent resin powder into the mouth, nose, ears, throat and the like instead of gauze, absorbent cotton and the like. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-26567 discloses that a water-absorbing resin powder containing stabilized chlorine dioxide is used as it is in the throat while being wrapped in a water-soluble sheet for the ear and nostrils. Also, as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-298001, it is known that a mouth, a nose, and an ear are loaded with a superabsorbent resin powder using a syringe.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the general method of loading gauze, cotton wool, etc. into body cavities such as the mouth, nose and ears of a corpse, if there is a large amount of leaked bodily fluid, gauze, cotton wool, etc. are not sufficient and leak outside the body. I'm out. There is a risk of infection with pathogenic bacteria during treatment of leaked body fluids, which is hated by workers. In addition, it is necessary to replace with a new gauze, absorbent cotton, or the like, which is not only troublesome, but also involves a risk that pathogenic bacteria may be transmitted via body fluids.
[0005]
Even if the throat is loaded with the superabsorbent resin powder as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-265367, it is difficult to load it in a body cavity at a narrow interval, such as the throat and anus, without means for loading. It is.
[0006]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-298001 describes the use of a fine powder of a high-absorbency polymer in order to ensure fluidity as much as possible. However, if the powder is put into the entrance of a nostril or an ear canal, as described in this publication, fine powder can be filled with a cylinder such as a syringe, but cannot be filled to the back. In particular, when the cylinder is rapidly moved to fill the interior, the fine powder coming out of the tip only splatters, but rather contaminates around the body.
[0007]
That is, in the method of filling powder into a body as it is, as disclosed in JP-A-7-265367 and JP-A-10-298001, even if the powder is pressed, only the density of the powder itself increases, and the inside of the filler becomes smooth. , It is difficult to fill even if a cylinder is used. In addition, since the powder that pops out is diffused, it is difficult to solidify the powder and keep the powder at a place where a plug is desired, and in some cases, the powder may go outside the body and stain the surroundings of the body. Furthermore, when the powder is directly loaded into the body, there is a possibility that the fine powder may spill out into the body with little body fluid, or the gel may melt and leak.
[0008]
In particular, as a powder, various resin powders have been developed with an emphasis on absorbing body fluid and swelling. Both are hydrophilic resin powders, and this kind of resin powder has an excellent function of absorbing body fluid, swelling and gelling. However, this kind of resin powder becomes a sol when the amount of absorption is large, and often melts as it proceeds further. In addition, if the body fluid contains a strongly acidic body fluid such as stomach acid or an alkaline body fluid such as bile, the gel state cannot be maintained in many cases.
[0009]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-133901 discloses a method using jelly instead of powder. In this gazette, a powdered polymer containing a deodorant is dissolved in an appropriate amount of water and mixed appropriately to form a jelly. The jelly is injected into the back of the nasal cavity, the back of the oral cavity, and the back of the ear canal with an injector or the like to fill the jelly. To stop the bleeding and plug the outside with sanitary cotton.
[0010]
In this publication, the jelly is mixed with a deodorant to prevent an unpleasant odor, and the jelly itself is intended to be plugged. In addition, since sealing is not sufficient with only jelly, further sealing is performed with sanitary cotton or the like. As described in this gazette, if the powder polymer is dissolved in water to form a jelly, the fluidity is improved, so it can be easily injected into the nostrils, etc. It can be injected smoothly along the injection tube without scattering to the surface. However, since the polymer is already dissolved in water, the water supply performance originally possessed by the polymer has almost disappeared. Therefore, the jelly is used only as a stopper for filling the gap of the nostril, and cannot sufficiently seal the nostril.
[0011]
Powder is difficult to fill a body cavity such as a nostril, and jelly has insufficient water absorption performance and cannot seal the body cavity. Therefore, in an actual site, emergency treatment is still performed only with gauze or cotton wool, and realization of a body fluid leakage prevention technology that replaces gauze or cotton wool is strongly desired.
