以上のように構成することにより、調理完了後に釜体から食品を取り出す際に、シリンダー装置を駆動して、シリンダー装置の作動端を段階的に延伸することにより、回転軸を中心にクランクと釜体が回転して段階的に傾斜し、逐次調理された食品を取り出すことができる。
さらに、シリンダー装置の作動端を延伸すると、クランクは係止ストッパにより回転軸を中心とした回転を止められ、釜体をほぼ90度傾けた状態になる。なおシリンダー装置の作動端を延伸するとアームがアーム軸受台を中心として押上げられ、釜体が前方にさらに傾くとともに、釜体の底が上がり、釜体に食品が残ることなく取り出すことができる。
また、釜体を清掃する場合にはこの状態で釜体の底まで洗浄することができるとともに、釜体内を洗浄した水を確実に排出することができる。
