【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えばテレビのアンテナ線や電話線などの電線を屋外から屋内に入線するための入線プレートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の入線プレートは、図20(a)〜(c)に示すように、屋外側の電線を屋内に引き込む造営面に設けられた挿通孔の屋外側に連通して電線を挿通する開口窓71を有し、造営面に取り付けられる略矩形平板状の取付枠70と、外周の縁が造営面に当接するように取付枠70の前面に取り付けられ、取付枠70の開口窓71と連通して電線を挿通する挿通孔81が形成された可撓性を有する合成樹脂製の防水パッキン80と、防水パッキン80を挟んで取付枠70の前面側に取り付けられ、前方に突出する膨出部91が一体に形成された合成樹脂製のカバー90と、カバー90の前面下部に設けられた略L字状のコード押え部92とからなる(実開昭63−187522号公報,特開平6−141438号公報,特開昭62−296720号公報,特開昭60−245415号公報参照)。

取付枠70は、略中央部に形成された開口窓71と、開口窓71の上部及び下部に形成され、取付枠70を造営面に固定する皿ネジ用のネジ挿通孔72,72と、ネジ挿通孔72,72よりもさらに取付枠70の上端及び下端側に形成され、内部にナット73b,73bが配設されたカバー90取付用の貫通穴73,73とを有している。

上述のような入線プレートを造営面に取り付けるときは、造営面に配置された取付枠70のネジ挿通孔72,72にそれぞれ図示しない皿ネジを挿通して造営面に螺着し、取付枠70を造営面に固定する。次に、防水パッキン80を取付枠70に被せ、防水パッキン80を取付枠70と挟むように取付枠70の前面にカバー90を配置し、カバー90の各ネジ挿通孔95ならびに取付枠70の貫通穴73にネジ73aを挿通して、図22に示すように、取付枠70の背面側のナット73bに螺着させることによって、カバー90が取付枠70に固定される。このカバー90を取付枠70に固定するときには、カバー90の背面外周にそって造営面側に突出した突出部96が防水パッキン80の前面外周に沿って設けられた溝82に嵌め込まれ、ネジ73a,73aの締め付けによって、突出部96が防水パッキン80の溝82を押圧して防水パッキン80の縁が造営面に押し付けられるようにしている。

電線は、図20(b)に示すブッシング部94の何れかの溝94aを通ってカバー90の膨出部91内に引き込まれるとともに、ブッシング部94に支持され、さらにカバー90の背面側から防水パッキン80に形成された挿通孔81ならびに取付枠70の開口窓71を通って造営面の挿通孔から屋内に引き込まれる。また、屋外側の電線は、コード押え部92の押え片92bとカバー90前面の間に挟まれ、柱部92aに取り付けられるネジ92cを締め付けることによって、押え片92bにカバー90前面へ押し付けられて支持され、屋外側の電線の張力がカバー90の膨出部91内から屋内側の電線に伝わらないようにしている。

このように取り付けられた入線プレートは、例えば屋外側の造営面に降り注ぎ、また造営面を流下する雨水などの水が造営面の挿通孔に浸入するのを防水パッキン80によって防いでいる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような入線プレートを組立てるときには、取付枠70にカバー90を取り付けるためのネジ73a,73aを必要とすることによって、部品点数が多くなり、組立作業が煩雑になるといった問題と、これらのネジ73a,73aの先端部が前面側に露出していることにより、見栄えが悪くなるといった問題があった。

