Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a surface of a concrete skeleton used for constructing a dam, a dam, a concrete retaining wall, and the like, and a concrete disposal form used for the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When constructing a sabo dam or concrete retaining wall, a wooden or steel formwork (temporary form) is used. In that case, preparation, assembly, removal, storage, maintenance, etc. of the formwork are required. In some cases, the formwork is made of concrete and a wooden or steel formwork is unnecessary. In this case, the mounting structure is fixed by a separator.
[0003]
A concrete mold that can serve as a formwork without using a wooden or steel formwork as described above and that can be directly incorporated into a structure to form a surface or become a strength member is a special application. It has been proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-211152. This is a concrete panel in which the front surface is the finished surface of the structure and the back surface is the concrete casting side, and the embedded bolt holes are provided on the back surface for attaching the fittings for connecting the formwork. The connecting metal fittings are buried or provided with connecting retaining walls, etc., and have the drawbacks of the conventional ones that do not require a concrete formwork. This solves the difficulties such as the difficulty in moving the workers within the formwork.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In addition to this example, the conventional concrete dumping formwork has sufficient requirements for shortening the construction period, adjusting the slope, integrating with the concrete cast on the back side, adjusting the height from the bottom, etc. It was not something I could respond to. In other words, the conventional concrete dumping formwork is fixed to a slope connecting metal fitting formed in advance along a slope such as a retaining wall, or is fixed to a preformed building body such as a dam with bolts or the like. Therefore, the adjustment of the gradient is not free, and there is no up-down adjustment function of each disposal form, and much labor and time are required for construction. The present invention seeks to solve these points.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a steel material is erected substantially in parallel with the finished surface of the structure, and the lowermost disposal form is arranged on the base concrete below the finished surface of the structure by adjusting the height with an adjusting bolt on the lower edge. Then, with the panel connected to the steel material with the anchor bolts, the tip hook of the anchor bar is locked to the locking receiver on the back and the base of the anchor bar is fixed to the skeleton side, and then discarded after the second step This is a method for constructing a surface of a concrete body, wherein the form is similarly fixed by anchor bolts and anchor bars, and concrete is cast and integrated on the concrete placement side on the back of the discarded form.
[0006]
The concrete disposable formwork used in this construction method connects the steel material supporting the formwork panel to the backside of the concrete formwork panel whose front surface is the finished surface of the structure and whose back surface is the concrete casting side. An anchor bolt is provided, and a lock receiver is provided on the rear surface of the concrete formwork panel for locking a tip hook portion of an anchor bar fixed to the skeleton side of the structure.
[0007]
In addition, the concrete disposable formwork has a slope having a small cross-sectional area toward the back of the panel toward the back. The material of the concrete formwork mentioned here includes general Portland cement concrete, resin concrete, glass fiber reinforced concrete (FRC), and the like.
[0008]
Further, an adjusting bolt is provided at a lower edge of the lowermost form panel so as to be adjustable in height between the lower panel and the base concrete.
[0009]
[Action]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is possible to finely adjust the panel gradient by fixing the base of the anchor streak locked to the backrest to the skeleton side while the formwork panel is connected to the steel material with the anchor bolt. In addition, it is integrated with the concrete cast on the back of the form panel to prevent the form panel from changing the installation gradient and preventing the stacked state from being collapsed.
[0010]
By providing anchor bolts that connect between the steel materials supporting the formwork panels and fixing them to steel materials substantially parallel to the finishing surface of the structure, it is possible to fix the individual formwork panels in a stepped manner. A concrete casting gap is secured between the panel and the steel material, the concrete poured in between forms a concrete layer near the surface, and the formwork panel becomes a discarded formwork to form a strong surface condition I do. Also, in the past, the work could not be completed unless concrete was poured to a predetermined height. However, according to this construction method, the pouring work can be stopped at an arbitrary portion without worrying about the concrete joint.
[0011]
Since the concrete disposable formwork is provided with a gradient having a small cross-sectional area toward the back surface of the formwork panel toward the back surface, a concrete filling gap is formed between the panels in a wedge shape. In addition, concrete enters around the four sides of the formwork panel to promote integration.
[0012]
By providing the adjustment bolt, the height between the lower edge of the form panel and the base concrete can be freely changed.
[0013]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a side view showing a state in which a concrete retaining wall surface is formed by a concrete disposable formwork of the present invention. As is clear from this example, the concrete disposal form 1 is fixed to the steel 2 provided substantially in parallel with the finished surface of the structure by the anchor bolt 3 with the steel 2 in a predetermined inclined (gradient) state from below. Are fixed with a predetermined gap therebetween. In this example, a channel steel is used as the steel material. The steel material 2 is provided with a group hole 12 as shown in FIG. 3 so that the fastening position by the anchor bolt 3 can be adjusted.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the individual structure of the concrete disposable form 1 is a decorative surface (finished surface) in which the surface side of a rectangular (rhombic, upper, lower, or right and left edges may be corrugated) surface is uneven. On the back surface, an insert 4 having a female screw structure capable of screwing a base of an anchor bolt 3 connecting with the steel material 2 is embedded. In addition, an annular locking receiver 6 is provided on the back surface so as to lock the tip hook of the anchor bar 5 fixed to the skeleton side of the structure. The locking receiver 6 is not limited to such an annular shape, and may be hook-shaped. Alternatively, a hole capable of locking the tip hook of the anchor bar 5 may be provided in a part of the concrete disposal form 1. .
[0015]
The back part of the form panel is provided with a slope part (taper part) 7 having a small sectional area toward the back surface. Even if this gradient has some irregularities on the way to the back surface, it is only necessary that the gradient has a small cross-sectional area toward the back surface as a result.
[0016]
As shown in the lower part of FIG. 1, the lowermost form panel 1a is provided with an insert 10 having a female screw structure in order to provide an adjustment bolt 9 at the lower edge so that the height can be adjusted between the lower panel and the base concrete 8. It is buried.
[0017]
The construction is generally performed as follows. When the base concrete below the finishing surface of the dam or retaining wall structure is cast, the steel material 2 and the base of the assembling reinforcing bar 11a are buried and solidified at the same time. The height is adjusted by adjusting bolts 9 provided on the lower edge portion, and the formwork panel 1 a is connected to the steel material 2 by the anchor bolts 3. The hooks are locked, and the base of the anchor bar is welded and fixed to the assembling reinforcing bar 11a partially buried on the side of the skeleton. It is fixed and concrete is cast on the concrete casting side on the back of the discarded formwork to integrate it. At this time, if necessary, the steel material 2 for extension and the reinforcing steel bar 11b are fixed together. Subsequently, in the same process, the third-stage formwork panel 1c is set on the steel material 2 with the anchor bolt 3, and is fixed to the reinforcing steel bar 11b with the anchor bar 5. This process is repeated until it reaches the designed upper stage.
[0018]
In the present invention, by embedding the insert fitting 13 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2 above the front surface of the discarded formwork panel, the hanging fitting of the panel can be easily prepared without preparing a scaffold. Can be removed. If the inserts 13 are buried in two places on the front surface and the bolts 14 are buried with them, the scaffold plate 15 can be hung, and the scaffold can be easily secured.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION By this invention, the fine adjustment of the gradient of the disposal form at the time of construction of a dam, a dam, and a retaining wall and height adjustment are attained, and construction became easy. Each individual formwork was filled with concrete around it, enabling a strong integration. On the back side of the formwork, no special reinforcing work is required because the steel material for supporting the formwork and a large number of anchoring bars remain as reinforcing reinforcing bars. The construction period can be shortened.
