【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は公共施設等の洗面所などにあって、その壁面に起立状態で設置されたベッド部を、必要に応じ前倒しにして横臥状態とした後、当該ベッド部上にあって乳幼児のおむつ交換等の用に供する収納式幼児用ベッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
収納式幼児用ベッドとしては、既に各種のものが開示されているが、これらは図7に例示(実用新案登録第2582393号公報)の如く、壁面Wに取着したベース部aと、その下端部bにヒンジcを介して上下方向へ回動自在なるよう枢支したベッド部dとを具備していると共に、当該ベッド部dの後側端部と、上記ベース部aに固設の枢支ブラケットeとの間に、ガススプリングfなどによる付勢手段を夫々の枢支部g、hによって連枢するよう構成されている。
そして、上記ガススプリングfは、ベッド部dが実線で示した使用横臥状態Xから、仮想線で示す不使用起立状態Y方向に付勢するよう設けられ、かくしてベッド部dは当該不使用起立状態Yで保持されており、これを矢印R方向へ引き下すことで緩除に回動降下し、ベッド部dがベース部aの図示されていないストッパに衝当することで、当該ベッド部dが前記の使用横臥状態で停止することになる。
さらにおむつの交換などが終われば、ベッド部dを矢印Rの反対方向へ回動上昇させるようにすることで、この際ガススプリングfにより軽い力で当該ベッド部dを不使用起立状態に復動させ得ると共に、この状態が保持されることとなる。

また上記の従来例によるときは、壁面Wに対する取り付け工事が終われば、使用横臥状態Xにおけるベッド部dの高さは固定化されてしまうことから、当該高さを上下動したい要請があっても、これを満足させるためには当該収納式幼児用ベッドを壁面Wから一旦取り外し、別途これを新規に取り付けなければならず、そのためには大変な労力を費やさねばならないこととなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の収納式幼児用ベッドによるときは、上記のように構成され、そのベッド部dとベース部aとはヒンジcで枢支され、かつ当該両者d、aはガススプリングfによって連枢されていることから、これを壁面Wにボルト、ナット、締着螺子などによって取着する際には、可成りの重量を有する当該収納式幼児用ベッドを持ち上げ状態にして保持し、しかもベッド部とヒンジ部cとはガススプリングfの付勢力に抗して、引き離しの状態に保持しておかねばならない。
このため、上記の取り付け工事に難渋することとなり、多大の労力を費やさねばならないだけでなく、工事に可成りの時間を要し、またその取り外し工事を行う場合にも、これまた可成りの労力と時間をかけねばならない。
さらに前記の通り、ベッド部の自由な調高が不能な構成であることから、調高のためには収納式幼児用ベッドを取り外して、付け直さねばならない欠陥を有している。

本発明は上記従来の難点に鑑み検討されたもので請求項1によるときは、壁面に対して軽量小型な取着部だけを取着するだけで事が足り、一方ベッド部とこれに枢着した被取着腕部と、当該両部間に連枢した任意の付勢手段とによってベッド構成体を形成しておき、前記取着部に設けられた係止部に、被取着腕部に設けられている被係止部を係止するだけの操作によって、ベッド構成体の取着部への装着を完了可能とし、収納式幼児用ベッドを極めて迅速にしてかつ容易な労力だけで当該施工工事を行い得るようにするのが、第1の目的である。

さらに上記請求項1にあっては、被取着部の調高螺子を螺回操作することで取着部の受承部に上記調高螺子を押当させることで、被取着腕部の昇降調整動を可能とし、これによりベッド部の高さを所望の位置に調整可能とし、もって取着部の位置が多少不本意な状態であっても、ベッド部を最も望ましい高さに簡易な操作だけで迅速に調整できるようにするのが第2の目的である。

そして請求項2の場合には、請求項1の係止部を取着部の押当縦板から上向きに離間突設した係止舌片により形成すると共に、請求項1の被係止部はベッド構成体の被取着腕部における被押当縦板に係止用口を開設し、当該係止用口に係止舌片を嵌入して係止することにより、上記の被押当縦板と押当縦板とを押当させるように構成することで、収納式幼児用ベッドを、より迅速確実に取り付け得るようにしようとしている。

