Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an elevator car that is partially guided by an inclined guide rail and moves up and down.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A guide rail for guiding a car is usually vertically provided in a hoistway. For example, in an elevator installed on a pier of a suspension bridge, the hoistway may bend along the pier.
FIGS. 5 to 7 show a conventional elevator car in which a guide rail is partially inclined and mounted along the hoistway because the hoistway is bent, and the guide rail is guided by the guide rail to move up and down.
[0003]
That is, the guide rail 1 is attached such that the portion indicated by the symbol h is inclined counterclockwise by an angle α with respect to the vertical direction, and the upper and lower portions of the inclined portion h are attached vertically.
The car 2 includes a car frame including an upper beam 4, a vertical frame 5 and a lower frame 6, a side wall 7 attached to the lower frame 6, a movable floor 8 surrounded by the side wall 7, and a movable floor 8 And a hydraulic jack 10 attached to the lower frame 6 to move one end of the movable floor 8 up and down.
The car 2 is suspended by the main rope 3 locked to the upper beam 4, and is guided up and down by the guide rail 1. In a portion where the guide rail 1 is vertically erected, the car 2 is suspended vertically as indicated by reference numeral 2a in FIG. Therefore, the side wall 7 is vertical as indicated by reference numeral 7a, and the movable floor 8 is horizontal as indicated by reference numeral 8a.
[0004]
In the inclined part h, the car 2 is inclined along the guide rail 1, and the side wall 7 is similarly inclined. However, when the movable floor 8 is supported by a shaft 9 at an intermediate portion and lifted by a hydraulic jack 10 at one end, the movable floor 8 rotates clockwise about the shaft 9 by an angle α and is kept horizontal. Therefore, the passenger in the car 2 does not feel uncomfortable even if the car 2 is inclined.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the end of the movable floor 8 opposite to the hydraulic jack 10 is lowered, the gap with the side wall 7 is reduced. That is, when the car 2 is not inclined, the gap has the dimension β1 as shown in FIG. 6, but when the car 2 is inclined, the gap has the dimension β2 as shown in FIG. That is, the gap decreases from the dimension β1 to the dimension β2 with the inclination of the car 2. Due to such a change in dimensions, for example, there is a problem that the passenger 11 may be concerned about the shoe tip being caught in the gap.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to protect passengers from a change in a dimension of a gap between a movable floor and a side wall of a car caused by a movable floor moving up and down. Aim.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first elevator car according to the present invention is a car that is guided by a guide rail having an inclined portion and moves up and down, and has a side wall inclined with the inclination of the guide rail and a periphery surrounded by the side wall. A movable floor that rotates in an anti-inclination direction by an angle equivalent to the inclination of the guide rail to maintain horizontal, an opening higher than the movable floor, and an opening formed in the side wall toward the horizontal direction, and a lower end that is movable; attached to an end portion of the floor rise along the inside of the side wall, further rises in the middle of left and loosely fits the opening of the side wall to the outside of the side wall, vertically with the rotation of the movable floor Yes A safety band comprising a flexible member, and a storage bag attached to the outside of the side wall for storing the upper part of the safety band so as to be able to advance and retreat.
[0008]
Further, the car of the second elevator according to the present invention is the car of the first elevator, wherein the movable floor is pivotally supported at an intermediate portion, and both ends thereof move up and down in opposite directions to maintain the horizontal. , Safety belts are attached to the both ends of the movable floor.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a guide rail which stands vertically in a hoistway, and is partially inclined counterclockwise by an angle α with respect to a vertical direction. Reference numeral 2 denotes a car which is guided by the guide rail 1 and moves up and down in the hoistway. Reference numeral 6 denotes a lower frame which supports the load by traversing the lower center of the car 2 in the frontage direction and inclines with the inclination of the guide rail 1. 7 is erected attached to the lower frame 6, inclined to Luke your second sidewall with the inclination of the guide rails 1, 8 movable floor surrounded by sidewalls 7 around the corresponding inclination of the guide rail 1 Rotate in the anti-tilt direction by an angle to maintain horizontal.
[0010]
Reference numeral 9 denotes a shaft that supports the movable floor 8 at an intermediate portion. The shaft 9 vertically moves both ends of the movable floor 8 in opposite directions to enable horizontal holding. A hydraulic jack 10 is attached to the lower frame 6 to raise and lower one end of the movable floor 8 to keep the movable floor 8 horizontal. A lower end 12 is attached to one end of the movable floor 8 and rises along the side wall 7. A safety band which moves up and down with the rotation of the movable floor 8 and is made of a flexible material such as rubber or polyvinyl chloride. Reference numeral 13 denotes a storage bag attached to the inside of the side wall 7 to store the upper part of the safety belt 12 so as to be able to move forward and backward. Reference numeral 14 denotes a lower end attached to the other end of the movable floor 8 and rises along the side wall 7, and The safety belt moves up and down with the rotation of the safety belt 12 and has the same configuration as the safety belt 12. Reference numeral 15 denotes a storage bag which is attached to the inside of the side wall 7 and stores the upper portion of the safety belt 14 so as to be able to move forward and backward.
