本発明は、主としてパレット交換式を採用して走行台車と車室との間で車をパレット上に載せて横移動することにより入庫または出庫させるパレット交換式駐車場の車両横移載装置に関する。

近年、採用されているパレット交換式の駐車場においては、車をパレットに載せた状態でリフトなどで必要な階まで降下させ、そこで待っている走行台車を経由してパレットごと移動して入庫しようとする車室に横移動するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、係る従来の問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、パレット交換式の駐車場において、単列車室あるいは複列車室の場合でも車の横移動のためのアクチュエータを走行台車のみに設けて車室には設ける必要がなく、しかも、実車パレットと空パレットの交換を1台のアクチュエータで行い、空パレットの処理の簡便化を計り得るパレット交換式駐車場の車両横移載装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のパレット交換式駐車場の車両横移載装置は、走行台車及びその少なくとも片側に配設した車室に、上段ローラと、その上段ローラに対して押し付けるバネ付の下段ローラとからなる二重ローラ機構をそれぞれ設け、かつ、上段ローラ上には車を載せた実車パレットを、そして上段ローラと下段ローラとの間には空パレットを横移動可能に設けると共に、走行台車の二重ローラ機構のみにローラ回転用のアクチュエータを設けた構造になっている。
また、本発明は、上記の装置における二重ローラ機構を設けた車室を複列式に設けている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図1は、パレット交換式駐車場の車両横移載装置を示し、パレット1上の車2を走行台車3から車室4へ横移載する直前の状態を示し、車2を載せたパレット1に対し、空のパレット11が走行台車3の片側に配設された車室4内に置かれている。
