【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は歩道と透水性舗装車道との境界部の車道側に設ける上面閉鎖側溝ブロックに関するものである。

従来、上面閉鎖側溝ブロックを車道と歩道との境界部分に長手方向に接続し、所定距離毎に配置したグレーティングからブロック内に車道表面水を取込んだ。

しかし透水性舗装車道ではグレーティング間において車道表面水が地下に浸透し側溝ブロックの車道側側面に開口した浸透水取入小口から該ブロック内に取入られて車道浸透水による車道面の軟化損傷を防止した。

そこで浸透水取入小口から流入する水に伴って流入する土砂をろ過するため該取入小口の外側開口部を金属製フィルター(金網、メッシュ、エキスパンドメタル等)で塞いで車道地盤内に上記ブロックを埋設した。

しかし、上記取入小口を塞いだ状態で側溝ブロックを車道に埋設する工事は人手を要し、手抜き工事の原因となるばかりか、該取入小口がフィルターで塞がれない場合には施工後の側溝内に砂、砂利、小石等が流入堆積して側溝の詰り現象を来し、洪水災害の原因となった。

そこで従来側溝ブロック成形後に上記取入小口の外周面に金属フィルターの外周面を釘着又は接着して取入小口を予め塞ぐ方法が講ぜられたが、セメントコンクリート側溝ブロックにフィルターを釘着又は接着する工事は容易ではなく、時間と熟練を要し、施工後フィルターが取入小口から外れ易く使い物にならないという欠陥があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記欠陥に鑑みなされたもので型枠(外枠)と中子との間に生コンクリートを打設するだけで、上面閉鎖側溝ブロックにおける導水孔の上端開口部内周に金属製フィルターの外周を埋設して該フィルターで導水孔の上端開口部を確実に閉鎖することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため本発明は
上面が閉鎖され内部には空間が設けられた側溝ブロックにおいて、道路側側面上部に複数の導水孔の上端を開口し、該導水孔の下端を上記ブロックの内面上部に開口してなり、導水孔の上記上端開口部内周に金属製フィルターの外周を埋設した状態に上記フィルターを上記ブロックに一体成形し、かつ上記フィルターの外周が金属プレートによって形成され、上記金属プレートの上部を上記ブロックの内部に向って車道側側面と直角方向に屈曲し、該屈曲部によって導水孔やその上端開口部上方を補強するために屈曲した透水側溝ブロック
によって構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1(イ)(ロ)図に示すように上面1”が閉鎖された側溝ブロック1は歩道側及び車道側両側面1’が直立し、上面1”は水平又は車道側に上向に若干傾斜する。

上記ブロック1の内部には空間sが設けられ、その底面は上向凹円弧形であって中央部に小曲率円弧形小溝1aを形成し、両側面1’は図1(イ)図に示すように直立し、車道側側面1’の上部と空間sとを連通する複数の導水孔2を空間s側に下向に傾斜させて形成する。

上記ブロック1は空間s用の中子と外枠との間に導水孔2の長さより短い導水孔抜き型を中子から外枠に向って中子側に支持し、該抜き型の上端に中子の外周よりも大きい外周を有する金属製フィルター3を配置し、該フィルター3と外枠との間に導水孔2の上端開口部2’形成用の雄金型及びフィルター目詰り防止用フイルム又はスポンジシート等を配置し、上記中子と外枠との間に生コンクリートを打設することによって上面閉鎖側溝ブロック1を形成硬化し、脱型して製品とする。

上記雄金型は外枠と共に脱型され、導水孔抜き型は中子抜取後空間s内に抜き取り脱型する。又拡縮自在にした中子の縮小に伴って導水孔から抜き取ることができる。

導水孔2の下端開口部は空間sの上部傾斜面に開口し、車道側直立面1’に向って上向に傾斜し、上端開口部2’に図1(イ)図、図2(イ)図、図3(イ)(ロ)(ハ)図に示すように上端開口部2’の内周に金属製フィルター3の外周3’を埋設する。

上記フィルター3には金網、メッシュ、エキスパンドメタル又はパンチングメタル等が用いられ、外周3’に環状(丸、4角等)の金属プレート4を配置し、該プレート4と上記フィルター3の外周3’とを溶着して1体の金属製フィルター3とするが、1枚の上記プレート4の中央部のみをパンチングメタル(多孔板)となし、外周を無孔金属プレートとすることができる。材料は鉄に防錆塗装、メッキ等を施し又はステンレスその他の金属が用いられ材料に限定はない。

さらに図3(イ)(ロ)図に示すように上記プレート4の上部を上記ブロック1の内部に向って車道側側面1’と直角方向に屈曲し、該屈曲部4’によって導水孔2やその上端開口部2’上方を補強することができる(図3(イ)(ロ)図)。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述のように構成したので、上面閉鎖側溝ブロックの道路側側面に複数の導水孔を開口した透水側溝ブロック(インバート透水側溝ブロック)において、導水孔からの土砂の流入をフィルターで防止し得るは勿論、上記側溝ブロック施工時に別途フィルター工事を行う必要がなく、上記側溝ブロックの埋設施工のみで上記フィルターを附設した透水側溝ブロックを簡便かつ確実に施工し得るものであって、次に示す効果がある。
(1)金属プレート付きフィルターをあらかじめ型枠に取り付けて製造することにより、後からフィルターを取り付ける手間が要らない。
(2)フィルターと製品を一体成形する為フィルターが脱落することがない。
(3)金属製のフィルターを用いることにより、舗装アスファルトの温度に十分耐え得ることができ、溶けるようなことがない。
(4)フィルターを金属製としたことにより、フィルターが強固になった。
(5)フィルターを金属製としたことにより、メッシュの線径及び目の開きを任意に選ぶことができる。
(6)金属プレートを付けたことにより集水開口部周辺の補強となる。

(1)金属プレート上部を折り曲げることにより、集水開口部分が製品上部からの荷重に対し、十分耐え得ることができる。
