本発明は、建屋の壁面の上部に配設されたドレンや軒樋などの排水部材からの雨水を竪樋に送水する雨樋集水器の取付構造に係り、特に作業時に該雨樋集水器を落下させ難い雨樋集水器の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、雨樋集水器の取付構造にあっては、例えば、建屋の壁面に取付板を取り付け、該取付板に設けられたボルトに雨樋集水器を係合させる手段が知られている(例えば実公平6−22026号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、このような手段では、壁面に傾斜があった場合若しくは作業中のちょっとした拍子で、ボルトへの固着する前の雨樋集水器が落下してしまうという課題があった。この課題は、雨樋集水器の取り付けが高所で行われるため深刻な問題であった。

したがって、本発明の目的は、雨樋集水器の取付構造において、取付部材への仮止めから固着するまでの間であっても該雨樋集水器を落下させることのない雨樋集水器の取付構造を提供することにある。

本発明者らは、上記に鑑み鋭意検討を行った結果、雨樋集水器の取付構造として、建屋の壁面に吊設部材を取り付け、雨樋集水器の建屋側側面に設けられた係合部材を前記吊設部材に係合させることにより上記課題を解決できることを見出だし、本発明を完成した。

ここで、本発明で吊設部材を設けたのは、雨樋集水器の仮止めにあっては雨樋集水器自身の重さを利用するのが一番効率が良いためである。該吊設部材としては、建屋の壁面に取り付けられつつ雨樋集水器を吊設するものであれば適宜選択できるものであり、その設置数も適宜選択できるものである。また、該吊設部材を、建屋の壁面との固着部材としての取付板と、上記雨樋集水器を吊設する部材としてのフック部材で構成させ、建屋への固着機能と雨樋集水器への固着機能の2つの機能を2つの部材に分けて発揮させることにより、雨樋集水器の取付構造を更に安定させることもできる。

本発明における該吊設部材と雨樋集水器を固着するための手段として、接着剤や粘着剤などを利用した化学的固着手段、ボルトとネジ、ビス、リベット、一方又は両方に弾性力を持たせた嵌合、両者の間に弾性体を嵌合させる手段、ネジによって押圧する手段などによる物理的固着手段などを用いても良い。なお、該弾性体としては、ゴム、合成樹脂、コイルバネ、板バネなどがある。

本発明の雨樋集水器の取付構造は、雨樋集水器を仮止めする吊設部材を設け、これにより雨樋集水器取付作業中に当該雨樋集水器を不用意に落下させることがない。

本発明にかかる一実施例を図1及び図2に開示する。図1は本発明の一実施例にかかる雨樋集水器の取付構造を模式的に示した縦断面図であり、図2は取付作業時の雨樋集水器の取付構造を模式的に示した斜視図である。

本実施例で開示されている雨樋集水器の取付構造は、建屋の壁面Wに吊設部材2を取り付け、雨樋集水器1の係合部材3を該吊設部材2に吊設し、該吊設部材2のフック部材22に設けたネジ穴23に固着部材4としての蝶ネジを挿通させて前記吊設部材2を押圧することにより、完了する。かかる押圧にあっては、係合部材3の一部に凹部31を設けて蝶ネジの押圧を確実に受けるように工夫されている。なお、図中、符号11は雨樋集水器1の建屋側側面であり、21は壁面Wとの固着部材2の一部としての取付板であり、Dは排水部材としてのドレンである。

本発明は、建屋の壁面の上部に配設されたドレンや軒樋などの排水部材と竪樋の間に配設され該排水部材からの水を竪樋に排水させる雨樋集水器を前記壁面に取り付ける取付構造において、該壁面に吊設部材を取り付け、前記雨樋集水器の建屋側側面に設けられた係合部材を前記吊設部材と系脱自在に係合させ、これにより作業時に該雨樋集水器を落下させ難いという効果を有する。
