【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、博物館等に設置する展示ケース等のケース本体の前面をガラス製の引き戸式の扉にて開閉するようにした展示ケース等における引戸式扉装置の構成に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から公知の引き違い式の引き戸式扉では、ケース本体の前面開口部に、前後2列のレールを配置し、各レールに対して引き戸式扉を間口方向に沿って移動可能に嵌め込んだものである。このため、扉を閉じた状態では、この前後の扉の端部同士の合わせ部は、ケース本体の奥行き方向に重ねて気密性を確保しなければならず、意匠的外観が見苦しいという問題があると共に、一方の扉を他方の扉の前側に配置した開き状態においては、扉自体の間口方向の寸法よりも短い寸法した開口できないという問題があった。

この問題を解決するため、例えば、実用新案登録番号第3017198号の登録実用新案公報では、ケース本体の前面の一側にガラス板製の固定壁を設け、この固定壁の面と平行状に配置したレールに、走行台車部を備えた水平操作機構を介して引き戸式扉を移動可能に装着する一方、この走行台車部には、前記固定壁と同一面の位置と、固定壁の面より前方の位置とに、引き戸式扉をその厚み方向に移動可能な前後案内手段と、モータ及びベルクランクレバー等にて前記引き戸式扉をその厚み方向に移動させる前後方向駆動手段とを備えたものが開示されている。

この構成によれば、前記固定壁の一側にて、その壁面と同一面状に前記引き戸式扉を嵌め込んで固定し、外観を向上させつつ気密性も保持できる一方、前記前後方向駆動手段にて引き戸式扉をその厚み方向に沿ってケース本体の前方に移動させた後、水平操作機構にて引き戸式扉を固定壁前面側に重なるように移動させ、ケース本体の前面に引き戸式扉の幅寸法(間口寸法)と同じ幅の開口部を開けることができるとしている。

しかしながら、前記構成では固定壁があるため、開口部の間口寸法を大きくすることができないという問題があった。

本発明では、前記従来の問題を解決し、外観も良好でありながら、展示ケース本体の開口部も大きく開くことができる展示ケース等における引戸式扉装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明の展示ケース等における引戸式扉装置は、少なくとも2組のレールを展示ケース等の本体の前面に沿って配置し、引き戸式の扉を支持手段を介して前記各レールに沿って各々左右両側に移動可能となるように支持させる一方、前記1つの組以外の組のレールにおける前記扉の少なくとも上部の支持手段には、当該扉を対応するレールの長手方向と直交する扉の厚み方向に前後水平移動させて、他の組のレールにおける扉と面一状に配置可能とする前後摺動支持部を設け、前記本体側には、全ての扉を面一状にする閉止位置おいて、前記1つの組以外の組のレールにおける前記扉を、前記他の組のレールにおける扉と面一状になる接近状態と、その扉の厚さ方向に離れる状態との接離方向に作動させる駆動手段を備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明を具体化した実施形態について説明する。図1は、本発明の引戸式扉装置の斜視図、図2は第1実施形態の概略側断面図である。

展示ケース等のケース本体1の前面側(間口の開口部1a側)には、上下一対にて一組とした2組のレール2、3が配置されている。第1組の上下対のレール2,2の上下間隔は、第2組の上下対のレール3,3の上下間隔より短いものとする。そして、第1の実施例においては、第1組の上下対のレール2,2と第2組の上下対のレール3,3とは同一の垂直面上に配置されている(図2参照)。

図2〜図5に示す支持手段6は扉4の上部の左右両側部位に対するものであって、断面が縦長のレール2の上下端面(山型状)を上下から挟み付ける複数対の走行コロ11は、各支持手段6における縦板状の本体枠12の裏面に各々車軸13を介して回転可能に支持されている。前記本体枠12の前面と、該前面に突出させた平面視コ字型の補助枠15とで複数本(実施例では2本)の摺動軸14の前後端を支持させ、この摺動軸14に前後移動ブロック16を摺動可能に被嵌することにより、前後摺動支持部7を構成する。この場合、摺動軸14と移動ブロック16との間に摺動抵抗を軽減するためのすべり軸受もしくはサーキュレータ(図示せず)を介挿しても良い。

扉4の閉止位置には、前記上側のレール2より上方に配置された固定梁25に回動型電磁ソレノイド等のアクチュエータ26により水平回動する引き寄せレバー27が、ケース本体1に近い側に配置されている。平面視において図5に示すように、引き寄せレバー27の長手方向中途部には、前記案内係合ピン24に係合する円弧状の案内溝28を、また先端側には前記引き寄せ係合ピン22に当接する引き寄せ部29が設けられている。閉止位置に停止させた扉4に対して、アクチュエータ26を作動させると、引き寄せレバー27が図5において時計方向に回動し、まず案内溝28の先端が案内係合ピン24に嵌まり込み、支持手段6がレール2に沿って不用意に動かないように規制する(図5の一点鎖線参照)。次いで、引き寄せレバー27をさらに時計方向に水平回動させると、前記案内溝28内に案内係合ピン24を誘い込むと共に、引き寄せ部29が引き寄せ係合ピン22をレール2に接近するように引き寄せる(図5の二点鎖線参照)。これにより、付勢手段であるコイルバネ17の付勢力に抗して前後移動ブロック16、ひいては扉4をレール2に近づく方向(後方向)に引き寄せるから、閉止位置では、扉4の裏面がケース本体の開口部1aのパッキン8に押圧され、密封することができる。