[0012]
A first object of the present invention is characterized in that a new body fluid leakage preventing material has been developed, since the body fluid cannot be prevented from leaking with the conventional resin powder. In particular, the invention is characterized by the development of a body fluid leakage preventive material having high water absorption while being jelly.
[0013]
A second object is to seal a body cavity by using a jelly-like bodily fluid leakage preventive in which a polymer is dispersed in jelly in a powder state.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the body fluid leakage preventing material loaded into the body cavity of a corpse contains a large number of superabsorbent polymer powders dispersed in jelly mainly composed of alcohol. Therefore, the body fluid leakage preventive material has high fluidity, is easily filled even in a narrow body cavity such as a nostril or an ear canal, and does not scatter even when pressed with an injector. In addition, since the polymer is dispersed in the jelly, the polymer maintains the water absorbing performance, and absorbs the body fluid leaking from the body cavity and prevents the polymer from leaking to the outside.
[0015]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material according to the first aspect, wherein the superabsorbent polymer powder is composed of fine powder, and is dispersed in the jelly in an amount of 5,000 particles / ml or more. In addition, since the water absorption can be ensured while ensuring the fluidity of the body fluid leakage preventing material, the body cavity can be reliably sealed.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the material for preventing leakage of jelly-like body fluid according to the first aspect, wherein the superabsorbent polymer powder is composed of fine powder, and is dispersed in the jelly from 15,000 to 30,000 particles / ml. With this configuration, water absorption can be ensured while ensuring the fluidity of the body fluid leakage prevention material, so that the body cavity can be more reliably sealed.
[0017]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the material for preventing leakage of jelly-like body fluid according to the first aspect, the superabsorbent polymer powder is composed of 60 to 200 mesh powder, and 18,000 particles / ml to 25,25 particles are contained in the jelly. 000 particles / ml are dispersed, and water absorption can be secured while securing the fluidity of the body fluid leakage preventing material, so that the body cavity sealing function is extremely high.
[0018]
The invention of claim 5 is the jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
The jelly is composed of at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, methanol, ethanol, and glycerin, and can hold the powder dispersed in the jelly.
[0019]
The invention according to claim 6 is the jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
The jelly has a structure containing an acrylic acid polymer and a neutralizing agent, and can be dispersed and held in a jelly state while maintaining the water absorption of the powder.
[0020]
The invention according to claim 7 is the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
With respect to 100 parts by weight of the alcohol-based main component, the acrylic acid polymer is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 1.0 part by weight and the neutralizing agent is contained in an amount of 0.03 to 0.7 part by weight. It is excellent in the function of being able to be dispersed and maintained in a jelly state while being maintained.
[0021]
The invention according to claim 8 is the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
The viscosity of the jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material is 8,000 to 40,000 CP, and the fluidity of the jelly is good, so the narrow body cavity passages such as the ear canal, nares, anus, and female vagina / urethra can be smoothly injected. It can be sealed properly.
[0022]
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material according to any one of the first to eighth aspects,
The jelly-like body fluid leakage preventive material has a pH of 7 to 9, and can be dispersed and held in a jelly state while maintaining the water absorption of the powder, and has an excellent body fluid leakage prevention function.
[0023]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventive material according to any one of the first to ninth aspects, the body fluid leakage preventive material contains a chemical solution to absorb an unpleasant odor or prevent a worker from working. Can be prevented from being infected with pathogenic bacteria.
[0024]
According to an eleventh aspect of the present invention, the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventive material according to any one of the first to tenth aspects is put into an injection cylinder, and the tip of an injection pipe attached to the tip of the injection cylinder is thrown into a body cavity. A jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material is inserted into a predetermined position of a body cavity via an infusion tube, and the jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material absorbs body fluid to prevent body fluid leakage, and smoothly prevents body fluid leakage into the body cavity. The material can be loaded and the leaking bodily fluid can be sufficiently absorbed. Also, when injected into the body cavity, the jelly does not scatter or leak, so there is no danger of staining the surroundings.