本発明は上記問題点の解決を目的とするものであり、組立用のネジを用いずに部品点数を少なくして組立作業性を向上するとともにコスト低減を図り、見栄えを良くした入線プレートを提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明は、造営面に設けられた電線を挿通する挿通孔と連通して電線を通す入線穴、入線穴と外部とに通じて少なくとも電線の幅寸法より広く形成された連通部を有し、造営面に配設される略平板状のボディと、連通部を塞いでボディに着脱自在に取り付けられる固定片と、ボディ及び固定片の前面を覆うカバーと、ボディの造営面と略対向する背面の周縁に沿ってボディと造営面の間に配置される防水パッキンとを備え、ボディ前面に隙間を開けて略対向するカバー取付用のリブをボディに形成するとともに、カバーをボディ前面に沿ってスライドさせてボディ前面とカバー取付用のリブとの隙間に嵌め込まれるリブをカバーに設けた入線プレートであって、カバーは、略矩形状の主部と、カバーのスライド方向での主部の一端を除く周縁に沿って背面側に突出する側壁と、側壁が形成されていない主部の周縁に沿うように内側に形成され側壁よりも低く背面側に突出する底壁とから、背面側が開口した略箱状に形成され、底壁と略対向する一端側の両側部内側に突設され他端側に傾斜を有しカバーのスライド方向に略垂直な方向からボディの一部を挟み込む1対のガイド片と、底壁と略対向する一端側の側壁の縁に沿って内側に突出する1対の突片とを有して、突片の間には位置決め用の凹部が形成され、ボディは、略平板状のベースと、ベースの前面周縁に沿って略垂直に突出する周壁を有し、カバーのスライド方向におけるボディの一端側にある周壁の外側には、略垂直に突出しカバーをボディに取り付けたときにカバーの位置決め用の凹部に対してカバーのスライド方向に嵌合する位置決め用のリブを設けたことを特徴とし、カバーのリブをボディ前面とカバー取付用のリブとの隙間に嵌め込むようにカバーをボディ前面に沿ってスライドさせることによって、カバーをボディに着脱自在に取り付けることができる。その結果、従来例のように組立用のネジを必要としないため部品点数を少なくして組立作業性を向上させることができるとともにコスト低減を図ることができ、ネジの先端部などが露出しないので見栄えを良くすることができる。また、カバーをボディ前面に沿ってスライドさせてボディに取り付けたとき、位置決め用の凹部及び突起が互いに嵌合することによって、カバーのスライド方向に略垂直な方向のボディに対する位置決めを行うことができるとと もに、がたつきを抑えることができる。さらに、カバーのガイド片がボディの一部を挟み込むことによって、カバーをスライドさせるときには、カバーはボディ前面に沿ってガイドされ、カバーをボディに取り付けたときには、カバーのスライド方向に略垂直な方向のボディに対するがたつきを抑えることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(実施形態1)
本実施形態は、図1に示すように、造営面1に設けられた挿通孔1aと連通して屋外側の電線2を屋内に引き込む入線穴23aが略中央部に設けられるとともに、長手方向の一端側の外部と入線穴23aを連通する連通部23bが形成され、屋外側の造営面1に配設される略平板状に形成された合成樹脂製のボディ21と、ボディ21の連通部23bを塞ぐように略矩形平板状に形成された合成樹脂製の固定片22と、ボディ21及び固定片22の前面を覆う合成樹脂製のカバー30と、ボディ21の造営面1と略対向する背面の周縁に沿ってボディ21と造営面1の間に配置される略コ字状に形成された合成樹脂製の防水パッキン10とから成る。

ボディ21は、図2(a),(b)に示すように、入線穴23aと連通部23bが形成された略平板状のベース23の前面周縁に沿って略垂直に突出する略コ字状の周壁24を有し、連通部23bが形成されていないボディ21の一端と、他端側の両側部とにある周壁24前面側の縁に沿った外側には、ベース23前面との間に隙間を開け、ベース23と略平行な方向に突出する略矩形平板状のカバー取付用のリブ24a,24a,24aが形成されている。そして、ボディ21の連通部23bが形成された一端側に形成される一対のカバー取付用のリブ24a,24aの長手方向の長さは、ボディ21の長手方向の長さの略1/2以下とし、ベース23のカバー取付用のリブ24a,24aに略対向する部位には開口部41,41を形成している。

このカバー30を図6(a)及び図7(b)に示すボディ21に取り付けるときには、ボディ21のカバー取付用のリブ24aとベース23前面との隙間に、カバー30のリブ31をボディ21のボス穴26が形成された一端側から嵌め込んで、カバー30をボディ21の前面に沿って連通部23b側へスライドさせる。このとき、カバー30の1対のガイド片45,45の傾斜面がボディ21の周壁24に当接することによってカバー30はガイドされ、カバー30を取り付けたときには、1対のガイド片45,45が周壁24を挟み込むため、カバー30のスライド方向と略垂直な方向のがたつきを抑えることができる。さらに、ボディ21のボス穴26が形成された一端側にある周壁24の外側には略垂直に突出する位置決め用のリブ46bが設けられているため、カバー30を取り付けたときには、この位置決め用のリブ46bがカバー30の位置決め用の凹部46aに嵌合され、カバー30のスライド方向に略垂直な方向のボディ21に対する位置決めを行うことができるとともに、ガイド片45,45と同様、がたつきを抑えることができる。そしてさらに、図6及び図7に示すように、ボディ21の両側部にある1対のカバー取付用のリブ24a,24aの背面側には、それぞれ突起24cが形成されていることにより、カバー30をスライドさせているときには、この突起24cがカバー30の1対のリブ31,31をベース23側へ押圧してスライド方向に対する抵抗力を生じさせるが、ボディ21に取り付けたときには、突起24c,24cがカバー30の凹部31a,31aに嵌合されてクリック感を出すことができ、その結果、施工を確実に行うことができる。

上述のような入線プレートを造営面1に取り付けるときは、まずボディ21の取付壁25を防水パッキン10の溝11に嵌め込んでボディ21に防水パッキン10を取り付け、図8に示すように、造営面1に設けられた挿通孔1aに挿通され下方に垂らされた屋外側の電線2が、ボディ21の連通部23bから入線穴23aに導入されるように、ボディ21を造営面1に沿って動かすとともに、入線穴23aが挿通孔1aと連通するようにボディ21を配置する。このとき、入線穴23a周辺のベース23前面には、入線穴23aの略中心を指し示す3つの略三角形状の目印43,43,43を設けているので、この3つの目印43,43,43を目安とすることによって、挿通孔1aを入線穴23aの略中央部に容易に位置合わせすることができる。
