ところが、従来の撹拌バケットは、すの子状に配した各撹拌板の縁辺が直線状に形成されているため、この縁辺で掬った土砂等の移動方向性が略平行となるため、土砂と硬化剤が混ざりにくく、効率の良い撹拌が期待できなかった。

上記の目的を達成するために、本発明は、土工機械本体への連結ステイを有する掘削外枠内に、所定の掬い巾を有する複数段の撹拌板を所定間隔をあけてすの子状に配設した土工機械用撹拌バケットアタッチメントにおいて、各段の撹拌板がその上面を掘削外枠の土砂受圧側に向けて所定角度に下向傾斜させ、且つ各段の撹拌板が前記掘削外枠内においてV字形または波形を形成するようにして固定されているとともに、各撹拌板の手前側及び/または後方側の撹拌縁辺が凹凸に形成されていることを特徴とする。

撹拌バケットの各段の撹拌板がV字形に内側に向けて下向きに傾斜しているので、各撹拌板間を通り抜けた土砂と地盤改良処理剤はバケットの掘削枠の内側に送り出されながら混合される。

各段の撹拌板がV字形に配設されているので各段の撹拌の上下巾が深くなり、また、各撹拌板の手前側及び/または後方側の撹拌縁辺に好ましくは円弧状の凹面が形成されているので、土砂及び処理剤等は、撹拌板間を通過する際に、手前側凹面では円弧凹縁に沿って拡散し、後方側凹面では円弧凹縁に沿って集中する。複数段の撹拌板によってこれら拡散と集中が交互に連続して起こるので土砂と処理剤がまんべんなく混ざり合うことになる。

撹拌バケット1は、所定の掬い巾に配設した左右のたて枠2a、2bと、上側横枠3と、下側横枠4とからなる掘削外枠1’を有し、該外枠の上側横枠3には土工機械本体のアーム(図示せず)への連結部5が結合され、下側横枠4には複数の掘削爪6が所定間隔で取付けられている。