さらに請求項2にあっては、請求項1におけるベッド部の調高構成に関して、被取着腕部の上位横向板部に調高螺子を螺合しておき、取着部から突設した落動阻止起立部付きである受承板を、被取着腕部の被押当縦板に設けた挿通口から延出させ、当該受承板に対して上記の調高螺子を押当自在とすることで被取着腕部の高さを加減できるようにすると共に、調高螺子が落動阻止起立部により、不本意に脱落しないようにし、かくて、請求項1における前記の調高目的を簡易迅速にしてかつ安全な操作によって達成し得るようにしている。

さらに請求項4によるときは、請求項1のベッド構成体におけるベッド部と被取着腕部との間に設けられた付勢手段について、単なるスプリングによる場合の耐久性とか安定な作動性の確保についての改善を図り、またガススプリングが高価となる欠陥を解消するために、被取着腕部に設けた案内筒に内装の弾性体により、摺動子が案内筒から突出自在とし、この摺動子がベッド部の後側端部に設けた受承体に押当するよう構成したものを用いるようにしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記の目的を達成するため請求項1によるときは壁面に装着される取着部と、ベッド部の後側端部と当該後側端部に枢着した被取着腕部との間にあって、ベッド部に被取着腕部を平伏重装状態となるように付勢する付勢手段が連装されてなるベッド構成体とからなり、前記の取着部に設けた係止部には、上記ベッド構成体の被取着腕部に設けた被係止部を係止すると共に、前記被取着腕部に螺嵌した調高螺子を重装して、当該調高螺子の下端部を取着部の受承部に押当自在とすることにより、この調高螺子の螺回操作によって取着部に対する被取着腕部の高さを調整自在となし、これによって前記付勢手段によりベッド部が壁面に添装の不使用起立状態と、当該ベッド部が前方へ回動降下して壁面に直交状配置となる使用横臥状態とが保持自在となるようにしたことを特徴とする収納式幼児用ベッドを提供しようとしている。

次に請求項2によるときは、上記した請求項1にあって第1にその係止部と被係止部との構成を特定化しており、取着部における押当縦板に係嵌間隙を介して上向に突出した係止舌片を設けてなる係止部には、上記ベッド構成体の被取着腕部における被押当縦板に係止用口が開設された被係止部を嵌入係止することで、当該被押当縦板を前記の押当縦板に押当させ得るようにしている。
さらに請求項1におけるベッド構成体の調高機構に関し、これを特定化しており、前記被取着腕部の上位横向板部に螺嵌した調高螺子を縦装して、当該調高螺子の下端部を、取着部の押当縦板から突設され、被取着腕部の被押当縦板に開設した挿通口から前方へ挿通されて延出の受承部にあって、その落動阻止起立部付きである受承板に押当自在とすることにより、この調高螺子の螺回操作によって取着部に対する被取着腕部の高さを調整自在としていることを、その内容としている。

さらに請求項3にあっては、前記の請求項1における付勢手段についてその構成を特定化しており、ベッド部の後側端部に固設した受承体と、当該受承体と摺動自在に押当する摺動子と、この摺動子が摺動自在に内嵌されている前記の被取着腕部に設けられた案内筒と、当該摺動子と案内筒の上位止部間に収納した弾性体とからなり、ベッド部が壁面に添装の不使用起立状態では、弾性体により弾圧の摺動子が案内筒の下端口から突出状態にて前記の受承体に押当し、ベッド部が前方へ回動降下して壁面に直交状配置となる使用横臥状態にあっては、受承体により押圧された摺動子によって弾性体が圧縮状態となるよう構成されていることを、その内容としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を図1ないし図7によって以下詳記すると、請求項1にあっては壁面Wに装着される取着部1とこの取着部1に係止可能としたベッド構成体2とからなっている。
ここで上記取着部1には、図5(A)の壁面Wへの取着状態における正面図に例示されている通り、所要数の係止部1a、1bと前方へ向けて横向突設された受承部1cが設けられており、もちろん図1、図6に開示の如く壁面Wから突設した取着螺杆1dやナット1e、そして締着螺子1fなどを用いることで壁面Wにしっかりと固定することになり、当該取着部1は比較的軽量小型のものであるから、簡易迅速な取着工事が可能となる。

