Description
【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a recycled paper tube used industrially and reused, such as a paper tube serving as a core for winding paper or a paper board, and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In such a conventional paper tube recycling method, a damaged portion such as an end portion of a used paper tube is cut and removed, and end faces of the plurality of used paper tubes are joined to each other.
On the end face of the used paper tube, a convex portion and a concave portion that fit each other are formed to improve the strength of the joint portion, or to prevent rotational slip between adjacent paper tubes.
In addition, stapling is also performed to connect the end faces of adjacent used paper tubes.
It has also been proposed to interpose an iron core over the inner surface of an adjacent paper tube to increase the strength against buckling and twisting.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in any of the above cases, no consideration is given to the outer peripheral surface of the used paper tube. The outer surface of the old paper tube is scratched, and adhesive marks for stopping the edges of the band-shaped sheet of newspaper paper etc. wound around the paper tube remain dirty and conspicuous. Was sometimes in the way.
In particular, when the used paper tubes are connected by staples, the staples protrude from the outer periphery of the recycled paper tube to generate a step, and there is a disadvantage that the band-shaped sheet wound around the paper tube has a stamp shape.
[0004]
The present invention clarifies a recycled paper tube that cannot be distinguished from a new paper tube in appearance, and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0005]
[Means to solve the problem]
The recycled paper tube of the present invention is formed on an old paper layer (31) having a uniform outer diameter obtained by cutting a long paper tube (3) to which end faces of adjacent used paper tubes (1) and (2) are connected. A new paper tape (40) is spirally wound to cover a new layer (41).
[0006]
According to the method for manufacturing a recycled paper tube of the present invention, the end faces of adjacent used paper tubes (1) and (2) are connected to form a long used paper tube (3), and then the outer periphery of the long used paper tube (3) is formed. The surface is cut to a uniform diameter, and a paper tape (40) coated with an adhesive is spirally wound around a long used paper tube (3) by a necessary thickness to form a recycled paper tube (4).
[0007]
[Action and effect]
After connecting the used paper tubes (1) and (2) to form a long used paper tube (3), the outer diameter of the long used paper tube (3) is uniform because the outer periphery of the long used paper tube (3) is cut. And the outer peripheral surface is a cut surface without scratches, irregularities and steps.
A paper tape (40) is spirally wound around the cut surface of the long used paper tube (3) having a uniform outer diameter, and a new layer of paper tape (40) is formed outside the paper layer (31) of the long used paper tube (3). Since (41) is covered, it can be finished beautifully to the extent that it is indistinguishable from a new paper tube. Further, since the new layer (41) is formed by winding the paper tape (40) in a spiral shape, the paper tape (40) is wound over the connection portion of the old paper tubes (1) and (2). The strength increases.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a connecting portion of a recycled paper tube according to the present invention.
The recycled paper tube (4) is formed by connecting a plurality of used paper tubes (1) and (2) to one.
A convex portion (11) and a concave portion (21) that engage with each other are formed on the butted end surfaces of the adjacent used paper tubes (1) and (2).
[0009]
In the embodiment, a cylindrical convex portion (11) is formed near the inner periphery by cutting the outer periphery of the end surface of one of the used paper tubes (1), and an external screw (12) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the convex portion (11). It has been subjected. The other end of the used paper tube (2) is formed by cutting the inner periphery of the end face to form a concave portion (21) into which the convex portion (11) fits, and an inner screw (22) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion (21). Have been.
[0010]
Adjacent waste paper tubes (1) and (2) are connected by screwing the convex part (11) and the concave part (21) to form a long waste paper tube (3), and the long waste paper tube (3) Has a new layer (41) formed by winding a paper tape (40) having an adhesive applied to the back surface on the outer surface of which is scraped off by a predetermined amount to have a uniform diameter.
[0011]
FIG. 2 shows a manufacturing procedure of the recycled paper tube (4).
As shown in FIG. 2A, a damaged portion such as an end of the old paper tube (1) or (2) is cut and cut at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the paper tube.
As shown in FIG. 2B, of the used paper tubes (1) and (2) to be connected, one of the used paper tubes (1) has the convex portion (11) and the other of the used paper tubes (2) has a concave portion (21). To form This can be easily formed by cutting with a lathe.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2C, the two old paper tubes (1) and (2) are screwed together to connect the convex portion (11) and the concave portion (21) to form a long old paper tube (3). If an adhesive is applied to the inner screw (22) of the convex portion (11) and the inner screw (22) of the concave portion (21), the connecting strength of the connecting portion of the long used paper tube (3) is further increased.
Next, the long used paper tube (3) is rotated, and the outer periphery of the long used paper tube (3) is cut by a predetermined depth over the entire length by a cutting blade (7) to finish it to a uniform diameter.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the long waste paper tube (3) is placed on the two rotation receiving rollers (5) and (5), and the long waste paper tube (3) is pressed by the pressing roller (6). A paper tape (40) coated with an adhesive on the back surface is inserted between the tube (3) and the pressing roller (6) obliquely with respect to the axis of the long used paper tube (3), as shown in FIG. 2D. As described above, the recycled paper tube (4) is formed by spirally winding a predetermined thickness around the outer peripheral surface of the long used paper tube (3) without any gap.
The recycled paper tube (4) is cut to a desired length and used as needed.
[0014]
As described above, since the used paper tubes (1) and (2) are connected by screwing the convex portions (11) and the concave portions (21) of each other to form a long used paper tube (3), the adjacent used paper tubes (1) are used. (2) The connection between them becomes strong, and when the outer periphery of the long used paper tube (3) is cut, there is no rotational sliding between the used used paper tubes (1) and (2).
[0015]
Since a new layer (41) was coated by spirally winding a paper tape (40) on the paper layer (31) of a long paper tube (3) having a uniform diameter by cutting the outer periphery, It is finished beautifully so that it cannot be distinguished from a new paper tube. Further, since the new layer (41) is formed by spirally winding the paper tape (40), the paper tape (40) is wound over the connecting portion of the old paper tubes (1) and (2). The strength of the part increases.
[0016]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the protrusion (11) and the recess (21) on the butted end faces of the used paper tubes (1) and (2).
The end face of one used paper tube (1) is equally divided into four in the circumferential direction, and two opposing regions are removed by cutting or the like to form recesses (13) and (13), and the remaining two regions are formed. Are formed as convex portions (11) and (11). Similarly, the other used paper tube (2) forms two concave portions (21) and (21) and two convex portions (23) and (23).
The convex part (11) and the concave part (21) of the two used paper tubes (1) and (2) are fitted tightly.
[0017]
In the embodiment, the convex portion (11) and the concave portion (21) which are engaged with each other are formed on the end faces of the adjacent used paper tubes (1) and (2). The cuts cut at a right angle to the axis can be joined together with an adhesive, and the present invention can be implemented even if the convex portion (11) and the concave portion (21) are not present.
[0018]
Further, it is needless to say that the long used paper tube (3) can be formed by connecting two or more used paper tubes (1) and (2).
[0019]
The description of the above embodiments is for the purpose of illustrating the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the invention described in the claims or reducing the scope thereof. The configuration of each part of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made within the technical scope described in the claims.
