【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、店頭に商品を陳列するための商品陳列具、該商品陳列具に商品を補充するための商品補充補助器具及びそれらを用いた商品補充機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、スーパーストア等の店頭に複数の商品を陳列するためには商品陳列具がよく使用されている。

一般的な商品陳列具としては、商品を吊持する長尺部と、この長尺部の後端に店舗内の商品陳列用フレームに取付けるための台座とが一体的に形成されたものが知られている。

しかし、このような商品陳列具では、長尺部の前側からの商品補充しか出来ず、新規入荷商品を陳列する際、現在陳列している古い商品を一度長尺部から取り外さなくてはならない。

古い商品は長尺部の前側に陳列し、新しい商品は後側に陳列することが商品管理上望ましく、小売業においては、これを称して先入先出と言う。上記した商品陳列具では、この先入先出が容易ではない。

そこで、例えば、商品を吊持する長尺部と商品陳列用フレームに取付けるための台座を水平方向に着脱可能に形成することにより、商品を補充する以前から陳列されている商品を長尺部の先端側に寄せ、新たに補充した商品を同じ長尺部の後端側に吊るすことができ、これにより商品は、補充の前から陳列されていた商品が手前側となって、先に売れるようにしたものが提案されている（図８）。

しかし、このような従来の着脱可能な商品陳列具では、台座に長尺部を係止するための構造が複雑で、取付作業に手間がかかるため、実際に新規商品を補充しようとすると、長尺部を台座から外して再度取付ける作業が面倒なため、改善の余地が残されていた。

また、該長尺部を該台座から外して一本づつ手にもったまま商品を補充しなければならないため、数十〜数千本もの商品陳列具が並んでいるスーパーストア等で商品の補充を行う場合には、極めて煩わしい作業であった。

さらに、実際には、スーパーストア等の店内には商品陳列棚が複数あり、これらの間を端から端まで移動しながら上記のように商品陳列具の長尺部を台座から外して一本づつ手にもって商品を補充することは極めて時間のかかる作業であり、また多大な労力を必要とするという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、斯かる実情に鑑みなされたもので、新しい商品の補充の際に、極めて簡便にかつ迅速に商品の補充ができ、かつ商品の先入先出ができるようにした商品陳列具、商品補充補助器具及び商品補充機構を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の商品陳列具は、商品を吊持するための長尺部と、前記長尺部の先端部を上方に屈曲してなる先端屈曲部と、前記長尺部の後端部を下方に屈曲した後端係止部と、からなる商品陳列棒と；商品陳列用フレームに着脱自在に取りつけられる台座本体と、該台座本体の前面に設けられた受け穴部とからなり、前記商品陳列棒の後端係止部を着脱自在かつ回動不能に支持する台座と；を有し、商品陳列棒に吊持された商品の数が少なくなった際に、商品陳列棒を台座から取り外し該商品陳列棒の後端係止部から新しい商品を挿入補充し古い商品が常時前記長尺部の先端部分に位置せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする。

また、より好ましくは、上記長尺部の後端係止部の断面が非円形状となるように形成し、上記受け穴部の形状を該後端係止部の形状に対応して形成する。

このように構成すれば、上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部の断面が非円形状とされているため、上記台座の受け穴部に着脱自在に取付けた際に、上記商品陳列棒が回動してしまうことがなく、好適に商品を吊持することが可能となる。

また、本発明の商品補充補助器具は、上記した商品陳列具の台座から取り外された商品陳列棒に商品を補充するために用いられる商品補充補助器具であって、カートの適宜位置に着脱自在に装着される平板状の基材と、該基材の前面に設けられかつ前記商品陳列棒の先端屈曲部を係合する係合部とを有し、該係合部に前記商品陳列棒の先端屈曲部を係合し後端係止部を自由端とすることにより、該後端係止部から新しい商品を挿入補充し、ついでこの新しい商品を補充した商品陳列棒の後端屈曲部を前記台座の受け穴部に係止することにより古い商品が常時前記商品陳列棒の先端部分に位置せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする。

さらに、上記係合部を複数個設けるように構成すれば、該複数の係合部に上記商品陳列棒を複数本係合することができるため、同時に複数の商品陳列棒に商品を挿入補充できることが可能となり、迅速なる商品の補充作業が実現される。

また、上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部が先端屈曲部よりも上方に位置するように該商品陳列棒を傾斜させて上記係合部に該商品陳列棒の先端屈曲部を係合させ、後端係止部から挿入補充された新しい商品が該商品陳列棒を重力により自然滑落し先端屈曲部方向に移動するように構成すれば、古い商品が自ずから常時上記商品陳列棒の先端部分に位置するので、さらに好ましい。

また、本発明の商品補充機構は、上記した商品陳列具と商品補充補助器具からなる商品補充機構であって、店頭に商品を陳列するため上記商品陳列具の商品陳列棒に商品を補充する際に、上記台座から上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部を外し、上記商品陳列棒の先端屈曲部を上記商品補充補助器具の上記係合部に係合せしめることにより、上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部から新しい商品を挿入補充し、ついでこの新しい商品を補充した商品陳列棒の後端屈曲部を上記台座の受け穴部に係止することにより古い商品が常時上記商品陳列棒の先端部分に位置せしめるようにしたものである。

上記のように構成すれば、作業者は上記商品補充補助器具を手に持って移動する必要がなくなり、作業者は上記した商品補充補助器具が装着されたカートを押して店内を移動し、商品陳列用フレームに取付けられた商品陳列具の商品陳列棒を端から外して商品補充補助器具の係合部に端から係合し、上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部から新しい商品を挿入補充し、ついでこの新しい商品を補充した商品陳列棒の後端屈曲部を再び上記台座の受け穴部に係止することにより古い商品を上記商品陳列棒の先端部分に位置せしめて商品を陳列し、さらに再びカートを押して店内を移動して別の商品陳列用フレームに取付けられた商品陳列具に吊持された商品の補充作業の迅速化・能率化を図ることができるという利点がある。

また、この機構により、店頭に商品を陳列するため上記商品陳列棒に商品を補充する際に、上記台座から上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部を外し、複数の上記商品陳列棒の先端屈曲部を上記商品補充補助器具の上記係合部に係合せしめて、上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部から商品を挿入補充し、再び上記台座に上記商品陳列棒の後端係止部を係合するという新しい商品の補充作業が極めて効率よく行われるため、作業者は商品陳列棒を台座から外して一本づつ手にもったまま新しい商品を補充する必要がなく、従来の作業と比べて作業者への負担が著しく軽減される。
