Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a continuous collecting pot used for producing seedlings such as vegetables and flowers and planting the seedlings.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, for green onion, spinach, chrysanthemum, and the like, seedling production using a continuous collecting pot and planting using a simple transplanter have been widely performed in order to improve the efficiency of work. In this method, a continuous collecting pot with labels attached to both sides of a paper continuous collecting pot assembled in a honeycomb shape is set on a development board, filled with floor soil, covered with a box, and then inverted. , Remove the spreader plate, sow seeds in the seeding hole of the formed pot by a predetermined number of seeders with a seeder, and raise the seedlings. The seedlings were planted in the fields with the pots being loaded into the transplanter and the continuous pots being pulled out one by one.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the labels attached to both sides of the continuous collecting pot have the purpose of setting the continuous collecting pot on the spreader plate in addition to the purpose of display, the heat-fusing property formed on the inner surface of the outer paper layer is used. A plastic (usually polyethylene) layer and a heat-sealable plastic (usually polyethylene) layer formed on the outer surface of the inner paper layer to be attached to the continuous collecting pot are bonded by a partial heat-seal part. Then, a jig for fixing the developing plate was inserted into the unbonded portion to fix the continuous collecting pot to the developing plate. By the way, when heat fusible plastics such as polyethylene are buried in the soil, they remain indefinitely without being decomposed. Accidents occurred. For this reason, at the time of planting, it was necessary to remove the label so as not to bury it in the fields.
[0004]
The present invention solves the inconvenience of eliminating a label at the time of planting using a conventional continuous collecting pot so as not to be buried in a field, and the label may be buried in the soil as it is, and disposal of the label may be performed. It is intended to provide a continuous collecting pot that is easy to treat.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the first invention of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, labels (200) are attached to both sides of a continuous paper collecting pot (100) collected in a honeycomb shape. In the continuous collecting pot (10), the label (200) is formed on the inner surface of the outer paper layer (210) as shown in FIGS. The heat-fusible biodegradable plastic layer (221) formed on the outer surface of the inner paper layer (220) to be attached to the continuous collecting pot is partially heat-sealed ( (230) is a continuous collecting pot.
[0006]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the continuous collecting pot, a biodegradable plastic layer formed on the inner surface of the outer paper layer of the label and a biodegradable plastic layer formed on the outer surface of the inner paper layer. The heat-sealed portion has an adhesive strength of 0.8 kg / 15 mm width or more.
[0007]
As the above-mentioned biodegradable plastic layer, a linear polyester layer of a copolymer of 3-hydroxybutyric acid and 3-hydroxyvaleric acid or 100 parts by weight of a copolymer of 3-hydroxybutyric acid and 3-hydroxyvaleric acid is used. On the other hand, a resin layer containing 10 to 300 parts by weight of poly ε-caprolactone can be used.
[0008]
The continuous collecting pot is formed by bonding a plurality of strip-shaped papers with an adhesive layer provided in a stripe pattern at a predetermined interval, and is formed such that the individual pots are connected in a honeycomb shape when unfolded. Such a collecting pot is described, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-30805. Note that this aggregate is in the shape of a square pillar before being expanded.
There is no particular limitation on the method of sticking the label and the continuous collecting pot, but an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the inner paper layer of the label in a striped shape so that the end of the continuous collecting pot also has a honeycomb shape. And glue.
[0009]
Further, characters and pictures may be printed on the outer surface of the outer paper layer of the label, if necessary.
[0010]
[Action]
In the continuous collecting pot of the present invention, since the material constituting the label is made of paper and biodegradable plastic, even if the label is buried in the soil, it is decomposed in the soil and accumulates in the soil to grow seedlings. There is no hindrance to the cultivator, and no accidents are caused by tangling with the cultivator during tilling.