次に前記のベッド構成体2につき説示すると、これは図1ないし図7によって理解される通り、ベッド部3と被取着腕部4と付勢手段5とによって構成されている。ベッド部3の後側後端部3aにあって、壁面Wと平行に固設の横向軸杆3bには、被取着腕部4の基端部4aが、ベッド部3に対して略90°だけ回動自在なるよう軸承されている。さらにベッド部3の後側端部3aと被取着腕部4との間には、図1(A)、図4の通り被取着腕部4がベッド部3に対して、平伏重装状態となるように付勢する付勢手段5が連装されている。

ここで上記付勢手段5としては、後に請求項3について説示する特殊な構成のものを採択してもよいが、前説の如く単なるスプリングを用いたりガススプリングを採択することもできる。
かくして、当該請求項1にあっては上記した付勢手段5によって、ベッド部3が壁面Wに添装の図1(A)の如き不使用起立状態Yを保持し得ると共に、当該ベッド部3が前方へ矢印Rのように横向軸杆3bを中心として回動降下して、壁面Wに直交状配置となる使用横臥状態Xを保持することができる。
そして図示例では、上記の使用横臥状態Xを保持するため、ベッド部3の後側端部3aにあって突設のストッパ部3cに、被取着腕部4の下端縁4bが衝当するよう構成されている。

さらに、上記被取着腕部4には被係止部4Aが設けられており、図1、図3、図4等に例示のものは、下位配置にて係止用口4cを被押当縦板4eに開設することで、当該係止用口4cの上縁板部に被係止部4Aとしての役割をもたせるようにしている。
そして当該請求項1では前記した取着部1における受承部1cに対応して、被取着腕部4に螺嵌した調高螺子4dを縦装しておくのであり、この調高螺子4dの下端部を上記受承部1cに押当自在とすることにより、当該調高螺子4dの螺回操作によって取着部1に対する被取着腕部4、従ってベッド部3の高さを調整自在なるよう構成するのである。かくして取着部1の取着高さが適切でない場合にあっても、調高螺子4dの螺回操作によって、ベッド部3を使い勝手のよい所要高さに調整することが可能となる。
すなわち、請求項1による収納式幼児用ベッドによるときは、図7のように先ず軽量小形な取着部1を壁面Wに取着したならば、次にベッド構成体2を図示の如き折り畳みの立装状態のままで、仮想線Lのように操作し、係止用口4cに前記した係止部1a、1bを挿通降下させるだけで、係止部1a、1bに対して被係止部4Aが係止されることになり、従って簡易迅速に図1(A)の如き使用可能状態とすることができる。
しかも当該発明では、前記した調高螺子4dを所望の用具により回動させることによって、ベッド部3の高をも適宜に変更できるので、わざわざ取着部1の取着位置を変更することなしに、使い易いベッド部3の高さを容易、かつ適宜に調整することが可能となる。

次に請求項2に係る収納式幼児用ベッドによるときは、係止部1a、1bと被係止部4Aとの係止構成において、請求項1の内容を以下のように特定化している。
先ず前記した取着部1における押当縦板1gに対し、係嵌間隙1hを介して上向きに係止舌片としての係止部1a、1bが図示例では下位側にあって突設されており、さらにベッド構成体2の被取着腕部4における被押当縦板4eに、前説の係止用口4cが開設されることで被係止部4Aを構成し、前記の係止部1a、1bに被係止部4Aを係止することによって、被押当縦板4eを押当縦板1gに対して押当させ得るようにするのである。

