Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a molding method for producing a plastic molded product having a grain pattern similar to natural wood using a plastic material and a woody material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the method of fabricating the surface of plastic to resemble the wood pattern of natural wood is to print the wood pattern, transfer it by hot stamping, use coloring materials and pigments and pattern molds, or mix wood aggregate. There are various proposals such as injection molding. (See JP-A-55-107416, JP-A-60-73807, JP-A-6-41316, etc.)
[0003]
As one example, a method using a mold having grooves and a plurality of coloring materials proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-34368 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0004]
First, a plurality of coloring materials, for example, colored molded pellets, concentrated colored pellets, powder or granular pigments, liquid coloring inks, etc., singly or in combination according to the color of the wood to be approximated, may be used alone or in combination. Mix uniformly with a mixer.
[0005]
Next, the mold used to mold the molded article shown in FIG. 4 is provided in the injection molding machine shown in FIG. 5, and the coloring material mixed as described above is put into this injection molding machine. Molding.
[0006]
This results in a plastic molded article having on its surface grooves similar to the conduit pattern of natural wood and a grainy flow pattern.
[0007]
In FIG. 5, 5 is a molding die, 6 is a molding cylinder connected to the molding die, 10 is a material input port provided on the upper part of the molding cylinder 6, 7, 8 and 9 are coloring materials having different colors from each other. Reference numeral 1 denotes a plastic molded product.
[0008]
Lastly, the grooves on the plastic molded article molded as described above are finished by wiping painting in which wiping wax is filled.
[0009]
In this way, a plastic molded product having a grain pattern similar to natural wood as shown in FIG. 6 can be easily obtained without being affected by the skill of the operator.
[0010]
In FIG. 6, reference numeral 2 denotes a groove which draws a conduit pattern similar to that shown in FIG. 4, reference numerals 7, 8, and 9 denote coloring materials shown in FIG. 5, respectively. , 9 form a wood grain flow pattern.
[0011]
If wood to be approximated is used as a wig material, a light yellow molding material 65% (weight%, the same applies hereinafter), a white molding material 20%, a light red molding material 10%, and a dark brown molding material are used as coloring materials. By performing the above-described method using a mixture of 5% colored molded pellets, a good plastic molded product similar to a natural wig material can be obtained.
[0012]
When wood to be approximated is used as a raw material, a natural color styrene resin, that is, 77% of transparent pellets, a pale yellow concentrated colored pellet 20%, and a coloring material composed of dark brown concentrated colored pellet 3% are mixed. If the above-mentioned method used is carried out, a good plastic molded article similar to natural wood can be obtained.
[0013]
When the wood to be approximated is used as a spun material, a natural color styrene resin, that is, 97.7% of transparent pellets, a coloring material composed of 1% of purple concentrated coloring pellets and 1% of blue concentrated coloring pellets are mixed, A good plastic molded article similar to a natural sponge material can be obtained by carrying out the above-mentioned method in which 0.3% of the liquid coloring ink which has been flesh-colored by a liquid coloring machine together with these mixtures is introduced into the inlet of the injection molding machine. .
[0014]
In the case where wood to be approximated is used as a wood material, 99% of a natural yellow ABS resin having a pale yellow color and a coloring material composed of 0.5% of a brown powder pigment and 0.5% of a dark brown powder pigment are mixed. If the above-mentioned method used is carried out, a good plastic molded article similar to natural wood can be obtained.
[0015]
In the case of obtaining a plastic molded product exhibiting a grain pattern similar to other woods, a plurality of types of coloring materials are appropriately set so as to obtain a desired color shade as described above, and weighed by a weighing unit. Thereafter, the above-described method using a mixture of these coloring materials may be performed.
[0016]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the method proposed by the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-34368 and the other molding methods conventionally proposed as described above, the following various problems are found.
[0017]
(1) The pattern is blurred and marbled, and no clear grain pattern appears.
[0018]
(2) When molded only with a plastic material, wood-like feeling of wood is not obtained.
[0019]
(3) In the method of performing printing or surface coating, this secondary treatment is costly.
[0020]
(4) If the surface layer is removed by post-processing, the grain pattern is lost.
[0021]
(5) The wood grain does not have a feeling of a clogged portion or a rough portion.
