Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall panel connection structure that connects side end portions of a pair of wall panels arranged adjacent to each other at right angles to a corner portion of an edge portion of a floor pan.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a connection structure of a wall panel for connecting side end portions of a pair of wall panels erected adjacent to a corner portion of an edge portion of a floor pan, as shown in FIG. Was. This is performed by arranging the L-shaped angle-shaped joiner 14 'in alignment with the side end portions of the pair of wall panels 1 and screwing the joiner 14' and the pair of wall panels 1 together. is there. In the connection structure of this wall panel, it is required to perform the construction work on the back side of the wall panel 1, and when the wall panel 1 is to be erected along the wall of the building frame. Could not be adopted.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the inventor of the present invention has developed a wall panel connection structure that can connect the pair of wall panels 1 by a construction work on the front side of the pair of wall panels 1. I came up with the idea. This uses a joiner 14 which is a metal plate extending in the vertical direction and has a plurality of rows of engaging hooks 15 arranged at both left and right ends on the left and right sides thereof, and a vertical frame 5 at a side end of the pair of wall panels 1. And a pair of wall panels 1 is connected by engaging the engaging hooks 15 of the joiner 14 with the engaging holes 9. Here, one of the engaging hooks 15 arranged side by side on the left and right of the joiner 14 is constituted by a long engaging hook 15a formed to be vertically longer than the other engaging hook 15 and the other engaging hook 15 is formed. 15 is constituted by a short engaging hook 15b, and the long engaging hook 15a can be temporarily engaged with the engaging hole 9 of the one wall panel 1 by lightly hooking it. The jointer 14 is temporarily fixed by temporary engagement between the long engagement hook 15a and the engagement hole 9 on the back side of the joint (see FIG. 7A), and the other wall is joined to the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to the one wall panel 1 described above. The panel 1 is brought close to the above, and at this time, the short engagement hook 15b of the joiner 14 is inserted into the engagement hole 9 of the other wall panel 1 (see FIG. 7B). Finally, the joiner 14 is slid down. Engagement hook 15 and engagement hole To perform this engagement (see FIG. 8), in which as may be linked to the wall panel 1 of the pair. Note that the pair of adjacently arranged wall panels 1 are connected by a connection block 11 at their lower ends. Here, the connection block 11 is mounted and fixed to a corner portion of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2 by engaging a hook 12 with a standing piece 17 standing upright over the outer peripheral portion of the floor pan 2. By connecting a pair of connection protrusions 13 projecting upward at the left and right ends of the connection block 11 to the lower end of the vertical frame 5 of the wall panel 1, connection at the lower end of the pair of wall panels 1 is achieved. Has been done.
[0004]
However, when the other wall panel 1 is pushed strongly behind the joiner 14 when the other wall panel 1 is brought close to the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to the one wall panel 1 in the above construction, the joiner 14 is Of the long engagement hook 15a and the engagement hole 9 of one wall panel 1 about the temporary engagement portion, and the joiner 14 may come off from the one wall panel 1. was there. This is because the pair of wall panels 1 at the corners of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2 are perpendicular to each other because the arrangement position of the other wall panel 1 is difficult to visually recognize from the front side, which is the work position. This poses a problem when arranging.

[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the connection block 11 has an L-shaped bottom piece 23 (FIG. 6) as viewed from above, and also has standing portions 24 protruding upward at both left and right ends of the bottom piece 23, respectively. An upwardly protruding connection projection 13 is provided at a front end portion of the set portion 24, and a fall prevention projection 16 is protruded upward with a concave groove 27 interposed behind the connection protrusion 13, and is provided at a rear end portion of the upright portion 24. It is provided with a hook 12 which is formed by bending downward, and is provided with a water return piece 30 for connecting the front ends of the standing portions 24 to each other. Here, the fall prevention protrusion 16 projects at least above the hook 12, and regulates the movement of the lower end of the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to one wall panel 1, which will be described later, toward the back. The water return pieces 30 prevent water from entering the back side of the wall panel 1 when the connection block 11 is arranged at a predetermined position. An inclined surface 26 is provided above the connection protrusion 13 so that the connection protrusion 13 becomes sharper toward the projecting tip, and the upper surface of the fall prevention protrusion 16 is positioned more rearward toward the upper end. An inclined surface 25 is provided.
