Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a powdery cosmetic containing a liquid cosmetic component (a component having moisturizing, whitening, nutrition, and cosmetic effects), which is in the form of a fine powder when stored and unused, and pressed lightly with the palm of the hand. The present invention relates to cosmetics which become liquid when pressed or stretched against the skin to be applied.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, lotion, which is a typical product in cosmetics for beauty purposes, contains many nutrients and beauty ingredients even from that purpose, so it is susceptible to oxidation and quality change, and inevitably prevents ingredient change Additives such as preservatives were also included if necessary.
In view of the original function of cosmetics, these additives such as preservatives are not necessary components, and at present, these additives such as preservatives are recognized as a cause of skin troubles caused by cosmetics.
However, unlike pharmaceuticals and the like, in the case of cosmetics, the distribution, method of use, place of use, and the like cannot be limited, and it has been unavoidable to add a preservative or the like from the viewpoint of maintaining quality.
In addition, since the cosmetic component to be added to the lotion requires the use of a surfactant or an emulsifier for the purpose of uniform dissolution and dispersion of the component because the product is in a liquid form, the original purpose of the lotion is It was necessary to mix unnecessary components. Essentially unnecessary components such as surfactants and emulsifiers, which cannot be used as cosmetic components, impose a burden on bare skin, and may even give an irritating action to particularly delicate skin quality.
Further, the conventional lotion is a liquid cosmetic whose product property is a liquid, and which is used on the palm when used substantially or impregnated with cotton or the like. For this reason, the conventional liquid cosmetics have a lot of dripping and scattering at the time of use due to their properties, and there is waste.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to solve these conventional problems and to stabilize the beauty ingredient for a long time by adding no or a small amount of preservatives, surfactants and emulsifiers which are not beauty ingredients. An object of the present invention is to provide a powdery cosmetic product having a new concept that a required amount of skin can be easily applied without wasting adverse effects on the skin, and without waste.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The configuration of the present invention that has solved such a problem includes:
1) The cosmetic component of the water-soluble liquid is a porous material obtained by hydrophobizing a powder having a particle size of 5 to 55 nm with an octylsilane or trimethylsilyl group, and has a collapse compression load of 10 to 50 g / cm 2. Powdery cosmetics characterized by being included in fragile powders of any kind 2) Hydrophobized porous fragile powders are selected from light anhydrous silicic acids, acrylic acids, gums, lactose and titanium Or the powdery cosmetic product according to the above 1), which is a combination of a plurality of them; 3) the porous fragile powder subjected to the hydrophobic treatment is contained in an amount of 1.5 to 25.5% by weight. Powdery cosmetics 4) Powdery cosmetics according to any one of the above 1) to 3), wherein the proportion of the cosmetic ingredient is 74.5 to 98.5% by weight. 5) Powdery cosmetics according to any of the above 1) to 4). And cosmetics containing fragile powder containing cosmetic ingredients mixed in other cosmetics such as liquid, gel, cream or powder .
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The porous (porous) fragile powder of the present invention is a porous powder that is a porous powder particle and easily collapses with a small force. The surface is subjected to a hydrophobic treatment to facilitate inclusion of the water-soluble cosmetic ingredient. In the present invention, the powder surface is subjected to hydrophobic treatment with octylsilane or trimethylsilyl groups. The specific surface area of the fragile powder is preferably 40 m 2 / g or more, and preferably 110 m 2 / g or more, such as powders of light silicic anhydrides, acrylics, gums, lactose, titaniums and the like. Use a combination of things. Particularly, silicic anhydride and titanium have a preservative effect and are preferred powders.
Regarding the particle size of these porous fragile powders, the average particle size of the primary particles (particles before the entrapment treatment) is about 5 n to 55 nm in a practical range in which the usability is good. Comprehensive (impregnation and encapsulation of beauty ingredients) processing becomes difficult, and if it exceeds 55 nm, a rough feeling of use will result.
Further, the collapse compression load of the porous (fragile) porous powder of the present invention (the load at the time of disintegrating by external physical pressure and discharging the contained liquid) is about 10 to 50 g / cm 2 . The collapse compression load differs depending on the material type of the porous fragile particle, the amount of the contained liquid, the hydrophobic treatment method, and the like. Further, the collapse compression load can be adjusted to an appropriate value by these factors, and it is preferable to adjust the load. In general, the larger the proportion of the content liquid, the easier it is to collapse. In addition, when the amount of the hydrophobic treating agent that imparts hydrophobicity to the fragile powder is increased, it becomes difficult to disintegrate.