[0022]
An object of the present invention is to provide a new grain-like forming method which solves the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
[0023]
Grain-like molding method according woody material of the present invention as a configuration for achieving the above object, in the molding method of denars form morphism by mixing plastic materials and wood materials, changing the mixing ratio of the plastic material and wooden materials A wood grain pattern is formed on a plastic molded product by alternately injecting two types of mixed raw materials from two injection cylinders of a two-headed injection device.
[0024]
Further, in the wood-grain-like molding method using the above-mentioned woody material, two kinds of mixed raw materials in which the mixing ratio of a plastic material and a woody material is changed and a colorant, a pigment, or an ink is added thereto to change the color are used as a molding material It is also preferable to use them.
[0025]
In each of the above grain-like molding method, blow the gas a predetermined amount of transparent plastic denars shaped mold cavity of elevation in the cavity after the partially filled, to form a skin layer covering the cavity inner surface, followed out morphism a mixed raw material obtained by mixing plastic materials and wood materials into the cavity, it is also possible to form a transparent plastic coating layer on the surface of the molded article.
[0026]
Further, since the molding so as to cover the surface of the molded article to be molded by the grain-like molding method according to claim 1, wherein a transparent plastic, after molding the grain-like molded article by performing more morphism Deko, a mold replacement to form a cavity for the skin between the molded article and the new molds, it is also effective to out morphism a clear plastic to the cavity.
[0027]
[Action]
In the grain-like molding method using the woody material of the present invention, dried wood flour and a plastic material are mixed to produce two types of molding materials A and B having different wood ratios. Add a pigment or ink to make a different color, use a two-headed injection molding machine, first inject a predetermined amount of material A with one injection cylinder, partially fill the cavity of the mold, and then inject the other A predetermined amount of material B is injected by the cylinder, and the same injection is repeated alternately thereafter.
[0028]
If the diameter of the sprue in the fixed mold is set close to the thickness of the cavity of the mold, the material A and the material B of the molding material are alternately injected little by little to fill the cavity by multiple injections. The timber and the B material are arranged in a plate-like pattern, and a molded product similar to natural wood can be obtained. The woody feeling is improved by increasing the ratio of the woody material.
[0029]
Since the plate pattern is continuous in the thickness direction, it does not disappear even if the surface is removed.
[0030]
Furthermore, after forming the transparent plastic skin on the inner surface of the cavity, perform the above injection process, or after performing the above injection process, replace the mold and form a new cavity between the surface of the molded product and the mold. By injecting a transparent plastic into the molded product and covering the surface of the molded product with the transparent plastic, it is possible to give the molded product a deep and luxurious feeling.
[0031]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a grain-like forming method using a woody material of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0032]
FIG. 1 is a partial sectional side view of a two-headed injection molding machine used in this method. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 20 denotes a fixed die plate, 21 denotes a movable die plate, 22 denotes a fixed die fixed to the fixed die plate 20, Reference numeral 23 denotes a movable mold fixed to the movable mold platen 21, reference numeral 24 denotes a two-headed injection device, and the two-headed injection device 24 is housed in two injection cylinders 25 and 25 'arranged side by side and in the same cylinder. [0035]
The wood ratio can be up to about 80%, and is preferably as close as possible to 80% in order to obtain a natural wood texture.
[0036]
If necessary, a coloring material, a pigment, a coloring ink, and the like are mixed with the two types of molding materials to give a color.
[0037]
Next, the molding method of the present invention using the two-headed injection molding machine will be described.
[0038]
First, the fixed mold 22 and the movable mold 23 of the two-headed injection molding machine are clamped, the cavity 30 in the mold is partially filled with a predetermined amount of the material A by the cylinder 25, and then the cylinder B is moved by the cylinder 25 '. Partially fill a predetermined amount of material.
[0039]

After a predetermined amount of transparent plastic is partially filled into the cavity 30 by the injection device 32 as shown in FIG. 2A, gas is blown from the pipe 33 to inflate the transparent plastic as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2 (c), a skin layer 35 covering the inner surface of the cavity 30 is formed, and the grain-like molded article 31 is molded in the cavity. Numeral 34 denotes a vent for releasing gas.
[0044]
As another method, there is a method in which after the wood-grain-like molded product 31 is molded, a mold is changed, a cavity for a skin is formed between the molded product 31 and the mold, and plastic is injected into the cavity.
[0045]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment in which a cavity 36 is formed between the movable mold 23 and the molded article 31 by this method and a transparent plastic is injected. Reference numeral 37 denotes a transparent plastic injection device.
[0046]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. Belongs to.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the wood grain-like forming method of the present invention has the following effects.
[0048]