[0013]
In order to connect the pair of wall panels 1 to be arranged adjacent to the corner portion of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2 at right angles to the corner portion via the joiner 14 and the connection block 11, the same as the technique devised previously by the inventor. It is performed by the following construction work.
[0014]
First, the connection block 11 is placed and fixed at a corner of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the hooks 12 of the connection block 11 are respectively engaged with the standing pieces 17 orthogonal to the corners of the floor pan 2, and the bottom piece 23 of the connection block 11 is It is placed on the upper surface of the trapezoidal edge portion 3, and at this time, the protective tape 28 of the double-sided tape provided on the lower surface of the bottom piece 23 of the connection block 11 is removed, and is extended over the trapezoidal edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2. By attaching the bottom piece 23 of the connection block 11 to the attached packing 4 via the double-sided tape, the connection block 11 is placed and fixed at the corner of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2.
[0015]
Next, the wall panel 1 is arranged along the standing piece 17 of the floor pan 2 and placed on the edge 3 of the floor pan 2. In addition, a pair of wall panels 1 is finally arranged orthogonally at a corner portion of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2. First, one wall panel 1 of the pair of wall panels 1 is arranged. I do. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the hook 10 provided on the back surface of the wall panel 1 is engaged with the standing piece 17 of the floor pan 2, and By fitting the connection protrusion 13 of the connection block 11 into the inner space 29 surrounded by the side end portion of the wall panel 1 positioned, that is, the side piece 6, the back piece 7, and the flange piece 8 of the vertical frame 5, one wall panel 1 is provided. Is erected at a predetermined position. At this time, the back piece 7 of the vertical frame 5 of the wall panel 1 is located in the concave groove 27 of the connection block 11.
[0016]
Next, the joiner 14 is temporarily fixed to one of the wall panels 1 erected on the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2 via the connection block 11. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the joiner 14 is arranged on the back side of one wall panel 1, and at this time, the back side facing surface 18 of the joiner 14 faces the back side 7 of the vertical frame 5. Then, the long engaging hook 15a of the joiner 14 is inserted into the engaging hole 9 of the back piece 7, and the elastic contact portion 21 of the long engaging hook 15a is engaged with the lower edge of the engaging hole 9, thereby joining the joiner. 14 is temporarily fixed to one wall panel 1 (FIG. 7A). Here, the temporarily fixed joiner 14 is suspended from one wall panel 1 and is suspended in the air, and its lower end is located on the front side of the fall prevention protrusion 16 of the connection block 11. (FIG. 5). That is, since the lower end of the temporarily fixed joiner 14 is located on the front side of the fall prevention protrusion 16, the movement of the joiner 14 to the rear side is restricted by the fall prevention protrusion 16, and the temporarily fixed joiner 14 is temporarily fixed. . When the joiner 14 is temporarily fixed to one of the wall panels 1 so that the lower end of the joiner 14 is positioned on the front side of the fall prevention protrusion 16 in this manner, the joiner 14 prevents the connection block 11 from falling from the back side of the wall panel 1. The projection 16 is made to approach the wall panel 1 beyond the projection 16. However, as described above, the inclined surface 25 that is inclined toward the concave groove 27 is formed on the top of the fall prevention projection 16. By sliding the lower end from above to below along the inclined surface 25 of the fall prevention protrusion 16, the joiner 14 can be smoothly arranged on the front side of the fall prevention protrusion 16.