[0006]
The inclusion of the present invention refers to enclosing (impregnating) a liquid into a powder having a porous property. As a method for encapsulating a cosmetic ingredient in a powder of about 5 to 55 nm, the content liquid of the cosmetic ingredient and a porous medium serving as an inclusion medium are included. The property powder is put into a mixing vessel, and the liquid component is semi-forcibly sealed in the porous space by mixing and stirring so as not to apply an excessive pressure and shearing force. When the porous powder is subjected to a hydrophobic treatment, it becomes easy to include a water-soluble cosmetic ingredient.
If excessive pressure or shearing force is applied during the comprehensive processing, the hydrophobically treated porous powder particles lose their hydrophobicity and cannot enclose the aqueous solution, and the powder particles themselves lose fluidity and become whipped. You need to be careful.
For example, when a high-speed homomixer or the like is used, a pressure on the porous brittle powder and a physical load such as a shearing force can be suppressed by using a stirring blade for low viscosity.
Specifically, a water-soluble liquid component to be encapsulated and encapsulated in a mixing tank, and a hydrophobic porous powder serving as an encapsulation medium are charged, and mixed with the high-speed homomixer described in the above example to obtain a target powder liquid. I can do it.
At this time, the water-soluble cosmetic ingredient is dispersed into fine droplets by a high-speed homomixer, and the individual droplets are surrounded by a large amount of porous powder to prevent the droplets from reuniting.
This production method is a general example and is not limited to this.
[0007]
Representative examples of the cosmetic ingredients included in the present invention include ingredients containing water-soluble collagen, hyaluronic acid, placenta extract, water-soluble vitamins, and water-soluble isoflavone derivatives.
In the powdery cosmetic of the present invention, 1.5-25.5% by weight (74.5-98.5% by weight as a cosmetic ingredient) of the porous fragile powder subjected to the hydrophobic treatment is suitably added. It is.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, Examples 1 to 4 of the present invention will be described. In Examples 1 to 4, powdery cosmetics were manufactured for four types of formulation examples in which the components were changed, and the quality and feeling of use were evaluated using a 30-person evaluation table.
In each of the examples, the surface of the porous fragile powder was subjected to a hydrophobic treatment, and the water-soluble cosmetic ingredients (Na hyaluronate aqueous solution, placenta extract aqueous solution, collagen aqueous solution, vitamin C aqueous solution, glycerin, 1,3-butylene) shown in Table 1 below were used. Glycol) is included (enclosed / impregnated).
[0009]
[Table 1]
[0010]
(1) In the present example, the following ingredients were used as the components described above.
-Light anhydrous silicic acid A: Light anhydrous silicic acid which was subjected to surface hydrophobic treatment with octylsilane.
-Light silicic anhydride B: Light silicic anhydride which has been subjected to surface hydrophobic treatment with trimethylsilyl groups.
・ Na hyaluronate aqueous solution: 3% by weight sodium hyaluronate aqueous solution ・ Placenta extract aqueous solution: 100% aqueous placenta extract
-Collagen aqueous solution: 30% by weight collagen aqueous solution-Vitamin C aqueous solution: 10% by weight vitamin C aqueous solution-Perilla extract aqueous solution: Water-soluble perilla extract 100%
(2) In the present embodiment, in the case where the porous property powder particles are subjected to the hydrophobic treatment, the octylsilane and trimethylsilyl groups are used as the powder surface treatment hydrophobic agent in the present embodiment, although it differs depending on the entrapping medium used, that is, the type of the powder particles. Was used.
In this case, the amount of the surface hydrophobic treatment varies depending on the porous property powder particles to be used, but usually 0.5 to 15% by weight based on the powder particles to be surface treated is used as the hydrophobic agent. Here, by increasing the amount of surface treatment with the hydrophobic agent, it is possible to adjust the disintegration of the fragile powder that has been hydrophobized.
In the present example, as the characteristics of the hydrophobic porous powder particles used, the primary average particles have a particle size of 5 nm or more and 45 nm or less, and the specific surface area is 40 m 2 / g or more.
The apparent specific gravity is 30 to 250 g / liter, and the loss on ignition is 1% or less (1000 ° C./2 hrs).
In the entrapment treatment, the porous powder whose surface is hydrophobically treated and a liquid containing a water-soluble cosmetic ingredient are charged into a mixing container and mixed and stirred so as not to apply excessive pressure or shearing force. Thus, the cosmetic component was semi-forcedly encapsulated in the hydrophobic porous fragile powder.
[0011]
The collapse compression load in this example was about 10 to 50 g / cm 2 , and the powder collapsed lightly by simply putting a small amount of powder on the palm and sliding over it, or by pressing against the skin and sliding to form a liquid.
[0012]
(3) Evaluation of Examples 1 to 3 The quality and feeling of use of the powdery cosmetics prototyped in Examples 1 to 3 above were evaluated for 30 adults.
