本発明は、例えば、粉粒状の薬剤等の散布作業において、必要とする薬剤等の吐出量(同散布量…以下同じ)の設定調整を、調量アームに対する調量弁操作ロッドのワンタッチ係合で行なうことができる散布機の調量アーム装置に関する。

例えば、粉粒状の薬剤等の散布作業に使用される動力散布機は、必要とする量の薬剤等を散布するために、薬剤タンクと送風機との間にスライドシャッター方式等の調量弁を設け、薬剤タンクから送風機の吐出口側への薬剤等の供給量を制御している。そして、前記調量弁は、操作者が手で調量操作レバーを操作することにより、調量弁操作ロッド及び調量アームを介して弁駆動軸を回動させて開閉調節され、必要とする薬剤等の吐出量の開度に設定調整するものであった。

【問題が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前記調量アームの揺動端側に設けた複数のそれぞれ独立した調整穴のいずれかに調量弁操作ロッドの先端を挿入して連結するに際し、ワンタッチで挿入係止及び抜脱可能とするものである。

従来、前記調量アームの揺動端側に設けた複数の調整穴と調量弁操作ロッドとの連結は、該調量弁操作ロッドの先端部を前記調量アームの所定の調整穴に挿入し、その抜止めとして割りピン、βピン、サークリップ等を利用していた(特願平7ー91360号参照)。

しかしながら、薬剤散布作業に先立って作業者が必要とする薬剤等の吐出量を設定及び変更するたびに前記割りピン、βピン、サークリップ等を一度外し、変更作業後に再び装着しなければならず、作業現場においてそれらの抜止め部材を紛失したりして、作業を中断せざるを得ない等の問題や、作業中に調節締め付け部が緩んでしまうといった不具合があった。

本発明は前記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、薬剤等の散布作業時における必要とする薬剤等の吐出量の設定調整を、従来のごとく独立した抜止め部材を使用することなく、ワンタッチ操作で行うことができる散布機の調量アーム装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明は、調量操作レバー、調量弁操作ロッド及び調量アームを介して、弁駆動軸を回動させて調量弁を開閉操作する散布機の調量アーム装置において、前記調量アームの基端に前記弁駆動軸の一端を固定し、前記調量アームの揺動端側の長手方向に沿って前記調量弁操作ロッドの先端部が挿入されて連結自在となる調整穴が複数それぞれ独立して形成し、前記調整穴と前記調量弁操作ロッドのワンタッチで挿入係止及び抜脱可能を、前記調量弁操作ロッドの先端部に設けた手動解除自在の調量アームの挟持手段を設けることにより行える構成としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