[0017]
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the other wall panel 1 is orthogonal to the one wall panel 1 and the side edges of the wall panel 1 are adjacent to each other, and It is arranged at a predetermined position in the corner. The other wall panel 1 is also provided with a hook 12 on the back surface similarly to the one wall panel 1, and the hook 12 is engaged with the standing piece 17 of the floor pan 2 and the floor pan 2. And the vertical frame 5 is fitted on the connection protrusion 13 of the connection block 11 so that the floor pan 2 of the other wall panel 1 is fitted. At the corner portion of the edge portion 3 is performed. In this state, the lower end portions of the pair of wall panels 1 are connected via the connection block 11. In addition, regarding the relationship between the other wall panel 1 disposed at the corner of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2 and the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to the one wall panel 1, the above-described long engagement hook of the joiner 14 is used. Due to the positional relationship between the short engagement hook 15b and the short engagement hook 15b, the short engagement hook 15b of the joiner 14 is inserted into the engagement hole 9 provided in the back piece 7 of the vertical frame 5 of the other wall panel 1 [FIG. 7 (b)].
[0018]
Next, the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to the one wall panel 1 is slid down using a tool 32 such as a mallet, so that the long engagement hook 15a and the short engagement hook 15b are paired with each other. And the back pieces 7 of the vertical frames 5 of the pair of wall panels 1 are connected via the joiner 14 (FIG. 8). The lower end of the slid-down joiner 14 is located in the concave groove 27, and the back piece 7 of the vertical frame 5 of the wall panel 1 also located in the concave groove 27 is used for the joiner 14. Is to be pinched. By such a construction work, the pair of wall panels 1 which are arranged adjacent to and perpendicular to the corners of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2 are connected via the joiner 14 and the connection block 11.
[0019]
Since the above-described construction work is substantially the same as the technique devised by the present inventor, the other wall panel is brought closer to the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to one wall panel 1. When arranging 1 at the corner of the edge portion 3 of the floor pan 2, it is difficult to visually recognize the arrangement position of the other wall panel 1 from the front side of the other wall panel 1 which is still the working position. Therefore, the construction worker may erroneously push the other wall panel 1 strongly behind the joiner 14. In the present example, the lower end of the temporarily fixed joiner 14 is positioned on the front side of the fall prevention projection 16 provided on the connection block 11 for the joiner 14 temporarily fixed to the one wall panel 1. When the user pushes the other wall panel 1 strongly behind the temporarily fixed joiner 14, the joiner 14 is restricted from moving backward by the fall prevention protrusion 16, that is, the fall prevention protrusion 16. Functions as a stopper that regulates the movement of the joiner 14 to the back, so that the joiner 14 rotates about the temporary engagement portion with one of the wall panels 1 and the joiner 14 Of the wall panel 1 is prevented from being detached, and the workability is improved.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
In the connecting structure of the wall panel according to claim 1 of the present invention, as narrative, when temporarily fixing the joiner on the back side of one of the wall panels, the front side of the losses Re preventing projection the lower end of the joiner by was positioned, is inadvertently pushed strongly behind the scenes the other wall panels against Joyner incorrectly facilities work skilled visual estimation when the temporary fixing the joiner is brought close to the other wall panel, said temporary fastening The lower end of the joined joiner abuts against the front surface of the fall prevention protrusion , that is, the fall prevention protrusion functions as a stopper that regulates the movement of the joiner to the back, so it is temporarily fixed to the one wall panel. gone to the rotation that has been joiner is centered on the temporary fixing portions thereof are those described above Joiner is prevented such deviates et or the other wall panels, construction In which the improvement of is achieved. In addition, when the joiner that is fully engaged with the pair of wall panels is fully engaged, the lower end of the joiner is positioned in the concave groove together with the back piece of the side end of the wall panel, and the lower end of the joiner and the wall panel are joined together. The side end can be clamped together by the connection projection and the fall prevention projection.
[0021]
Further, in the wall panel connection structure according to claim 2 of the present invention, in addition to the effect of claim 1, an inclined surface which is located on the upper side of the fall prevention protrusion so as to be positioned more rearward toward the upper end. Since the lower end of the joiner is located in the concave groove of the connection block when the joiner is temporarily fixed to one wall panel, the lower end of the joiner is slid from top to bottom along the slope of the fall prevention protrusion. By doing so, the lower end of the joiner can be smoothly arranged on the front side of the fall prevention protrusion.