[0011]
First, when the car 2 moves up and down the vertical portion of the guide rail 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower frame 6 is horizontal, and thus the side wall 7 is also vertical. The upper parts of the left and right safety belts 12 and 14 are respectively immersed in the storage bags 13 and 15 by an equal length.
Next, when the car 2 moves up and down the inclined portion of the guide rail 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower frame 6 is inclined by an angle α with respect to the horizontal direction, and the side wall 7 is also inclined. However, the movable floor 8 is pushed up by the hydraulic jack 10 and rotates clockwise around the shaft 9 to maintain the horizontal position. For this reason, the safety belt 12 is also raised, and the upper part is further immersed in the storage bag 13. On the other hand, the safety belt 14 descends and retreats a part of the upper part from the storage bag 15.
[0012]
Further, when the car 2 moves from the inclined portion of the guide rail 1 to the vertical portion again, the hydraulic jack 10 contracts, and the movable floor 8 rotates counterclockwise around the shaft 9 to maintain the horizontal position. Along with this, the safety belt 12 causes a part of the upper part that has been stored in the storage bag 13 to withdraw from the storage bag 13. On the other hand, the safety belt 14 rises and the upper part is immersed in the storage bag 13.
The hydraulic jack 10 is controlled so that the car 2 expands and contracts with the transition from the vertical portion to the inclined portion of the guide rail 1 and, conversely, with the transition from the inclined portion to the vertical portion. In this method, since the range in which the inclined portion exists is determined in advance, for example, it is assumed that the car 2 detects that the car 2 has reached the first predetermined position, and shifts from the vertical portion to the inclined portion. The jack 10 is gradually extended so that when the car 2 is completely shifted to the inclined portion, the hydraulic jack 10 is extended by a predetermined amount.
Further, upon detecting that the car 2 has reached the second predetermined position, it is assumed that the car shifts from the inclined portion to the vertical portion, the hydraulic jack 10 is gradually reduced, and the car 2 completely escapes from the inclined portion. When shifting to the vertical portion, the hydraulic jack 10 finishes contracting by a predetermined amount.
[0013]
According to the first embodiment, in the elevator car 2 guided up and down by the guide rail 1 having the inclined portion, the safety belts 12 and 14 are attached to both ends of the movable floor 8. The movable floor 8 covers the side wall 7 opposite to both ends of the movable floor 8, so that the movable floor 8 moves up and down around the shaft 9 as the car 2 moves up and down the inclined portion and the vertical portion of the guide rail 1. Even if the clearance between the end of the floor 8 and the side wall 7 changes, the passenger's foot will not be pinched.
[0014]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In the first embodiment, the storage bags 13 and 15 protrude inside the side wall 7, but in the second embodiment, the storage bags 17 and 18 protrude outside the side wall 7. That is, the safety belt 16 attached to one end of the movable floor 8 once rises along the side wall 7, passes through the opening 17 a formed in the side wall 7 on the way, and goes out of the side wall 7 and rises. The upper part is stored in a storage bag 17 attached to the outside of the side wall 7. Further, the safety band 18 attached to the other end of the movable floor 8 is also configured to be stored in the storage bag 19.
[0015]
Also in the second embodiment, since the safety strips 16 and 18 attached to both ends of the movable floor 8 cover the side walls 7 at portions opposed to both ends of the movable floor 8, the car 2 is inclined with respect to the guide rail 1. When the movable floor 8 moves up and down with the shaft 9 as a fulcrum as the vertical section moves up and down, the passenger's feet will not be pinched even if the gap between the end of the movable floor 8 and the side wall 7 changes.
Further, since the storage bags 17 and 18 are provided outside the side wall 7, the use space in the car 2 is not reduced.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
That is, since the side wall of the opposing part was covered by the safety belt attached to both ends of the movable floor, even if the movable floor moves up and down as the car moves up and down the inclined part and vertical part of the guide rail, it is movable This has the effect that passengers are not trapped between the floor and the side walls.
Further, since the storage bag is provided outside the side wall, there is an effect that the used space in the car is not reduced.
[0017]
In the second elevator car according to the present invention, in the first elevator car, the movable floor is supported at an intermediate portion and both ends are vertically moved in opposite directions so as to maintain the horizontal. , Safety belts are attached to the both ends of the movable floor. Therefore, even in this case, the same effect as that of the first elevator can be obtained.
