Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lawn protection material fixing pile, and more particularly to a pile structure for fixing a lawn protection material, which protects a lawn or the like from pressure welding with shoes or wheels, to the ground.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The lawn has been conventionally created in various places as a simple green space that gives peace to an urban space, and the action of purifying air pollution by photosynthesis has also been evaluated. In addition, in recent years, with impermeable concrete pavement in urban areas, new problems such as the occurrence of floods and the depletion of groundwater sources have arisen. One of the solutions to such problems is water retention and permeability. Excellent lawn utility is being re-evaluated.
[0003]
Lawn breeds are such that each lawn is spread by the underground stems called runners and covers the ground. It is important to ensure that water is drained well. However, lawns are constantly trimmed short and often under the adverse conditions of being frequently trampled by heavy objects such as people and automobiles. Is difficult.
[0004]
For this reason, in lawn vegetation such as golf courses and parks, pressure bearing members are provided at the intersections of the vertical and horizontal grids for the purpose of protecting the lawn's soil structure from treading of heavy objects and protecting the lawn itself from external force. (See Registered Design No. 706520). This lawn protection material is intended to protect the lawn by connecting many connecting parts provided on the outer periphery and laying a large number of them continuously. The lawn protection material is roughly divided into mats that are simply laid on the surface of the lawn There are a type and a block type in which lawns are planted on the soil surface in the gap between the pressure receiving members by raising the pressure receiving members.
[0005]
Lawn protection materials such as those described above, especially those of the mat type, require the lawn protection materials themselves to be fixed to the ground with piles or the like when laying, but conventional piles are passed through through holes provided in appropriate places in the lawn protection materials. It is a nail-shaped one that is driven into the ground, and the lawn protection material is fixed by pressing the upper surface around the through hole with the holding part of the head.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, if the lawn protection material rattles while being stepped on many times, when the lawn protection material is pushed down by the tread pressure, the head does not follow the pile and the head does not follow the lawn protection material. In some cases. When the pile protrudes from the lawn protection material in this way, a pedestrian may trip over the head of the pile, fall, get injured, or puncture a car tire.
[0007]
Thus, the present invention provides a lawn protection material fixing pile that moves following the movement of the lawn protection material even when the lawn protection material is pressed down by the tread pressure, so that the head does not protrude from the lawn protection material. It is intended to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a lawn protection material fixing pile according to the present invention has a long pile main body and a short engaging pile connected to the top of the pile main body via a connecting portion. A fixing pile for lawn protection material, wherein a fitting gap portion, into which a pile mounting portion provided on the lawn protection material fits, is inserted into a gap surrounded by the pile main body, the connecting portion, and the wall surface of the engaging pile body. It is characterized in that an engaging projection is formed at least at the entrance of the fitting gap portion of the pile main body to prevent the pile mounting portion from being removed.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an engagement state with the lawn protection material, FIG. 2 is a rear view, and FIG. Is a left side view, FIG. 4 is a plan view, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view. FIG. 6 is a plan view in which a central part is omitted, showing an example of a shape of a lawn protection material fixed by the fixing pile of the present invention.
[0010]
First, as shown in FIG. 6, in the lawn protection mat, the same number of hollow square truncated pyramid-shaped pressure receiving bodies 1 are arranged at equal intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions by the first connecting portion 2 and the second connecting portion 3. The male connecting part 4 and the female connecting part 5 for connecting the lawn protection materials at the time of laying are arranged at points symmetrical with respect to the lawn protection material center point on each side. Each is provided.
[0011]
The height of the first connecting portion 2 is formed to be approximately half of the pressure receiving body 1, and the height of the second connecting portion 3 is further lower than the first connecting portion 2. The second connecting portion 3 is disposed at the center of a square having four pressure receiving bodies 1 as vertices, and the second connecting portion 3 is fitted with a fixing pile for fixing the lawn protection material to the ground. It is a pile mounting part that matches.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a fixing pile 11 for fixing the lawn protection material to the ground is connected to a long pile main body 12 via a connecting portion 13 at the top of the pile main body 12. The pile body 12, the connecting portion 13, and the engagement pile body 14 have a substantially L-shaped cross section as a whole, and can save material while securing strength. And formability are improved.
[0013]
Numerous retaining protrusions 15 are provided on the two outer surfaces of the pile main body 12, and the tip of the pile main body 12 and the engaging pile body 14 are formed in a wedge shape so as to be easily inserted into the ground. Have been.
[0014]
The space surrounded by the wall surfaces of the pile main body portion 12, the connecting portion 13, and the engaging pile body 14 is formed to have a size corresponding to the outer shape of the second connecting portion 3 which is the pile mounting portion of the lawn protection material. This gap becomes a fitting gap 16 into which the pile mounting portion (second connecting portion 3) is fitted, and an engagement projection which serves as a stopper for the second connecting portion 3 is provided at an entrance of the fitting gap 16. 17 are provided. On the upper surface of the connecting portion 13 and on an extension of the pile main body portion 12, a small projection 18 serving as a hitting portion when the fixing pile 11 is driven into the ground is provided.
[0015]
The fixing stake 11 thus formed is prevented from coming off the second connecting portion 3 by the engaging projection 17 provided at the entrance of the fitting gap portion 16, and is fixed with the lawn protection material fixed to the ground. Since the pile 11 is integrated with the lawn protection material, when the lawn protection material is pushed down by the treading pressure, the fixing pile 11 also moves following the movement of the lawn protection material, and the upper part of the fixing pile 11 Does not protrude from the lawn protection material, pedestrians do not trip on the fixing pile 11, and the fixing pile 11 does not come off and the lawn protection material does not shift.
[0016]
In particular, in the lawn protection material, the second connecting portion 3 serving as a pile mounting portion is formed lower than the surrounding pressure receiving body 1 and the first connecting portion 2, and in a normal fixed state, the fixing pile 11 serves as the lawn protection material. Since it does not project from the upper surface at all, the head of the fixing stake 11 is not damaged, and a secure fixing state can be maintained.
[0017]
In addition, the engagement protrusion 17 provided at the entrance of the fitting gap 16 can also be provided on the engagement pile 14 side.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the lawn protection material fixing pile of the present invention, the lawn protection material and the fixing pile are integrated, so that even if the lawn protection material is pushed down by the treading pressure, the lawn protection material is fixed. The stake also moves following the movement of the stake, so that the head does not protrude from the lawn protection material, so that pedestrians do not trip over the stake at the head of the stake or puncture the car tires .