[0025]
The superabsorbent polymer used in the present invention is dispersed and mixed in a powder form in the jelly. In order to absorb body fluid and prevent leakage, the 5,000 or more jelly / ml is contained in the jelly. Preferably, they are dispersed. In particular, it is more preferable that the superabsorbent polymer is composed of fine powder and is dispersed in jelly at 15,000 particles / ml to 30,000 particles / ml. Furthermore, when the superabsorbent polymer powder is composed of 60-200 mesh powder and is dispersed in jelly from 18,000 particles / ml to 25,000 particles / ml, the body fluid leakage effect is very high. .
[0026]
It is preferable to use at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, methanol, ethanol, and glycerin as the mucous base material of the jelly used in the present invention. In particular, the glycol type is preferable because the state in which the acrylic acid type polymer is dispersed and held in a powder state is stable. Ethylene glycol was easy to handle, and even if left for more than half a year, the fine powder dispersed therein was not melted, and the powder state could be stably maintained for a long time.
[0027]
The jelly contains 0.01 to 1.0 parts by weight of an acrylic acid polymer and 0.03 to 0.7 parts by weight of a neutralizing agent based on 100 parts by weight of an alcohol-based main component as a mucus base material. Is preferred. In particular, acrylic acid is necessary for producing a stable jelly, and if it is less than 0.01 part by weight, the viscosity becomes insufficient. On the other hand, if the amount is more than 1.0 part by weight, the viscosity reaches the saturation point, and if it is more than that, the viscosity does not increase.
[0028]
The neutralizing agent is necessary to maintain the pH of the jelly at an appropriate value. When the pH is less than 0.03 parts by weight, the pH is lowered, so that the viscosity of the jelly becomes insufficient and the viscosity falls outside the effective range of the viscosity. On the other hand, if it exceeds 0.7 parts by weight, the viscosity of the jelly becomes unstable, and the adjustment becomes difficult.
[0029]
The viscosity of the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material is preferably 8,000 to 40,000 CP. If the viscosity is lower than this value, it becomes smoother and easily enters the body cavity, but does not stay at a predetermined position, and the sealing effect cannot be expected. On the other hand, if it is more than 40,000 CP, the viscosity is too high, and it becomes difficult to inject into the body cavity.
[0030]
It is preferable that the pH of the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material is adjusted to 7 to 9. When the pH is less than 7, the viscosity of the jelly becomes insufficient, and the viscosity falls outside the effective range of the viscosity. On the other hand, if the pH is higher than 9, the viscosity fluctuates and becomes unstable, making it difficult to inject into the body cavity. PH is used as a barometer to adjust the viscosity of jelly to an appropriate value.
[0031]
Chemicals such as stable chlorine dioxide, deodorants, disinfectants, and preservatives may be added to the body fluid leakage prevention material.
[0032]
The method for producing the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material according to the present invention will be described.
A mucus base, ethylene glycol, is placed in a stirrer. While stirring the ethylene glycol, the acrylic acid polymer is added little by little. Stir for 2-8 hours to produce a dispersion. While stirring this dispersion, the neutralizing agent is added dropwise little by little. Thereby, jelly is generated. A superabsorbent polymer as a gel powder is added to the jelly, and the mixture is sufficiently stirred. This produces a jelly in which the polymer is dispersed.
[0033]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. With reference to FIG. 1, a method of filling the jelly-like body fluid leakage preventing material according to the present invention into the throat in the back of the nostrils will be described.
The jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material 8 is put into the injector 1. The injector 1 is provided with an inlet 2 covered with a protective cap 3 at its tip, and is wrapped and sealed with a film pack (not shown). In addition, an insertion tube 4 to be inserted into a body cavity such as the throat B is prepared. The insertion tube 4 has a connection portion 5 connected to the injection port 2 of the injector 1 at one end, and an opening 6 inserted into the nostril A at the other end. The insertion tube 4 has a tapered tip for easy insertion, and has an opening 6 in the insertion direction and sideways.
