本発明においては、穿孔杆押9と、穿孔杆ホルダー13を別体にし、穿孔杆押9の下端の凹欠部12に左右一対の穿孔杆ホルダー13を取外し可能に挿着する。そして穿孔杆ホルダー13に形成した案内孔14に穿孔杆15を挿入して膨出頭部16で受止める。穿孔杆ホルダー13は図7〜9に示すようにホルダー13にロックピン収容孔17をあけ、これにコイルばね18とロック係止杆19を挿入して係止杆19の上端斜片19´をコイルばね18で押上げ露出させる。又係止杆19と一体の作動片20をロックピン収容孔19に連設した狭隘溝23に緩く嵌め、前記コイルばね18の押上力に抗して作動片20を押下げると、係止杆19の上端斜片19´は下がり係止杆19は穿孔杆押9より外れロックピン収容孔17から穿孔杆ホルダー13は自由に取外しできる構造から成り立ち在来のパンチに存しない新規な作用効果を奏する。