ここで、さらに図5を参照して詳記すると、ここに例示の取着部1は、上下に横向立上縁部1iを設けた横向取着板1jと、その左右両端にあって直交状に固着した前記の押当縦板1gとを具備している。この押当縦板1gの左右には、これまた前方へ立ち上げた縦向立上縁部1kが設けられている。
前説の係止部1a、1bである係止舌片は、何れも押当縦板1gから切り出して曲折することにより形成されていると共に、当該係止舌片は上方に向けて壁面Wから離反する方向で延出されている。
従って前記の係嵌間隙1hが下向きに鋭角状となっていることから、前説の如く係止部1a、1bに被係止部4Aを係止する際、係嵌させ易く、しかも係止状態では前後の方向へのがたつきがない係止状態を保有し得ることになる。

ここで図示例である受承部1cにあっては、前記した取着部1における押当縦板1gの上位側から突設されている受承板1mと、その前方側から曲成立設の落動阻止起立部1nとにより鉤状に形成されており、一方被取着腕部4における前記の被押当縦板4eに開口した挿通口4fから、当該受承部1cを前方へ挿通することで、被取着腕部4の上位横向板部4gに螺嵌した前記調整螺子4dの下端部を上記の受承板1mに押当することとなる。
従って請求項2によるときは、請求項1の如く調整螺子4dの操作でベッド部3の高さを調整できるだけでなく、取着部1に対してベッド構成体2を係止させた際、調高螺子4dが受承板1mから不本意に離脱してしまうといったことなく、その安全性が向上することとなる。

なお、上記の安全性をさらに高めると共に、ベッド構成体2の不本意な動きを阻止する必要があれば、図1のように、押当縦板1gに対して被押当縦板4eを止螺子4hによって螺止させるようにしてもよい。
また図6に例示されている通り上記の受承板1mの上面にあって、調整螺子4dの下端部が嵌合する環状等による横振れ防止突部4iを突設しておき、これにより調整螺子4dが不本意に押動することを阻止するようにしておくこともできる。

また、上記した係止状態にあって図示例では、取着部1の縦向立上縁部1k間にあって、被取着腕部4の被押当縦板4eにおける左右から、図3に明示の如く前方へ突設した係嵌用縦向立上縁部4jが嵌合当接することで、取着部1に対するベッド構成体2の不本意な横振れが阻止されるようにしている。ここで図2ないし図4では、図1、図7に開示されているベッド部3の床板部3dが取り外された状態を示しており、図2ないし図4の3eはベッド部3のリブ、3fは上記床板部3dを固定するためのビス止め螺孔、3gは横向軸杆3bの両端を固設するためベッド部3の後側端部3aに固設した軸承固定部を示す。

さらに請求項3について以下説示すると、ここでは前記の請求項1における付勢手段5につき特異構成のものが採択されている。
図1ないし図4を参照して、その付勢手段5はベッド部3の後側端部3aに固設されている摺接体3hと、この摺接体3hに対して摺動自在なるよう押当している摺動子5aと、この摺動子5aが摺動自在なるよう内嵌されている前記被取着腕部4に設けられた案内筒5bと、同上摺動子5aと案内筒5bの上位止部5cとの間にあって収納されているコイルスプリング等による弾性体5dとによって構成されている。
そして図1(A)の如くベッド部3が壁面Wに添装されている不使用起立状態Yでは、上記弾性体5dによって弾圧されることとなる摺動子5aが、案内筒5bの下端口5eから可成りの長さで突出状態となって上記の摺接体3hに押当している。そして前説の如くベッド部3が矢印Rのように前方へ回動降下させることで、壁面Wに直交状配置状態となる使用横臥状態Xとなれば、摺接体3hの回動変移により案内筒5b内へ押し込まれた摺動子5aによって、弾性体5dが図1(B)の如く可成りの圧縮状態となるよう構成されている。

さらに上記の付勢手段5について、図示例につき詳記すると、前記の摺接体3hは図1、図3、図4により理解されるように、ストッパ部3cの形成された曲板部3iが、ビス3jにより後側端部3aにあって固設され、この曲板部3iにおいて横向軸杆3bと平行状態となるよう突設されているのであり、当該摺接体3hには前記摺動子5aの先端が押当する外周弧面3kが形成されている。
そして上記の摺動子5aは合成樹脂製で角棒状に形成され、これが角パイプ状の案内筒5bに出入り自在なるよう嵌装されており、さらに案内筒5bから摺動子5aが無制限に延出することのないように、図1ないし図4によって理解できる通り、案内筒5bに穿設した左右一対の案内溝孔5fに、摺動子5aから突設した各案内止螺杆5gが嵌装されている。