[0034]
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the body fluid leakage prevention device thus prepared is used for a corpse. A is a nostril, B is a throat, C is a tongue, D is a trachea, E is an esophagus, and F is a cervical spine. At the time of use, the injector 1 is taken out of the film pack, the protective cap 3 of the inlet 2 of the injector 1 is removed, and the connection part 5 of the insertion tube 4 is put on and connected instead. The opening 6 of the insertion tube 4 is inserted from the nostril A toward the throat B, and the insertion is stopped when the stopper 7 of the insertion tube 4 hits the nose B. Then, the piston 1a of the injector 1 is pressed, and the jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material 8 in the injector 1 is injected into the throat B via the insertion tube 4. Since the opening 6 of the insertion tube 4 is opened not only at the distal end in the insertion direction but also at the side, even if the opening is partially blocked, the opening 6 is introduced into the throat B. After the body fluid leakage preventive member 8 in the injector 1 is extruded, the injector 1 and the insertion tube 4 are removed from the nostril A.
[0035]
In this embodiment, the body fluid leakage preventing material 8 is intensively poured into the throat B from the plurality of openings 6. In particular, since it is poured in a jelly state, it has a very good fluidity and can be smoothly filled with a light force. The bodily fluid leakage prevention material 8 stays in the throat part B without being diffused like a powder and jumping out of the nostrils A, and the throat part B is sealed. Since the jelly of the present invention has a very fluidity unlike powder, it can be injected into the required site through the thin insertion tube 4 even in the throat behind the nose, and can be injected into the back of the ear canal, the anus, and the female vagina. It can be filled easily and can prevent leakage of bodily fluids. In addition, the sound at the time of filling is relatively quiet, and the worker can work without worrying about the surrounding people.
[0036]
To reduce insertion resistance, a lubricant may be applied to the insertion tube 4. Although the insertion tube 4 and the injector 1 are connected and inserted into the nostril A, the insertion tube 4 may be inserted into the nostril A first, and then the injector 1 may be connected to the insertion tube 4. The injector and the insertion tube may be wrapped together in a film pack. The injector and the insertion tube may be connected from the beginning or may be made in one piece. Even if a mark is provided instead of the stopper, variation in the insertion position can be prevented.
[0037]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment. This is an embodiment in which an injector filled with the body fluid leakage prevention material 8 similar to the first embodiment is used for the anal sealing member 10 inserted into the anus. The anal sealing member 10 is made of an injection-molded resin material, and includes a core member 11, a guide member 13, and a stopper member 16. The core member 11 has a hollow cylindrical shape, and a hollow portion 12 penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed inside. The guide member 13 has a hollow portion formed therein, and a tubular portion 14 surrounding the hollow portion is provided to extend rearward in the longitudinal direction. The front of the cylindrical portion 14 is formed into a curved tapered shape as a guide portion 15 at the time of insertion, so that a gap 17 is opened in the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 14 so that the extension portion 18 extends longitudinally rearward and outward from the front. Is provided. The cylindrical portion 14 of the guide member 13 is inserted and fitted into the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11 so that the front portion of the core member 11 is inserted into the gap 17. At the front of the stopper member 16, there is provided a tubular portion 19 fitted into the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11, and at the rear of the stopper member 16, a wide flange-shaped contact member 20 is integrally formed. I have. Between the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11 and the cylindrical portion 14 of the guide member 13, and between the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11 and the cylindrical portion 19 of the stopper member 16, a convex portion 21 and a concave portion 22 that fit each other are formed. I have.
[0038]
A rubber member 23 wound around the core member 11 is sandwiched between the convex portion 21 and the concave portion 22. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 14 is tapered so as to become wider toward the distal end, and the inner diameter of the front portion of the core member 11 is also tapered. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 19 is tapered so as to become wider toward the contact member 20, and the inner diameter of the rear portion of the core member 11 is also tapered. The taper reduces the slack of the rubber member 23 when the rubber member 23 is involved.
[0039]
A small-diameter step portion 24 is provided on the outer periphery of the core member 11, and four slit holes 25 are formed therein. A rubber band 26 is wound around the step 24. The band 26 has a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the step portion 24 and is stretched and wound so as to close the slit hole 25.