[0011]
In addition, the continuous collecting pot according to claim 2 is a thermal fusion bonding of a biodegradable plastic layer formed on the inner surface of the outer paper layer of the label and a biodegradable plastic layer formed on the outer surface of the inner paper layer. Since the adhesive strength of the part is 0.8 kg / 15 mm width or more, the fixing jig of the developing plate is inserted into the unbonded part (240) of the label (200) shown in FIG. There is no fear that the label may be damaged due to insufficient strength of the label when the label is fixed to the developing plate.
[0012]
【Example】
First, a 3-hydroxybutyric acid / 3-hydroxyvaleric acid copolymerized polyester (biodegradable plastic) having a content of 3-hydroxyvaleric acid of 10% and a thickness of 20 μm and a polyethylene having a thickness of 20 μm are coextruded. The 3-hydroxybutyric acid / 3-hydroxyvaleric acid copolymerized polyester (biodegradable plastic) face was laminated on kraft paper having a basis weight of 350 g / m 2 to form a polyethylene layer / 3-hydroxybutyric acid-3- A laminate having a hydroxyvaleric acid copolymerized polyester (biodegradable plastic) layer / paper layer configuration was obtained. Next, the polyethylene layer of the laminate was peeled off to obtain a laminate having a 3-hydroxybutyric acid / 3-hydroxyvaleric acid copolymerized polyester (biodegradable plastic) layer / paper layer configuration. The surfaces of the 3-hydroxybutyric acid / 3-hydroxyvaleric acid copolymerized polyester (biodegradable plastic) layers of the laminate are overlapped, and a predetermined position is heat-sealed to form a partial heat-sealed portion and adhered. The outer paper layer (210) / biodegradable plastic layer (211) / partial heat-sealed portion (230) / biodegradable plastic layer (shown in FIGS. 1C and 1D) 221) / Inner paper layer (220) label (200). Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the label (200) is attached to both sides of a continuous paper collecting pot (100) assembled in a honeycomb shape with an adhesive, and The continuous assembly pot (10) of the example was produced. Characters were printed on the outer surface of the outer paper layer of the label.
[0013]
Next, the continuous collecting pot of the present example was set on the unfolded plate by inserting the fixing jig of the unfolded plate into the non-adhered portion of the label, and after filling the floor soil, covering the box and inverting, the unfolded plate was removed. The seeds were removed, and three seeds of green onion were seeded in a seeding hole of the formed pot with a seeder to grow seedlings. Note that the adhesive strength of the heat-sealed portion of the label was as strong as 1.0 kg / 15 mm width, and there was no fear that the heat-sealed portion of the label would be peeled off when the continuous collecting pot was set on the development plate. On the other hand, separately, for comparison, an outer paper (kraft paper having a basis weight of 350 g / m 2 ) layer / 20 μm thick polyethylene layer / partial heat-sealed portion / 20 μm thick polyethylene layer / inner paper (a basis weight of 350 g / m 2 ) Kraft paper) A label (200) having a layer configuration was prepared, and a conventional continuous collecting pot having the label attached thereto was prepared. The adhesive strength of the heat-sealed portion of the label was 0.73 kg / 15 mm width. When the continuous collecting pot was set on the developing plate, peeling was observed in a part of the heat-sealed portion of the label.
[0014]
Next, the continuous collecting pots of this example in which the seedlings were grown were loaded into a simple transplanter, and the seedlings were planted in a field together with the continuous pots and the label while pulling out the continuous pots one by one. In this planting operation, there was no effort to remove the label, and the planting was efficient. The biodegradable plastic layer of the label of the present example decomposed in soil in about 6 months.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
When the continuous collecting pot of the present invention is used, the label may be buried in the soil as it is at the time of planting, the disposal of the label becomes easy, and the efficiency of the planting operation is improved.
[0016]
In addition, the adhesive strength of the heat-sealed portion of the label is as high as 0.8 kg / 15 mm width or more, and there is no fear that the heat-sealed portion of the label is peeled off when the continuous collecting pot is set on the deployment plate.
[Brief description of the drawings]