Number of evaluators: 30 Example 1: There was a liquid that could not be included because the amount of hydrophobic powder particles was small. Also, in the measurement of the change over time in quality after filling into a container, a tendency of water separation was observed after storage at 40 ° C.
In actual product use feeling evaluation, 21 out of 30 people evaluated that it was slightly sticky.
Example 2: In quality check after trial production, no surplus liquid was recognized, and it was determined that the liquid was completely enclosed.
Also, in the measurement of change over time in quality, no water separation was observed at room temperature and storage conditions of 40 ° C., and it was determined that the liquid was in a stable state of liquid inclusion.
Also, in the actual product use evaluation, all of the 30 evaluators were evaluated as having a good feeling of use in terms of elongation, disintegration, crispness and skin penetration during use.
Example 3: The same quality and use feeling evaluation results as in Example 2 were obtained.
Regarding the actual usability evaluation, seven out of thirty respondents answered that they were the same as in Examples 2 and 3, whereas 23 were rated slightly more sticky than those in Examples 2 and 3.
In addition, with respect to elongation and permeability during use, all 30 persons were evaluated as slightly inferior to Example 2 although no discomfort was felt.
(4) The powdery cosmetics of Examples 1 to 3 are stored in small bottles and small packaging containers, and are used by directly applying the necessary amount to the palm or skin when necessary. The cosmetic component of the powdery cosmetic of this example was protected by the powdery powder against air and sunlight, and could be stored for a long period of time without deterioration. Also, it was possible to take out an appropriate amount without spilling and apply it to the skin without waste, and it became easy to use.
[0013]
(5) UV effect of silica anhydride (UV protection effect)
As the hydrophobic powder particles in the present invention, any of the above-described light silicic anhydride, acrylic acids, gums, lactose, titaniums, or a plurality thereof can be used. Depending on the type, purpose, and application of the cosmetic, the ultraviolet ray preventing effect, which is one of the effects expected of the cosmetic, can be promoted.
That is, by using powder particles having the property of blocking ultraviolet rays, for example, silicic acid or titanium, it is possible to powder the water-soluble liquid cosmetic ingredient, which is the original technology of the present invention, and to make it fresh when used. In addition to providing cosmetic ingredients to the skin, the powder particles that disintegrate during use in the use of cosmetics using the present invention remain on the skin. It has the effect of preventing spots, wrinkles and the like as troubles.
[0014]
(6) For use in water-soluble cosmetic preparations The present invention is characterized by encapsulating a water-soluble cosmetic liquid in porous powder particles, but using a separate lotion using the present invention Porous powder particles using the present technology can be dispersed and blended into cosmetics having liquid properties such as above, water-soluble gel cosmetics, water-soluble creams and powdery cosmetics, and the like.
For example, vitamins, enzyme proteins, beauty hormones, etc., which are generally used as cosmetic ingredients, are extremely unstable due to their properties in aqueous solutions. However, no stabilizing technology has been developed yet.
The feature of the technology of blending the above-mentioned unstable cosmetic ingredient into cosmetics using the technology of the present invention is that the unstable cosmetic ingredient is encapsulated in hydrophobic porous powder particles, so that it can be used in cosmetics having liquid properties such as lotion. Also, even when it is incorporated into a water-soluble gel cosmetic, a water-soluble cream, or the like, it is possible to stably blend the inherently unstable cosmetic ingredient. That is, by encapsulating the unstable cosmetic ingredient dissolved in a small amount of water-soluble liquid into the porous powder particles, the powder particles are hydrophobic, so that a lotion or a water-soluble gel that is a water-soluble liquid, Even in cosmetics such as water-soluble creams, the hydrophobic powder particles do not disintegrate, so that the unstable cosmetic ingredients encapsulated therein can be stably blended for a long period of time.
In addition, when the present invention is used, the hydrophobic powder particles can be easily disintegrated with a palm or the like when using cosmetics, so that fresh cosmetic ingredients can always be used.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the cosmetic component is included (enclosed and impregnated) in the porous fragile powder, so that it is less likely to be degraded by air or sunlight, and is uniformly dispersed since it is in powder form. It can be protected stably without adding additives such as preservatives, surfactants and emulsifiers, or in a very small amount. There is no adverse effect on the skin due to these additives, and also contains unstable components such as enzyme proteins and beauty hormones. become able to. Also, unlike liquid cosmetics, it is possible to take out and use an appropriate amount without spilling at the time of use, so that it is easy to apply an appropriate amount to the skin without waste.
Since the surface of the porous powder is subjected to a hydrophobic treatment, it becomes easy to include water-soluble cosmetic ingredients.