[0040]
An introduction passage 27 is formed through the inside of the cylindrical portion 19 of the stopper member 16. The contact member 20 extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the middle of the tubular portion 19 with a smooth curve, and is provided such that the tip is elliptical. A contact surface member 28 is attached to the outer periphery of the contact member 20, that is, the surface that comes into contact with the skin around the anus. As the contact surface member 28, a sponge, a felt, an absorbent layer, a gel layer, an adhesive layer, an adhesive tape, or the like is used. A cover member 29 is attached to the inner periphery of the contact member 20 so as to cover the tip of the tubular portion 19. A cross-shaped cut 30 or slit is formed in the center of the cover member 29, that is, in a portion of the stopper member 16 facing the tip of the cylindrical portion 19, and an injector (not shown) is connected to the cylindrical portion 19. At the time of setting at the tip, the tip of the tubular portion 19 is not hindered and is normally hidden, so that the appearance is improved.
[0041]
A rubber member 23 that expands as a flexible member is provided on the core member 11 with an adjustment chamber 31 provided on the outer periphery of the core member 11. The rubber member 23 is a tubular member that is open on both sides. One opening portion is sandwiched between the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11 and the cylinder portion 19 of the stopper member 16, and the other opening portion is Between the hollow portion 12 and the cylindrical portion 14 of the guide member 13.
[0042]
Therefore, the communication between the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11 and the introduction passage 27 of the stopper member 16 is not blocked by the rubber member 23. In this embodiment, a cylindrical rubber member has been described, but a bag-shaped rubber member, a so-called rubber balloon, may be used.
[0043]
In this embodiment, although several convex portions 21 and concave portions 22 that fit each other are provided in the circumferential direction, an appropriate number may be provided. Although the projection 21 and the recess 22 are in one row, they may be arranged in a plurality of rows, and the projection and the recess may be provided in opposite directions. In this embodiment, the slit holes 25 are provided at four places. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and one slit or five or more slits may be provided. Further, the shape is not limited to the slit hole, and may be another shape as long as the communication hole satisfies the function. Since the core member 11, the guide member 13 and the stopper member 16 are made of an injection-molded resin material, a stable shape can be mass-produced, and there is no problem of generating harmful components even when incinerated together with the body.
[0044]
In operation, the anal sealing member 10 is pushed into the anus and inserted until the contact surface member 28 of the contact member 20 hits the skin around the anus. Thereafter, an injector (not shown) is set at the tip of the cylindrical portion 19 from the cut 30 and the piston of the injector is pushed in. Thereby, the body fluid leakage preventing material inside the injector passes through the introduction passage 27, the hollow portion 12 of the core member 11, and the slit hole 25, pushes the rubber band 26, and is introduced into the adjustment chamber 31. As a result, the rubber member 23 expands and comes into close contact with the inner wall of the body cavity.
[0045]
In FIG. 1, the present invention has been described with an embodiment in which the throat is introduced through the nostril, but the present invention may be applied to the oral cavity of the body, the nares themselves, the ear canal, the urethra, the anus, and the female vagina. Further, the present invention may be applied to a wound or an opening of a corpse after an accident or surgery.
[0046]
Although not shown, the jelly-shaped body fluid leakage preventive material 8 is prepared by being wrapped in a water-soluble film, or the one that wraps the jelly-shaped body fluid leakage preventive material 8 swells in a smooth shape from the tip and then moves backward. It is also possible to form the capsule shape with a small diameter smoothly toward the surface, and to prepare the surface by applying a lubricant. In particular, the anus and the female vagina / urethra can be loaded with the sensation of inserting a suppository, and the work is relatively easy.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the jelly-like body fluid leakage prevention material in which the powder is dispersed inside, the body fluid leakage prevention material has fluidity, can be smoothly injected into the body cavity, and is intensively filled and stopped at a necessary portion. be able to. At the same time, since the powder is dispersed and held inside the body fluid leakage prevention material, the powder can absorb the body fluid coming out of the body and prevent the body fluid from leaking out of the body.