従って、図1(A)のようにベッド部3が不使用起立状態Yにあるときは、摺動子5aが案内筒5bの下端口5eから突出しているが、この際上記した案内止螺杆5gが案内溝孔5fの下端縁に係当し、この結果摺動子5aは案内筒5bから抜出しないというだけでなく、摺動子5aの先端が摺接体3hに、弾性体5dによる弾発力を付加することがないことから、上記不使用起立状態Yから矢印R方向へベッド構成体2を回動降下させる場合、当初から弾性体5dによる弾発力を受けることなく、従って当該初動操作が行い易くなっている。
そして、上記の回動降下操作が進行するにつれて、摺接体3hが弾性体5dの弾発力に抗して、摺動子5aを案内筒5b内へ押し込んで行き、次第にベッド構成体2による回転モーメントが大となって行くことで、ベッド部3が使用横臥状態Xへ向けて下降して行き、ベッド部3に幼児が乗せられて荷重が加えられても、前記した通りストッパ部3cが下端縁4bに衝当することで、それ以上の降下は停止される。

上記の請求項4に係る付勢手段5を採択するようにすれば、これに単なるコイルスプリングを用いる場合よりも、ベッド部3と被取着腕部4とによるベルト構成体2の連枢構成が組み立て易く、かつその耐久性をも向上でき、またガススプリングによる付勢手段よりも安価に提供することが可能となる。
なお当然のことながら図1にあって仮想線により示されている通り、商品としては別途合成樹脂製等によるカバー6を用意し、これをヘッド構成体2における被取着腕部4の外側へ配装した後、図5に示されている取着部1の押当縦板1gに穿設した壁面用取着用孔1pから延出した前記取着螺杆1dを利用するなどの手段によってカバー6を固定するようにし、かくして、上記被着腕部4と壁面Wに固定された取着部1とを当該カバー6によって隠蔽してしまうことになる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のようにして構成されているから、請求項1によるときは前記従来の収納式幼児用ベッドのように、これを壁面に取着しようとする場合ベース部とベッド部との間にガススプリングを連枢して一体に構成したものを、持ち上げてベース部の壁面に対する取着作業を行うようにしていたことによる作業性の悪さに比し、壁面に対して軽量小形な取着部だけを取着してしまった後、ベッド部とこれに取着の被取着腕部との間に付勢手段を連枢してなるベッド構成体を、単に係止してやるだけの作業で、収納式幼児用ベッドを取り付けて使用し得るようにしたので、簡易にして迅速な取着作業により使用に供することができ、またこれを取り外す必要のある場合にも、極めて容易な作業により、その目的を達し得ることとなる。

さらに当該請求項1にあっては、上記のような取着部に対するベッド構成体の係止だけでなく、当該係止状態にて調高螺子を螺回することで取着部に対しベッド構成体を上下動自在に調高できるようにしたので、ベッド部を最適な高さに簡易迅速な操作で調整することができ、その使い勝手を改善することが可能となる。

次に請求項2によるときは、上記請求項1における係合部と被係合部との係止構成を、係合舌片と係止用口との嵌入係止により、押当縦板に対し被押当縦板が押当するようにしたので、係止作業が行い易く、かつ係止後の取着部に対するベッド構成体の安定度が良好となり、しかも調高手段としてもベッド構成体の上位横向板部に螺合の調高螺子を、落動阻止起立部付きの受承板に押当するようにしたので、不本意にベッド構成体が取着部から離脱するといった心配がなくなり、請求項1における調高作業を、より安全に行うことができる。
さらに請求項3にあっては請求項1の効果に加えて、当該請求項1における付勢手段として、ベッド部における摺接体に対し、弾性体により案内筒から出入自在な摺動子を弾圧接合させるようにしたので、単なるスプリングによる付勢手段よりも耐久性と故障発生の虞を改善でき、ガススプリングに比し安価にして、かつ組み付け作業も容易なものを提供することができる。
